LOL, Missy sure loves herself some Mike, performed at MSG, was on Artists on Michael Jackson, she mentions him in nearly every song, she was on the Number Ones special :lol:

Missy cracks me up. LOL! Homegirl loves her some Michael Jackson.

This whole topic reminds me of her last BET performance. That was right after the verdict and they all came out wearing hoodies with different Michael Jackson pictures on the front. That was SO tight. That whole thing made me feel so good.

Does anybody remember that performance?
 
I think she's saying that she's so hot (amazing) that artists (other singers/rappers/musicians) "drop down like Michael Jackson['s] Socks" (fall to her feet) just like Mike's sparkly socks are pooled around his. They're so covered in rhinestones they won't stay up!! And she's so hot, the other rappers have to bow down!

So yeah I just heard the song on the radio and a few other times as well. The beat reminds me a lot of "Work It", but not nearly as good. Anyway the cool thing is at the end she also included a Vincent Price parody of the Thriller laugh which finishes off the song. On another note she definitely needs to hook up with Michael in the studio…
 
I like Missy's new song, it doesn't sound like anything on radio right now which is a good thing. She is one of the few younger artists who is constantly trying to push the envelope and come up with new and innovative things, she is very creative and talented, but yes Missy sure does love her some Michael lol.

My fave Michael related verse of hers is from 702's "Steelo" when she says "Ask Michael Jackson who's bad, He says I am but the queen not drag" don't know what the last part means lol but I still love the song and I remember reading in an interview with hera few years ago and they asked her which artist she'd like to work with the most and she said Michael :smile:. Michael should really give her a call because not only she is talented but she's a huge fan (obviously). I've heard her talk about him in interviews several times and I remember her saying in an interview that she used to write MJ and Janet letters all the time when she was a little girl lol.

Missy always shows Michael mad love and respect so I really think it would be cool if they worked together one day.

once again another song that don't make sense from missy. It's cool that she got love for mike but she don't need to be anywhere near him while he's in the studio. Her rhymes are straight up Whack! :lol:
