Hey?! Did you all catch on to the message that Michael left for the world?
When he was talking about the condition that the planet is in, he gave a specific timeframe in which it must be turned around.
He specifically said it must be done within 4 years.
Did you all hear him?
I caught a late showing of the movie a few hours ago. All I know is that the man is so special  my goodness!
During the beginning of the Human Nature sequence (which is amazing!), I suddenly remembered that I had my dictaphone with me and what did I do? :giggle: yep I hit the record button.
If they say why, why  tell Michaaaaael whyyyyy, tell him whyyyyyyyyyyyy
That voice! So amazing. Unfathomable to my mind even still.
The movie is an amazing piece of theater. I feel it deserves to create an award all its own, never in existence until now.
Something like a Cinematic Tony Award for Best Theatrical Experience on Film anyone could have. The absolute best! Thank you Michael. You are the sweetest most beautiful person ever, ever EVER!
'Left the theater feeling so much better. :) Thank you again, Michael Jackson.
I love you so much. :angel:You have to know that. I really do.
... and I may even be able to sleep now, Thank God!

Ooooooo, honey, YES!!! He got DOWN on "Human Nature!!"
All those people out there that were trying to convince others that he couldn't sing anymore just because he didn't fully sing at the 2006 World Music Awards are feeling super stupid right about now!

I wish Michael could have seen just how much of an impact he had on this special lady. I wish he could have seen just how much he touched her, and that she was aware of a lot of things he was trying to say to her, and how much that meant to her....she may have been afraid to try to get close to him, for fear of being labeled a "stalker"....I wish he could have tried to get physically closer to her than just saying things in songs...that way she knew where she stood with him literally.

before June 25th, I kept having this feeling that he'd die during the concerts. I couldn't seem to shake that feeling but of course didn't say anything because it's such a negative thought or feeling. For me it was more a fear of someone doing something to him though at the concerts. I think it was that I worried if I gave it any power or attention, it might happen, so I tried not to think of it.
I just felt like I should share that though I don't know why.
Then not last night but the night before I dreamed of MJ trying to fly on an airplane to me (?) and then I woke up with a song in my head
http://www.trilulilu.ro/so_cold/1f6fb8b38f372e
Which I don't think I knew the words "But you know I won't be traveling forever". I thought it was interesting. I guess we all can have our own special MJ times in our dreams?
Leo Sayer — When I Need You lyrics
When I need you
I just close my eyes and I'm with you
And all that I so wanna give you
It's only a heartbeat away
When I need love
I hold out my hands and I touch love
I never knew there was so much love
Keeping me warm night and day
Miles and miles of empty space in between us
The telephone can't take the place of your smile
But you know I won't be travelin' forever
It's cold out but hold out and do I like I do
When I need you
I just close my eyes and I'm with you
And all that I so wanna give you babe
It's only a heartbeat away
It's not easy when the road is your driver
Honey that's a heavy load that we bear
But you know I won't be traveling a lifetime
It's cold out but hold out and do like I do
Oh, I need you
When I need love
I hold out my hands and I touch love
I never knew there was so much love
Keeping me warm night and day
When I need you
Just close my eyes
And you're right here by my side
Keeping me warm night and day
I just hold out my hands
I just hold out my hand
And I'm with you darlin'
Yes, I'm with you darlin'
All I wanna give you
It's only a heartbeat away
Oh I need you darling

Pretty much same thing happened to me too...Just before my third viewing of TII, I was surfing in the net with my cell phone to kill time before the movie started, and then all of the sudden I remembered that my cell phone has a camcorder, so I decided to recored some of the parts. Not film the movie, but I just wanted to be able to listen to some of the cute things MJ said in the film. Turned out to be really crappy quality though. Can't really hear a thing. :(
Like coming to her door wearing a beehive keeper's outfit? That was what he was wearing in my dream last night where he came to my door and I opened it. The funny part was the protective clothing color was that same orange-red of the skinny jeans MJ wore in parts of This Is It. lol.
This dream came on the heels of a not so pleasant one I had had the night before I viewed the film. That was a dream that Moddie would definitely not have wanted to experience; but it managed to affect the way I viewed the film in that afternoon (yesterday). Because of the lense I was viewing it through, I was not able to be so light-hearted and happy like so many of you here are attesting to. :( I am very glad for you guys, though! :clapping:I know Michael would want you all to be blessed and happily entertained. Isn't that how he always was? Sweet and giving.
I think I was quite happy last night though to have the bee keeper dream in contrast. And I had no idea that one could get those get-ups in such snazzy colors...
Beehive keepers outfit?   I had an MJ dream a few nights ago that was pretty bizarre...and MJ was in it. First I was like in some cottage somewhere and I was looking for my name...and I saw I had carved it a few times on the wood panelling...along with other fans' names. It was somehow significant because it somehow showed how many times you had been there to see MJ or something like that.  Then I was all of the sudden on a roller coaster...we were all sitting, waiting for the ride to start....and in the background was a movie screen and This Is It was on...and I was in such angle that I didn't see and I was trying to twist and turn to see it and I kept whining how I can't watch because I can't see and then MJ turned around a bit to me (he was sitting a couple of seats ahead of me) and was like "You don't have to see....", you know like he was somehow embarrassed about it because he thought it wasn't good enough and didn't want anyone to see it, and I just kept twisting and turning myself and kept leaning out to see the screen and I was like "But I WANNA SEE IT!!! It's AMAZING!! I WANNA WATCH!!!!!". And as I was whining and twisting and turning, I kind of bit my teeth together because I was so frustrated that I couldn't see properly...and broke one of my molars and it fell out. And I was like "Damn, I lost a tooth!! Great!". Then after that Travis Payne was handing out pillows with "Heal The World" and a picture of a world on them to everyone on the ride...and I was first like "pillows?". But thought the Heal The World logo was cool. Anyways, then the ride started and I can just remember I was screaming my head off, going "WHOOOHOOO!!!!" because I was so excited (and because I love roller coasters ). Weird dream!

Gosh, Ape...it's like you'd read my mind. I have been thinking if I should start a thread about asking if anyone had any "premonitions"...any "weird thoughts" that they tried to shake as soon as they had them, before MJ died. Because I had a few and I HATED it and I had no idea where it was coming from. And after his death those thoughts kept haunting me. To this day. They really do haunt me and I really have no idea where they came from, but it makes me feel SO GUILTY for even having THOUGHT of something horrible like that.
You know, I bought this little silver thing for Michael for his 50th birthday last year....but since we didn't have an address to send it to, I kept it, and thought I'll try to get it to him once we do have an address, or the next time I can travel to where he is. I let them engrave his initials on it and I thought it would come in a nice box...which it didn't...so I ended up buying several other gift boxes, so that it would have a beautiful packaging for Michael. One of the boxes was black from the outside and had white silk padding in the inside. And it looked nice in the store. So months passed and then when I heard that MJ was gonna come to London, I thought maybe I could give him the gifts somehow then, so I took out the presents I had and tried the different boxes I had bought for that silver thingy...and when I put the silver thing in the black/white box...my instant thought was "I can't use that one...that looks like a coffin and especially with the silver thing with his initials on it, it looks like a coffin with a tombstone in it!! What if Michael gets the wrong message if he sees that!! There is no way I can use this one!!". Like I said, that thought just immediately popped into my head and it shocked me. And I was like "Oh gosh, don't be silly...it's just a gift box...why would it look like a coffin?!". I can't remember anymore which box I ended up using...if I didn't use that one because I thought I can't, or if I did use it just to make a point to myself that it could not look like a coffin...What I do remember though is that when I heard MJ had died, I immediately remembered the thought I had about the box and it FREAKD ME OUT! :bugeyed Another awful thing/thought was maybe just a month or a couple of weeks before he died...I was at home ironing clothes...and they were playing a lot of Queen songs on the radio and I think an Elvis song too and I can't remember if they mentioned something about how many albums they had sold or if it was just the fact that they were playing so many of their songs within such a short time ...but in any case I all of the sudden thought "Gosh..all these artists sell so many albums now that they are dead and are even more successfull than they were when they were alive. Imagine what it would be like if it was MJ...he'd sell MILLIONS!!". And as soon as I had that thought, it shocked me and I was like "Don't EVER even THINK about something like that!!! NEVER EVER!!!! Do not E-V-E-R even think about MJ being dead!! NEVER EVER!!! You hear me!!! NEVER!!". It really freaked me out. Because it came out of the blue and it was horrible to me! Anyways, so when I heard Michael had died and remembered those thoughts I had had, you can imagine how I felt (and feel!). It's like "SEE!!!! WHY DID YOU EVEN THINK THAT WAY???!!!!! YOU'RE SUCH AN IDIOT!!! SEE WHAT HAPPENED??!!!! HOW COULD YOU EVEN HAVE A THOUGHT LIKE THAT!!! YOU'RE SUCH AN IDIOT!! REALLY!!! YOU'RE SUCH AN IDIOT!!" I was (am) so ANGRY at myself for ever having even a thought like that cross my mind. Again, like I said, they just came out of the blue...I had no idea from where...but I HATED it both times and they FREAKED ME OUT both times. :boohoo: So maybe they were some "premonitions"...or just coincidences...or I don't know what. But I hate it all the same. But anyways...it has been bugging me for a long time now, and I had been wondering if anyone else had weird things like that happen before MJ died?:(
EDIT: And I just realized....check out my SIGGY!! :bugeyed: :bugeyed:   I had that too MONTHS before MJ died. It freaks me out!! :boohoo:

Yup, I heard him. Wonder what he meant with 4 years. There is this billboard about the movie "2012"...that says something like "We had been warned....2012"..right across the street where I live...and I just saw it earlier today when I came home from the store. And it kind of "shook me up" a little because it instantly reminded me of MJ in "This Is It" saying "we have four years"...You know, I just instantly had a weird feeling. You know...of all the movies...THAT one is right in front of my house. I have never seen a movie "ad" on the billboard ever before....and now it has to be that one. It kind of freaked me out (in a weird, bad way).
I had also changed my signature/avatar/and little thing written under my name I think three days before June 25th. Seems significant to me. From the hold my hand one to these. "live" which could be meant two ways.
edit: sorry, I'm not feeling very well today. I wanted to comment on what you had written. It's really interesting how that happens. I noticed your signature as well before then. The gift was interesting. I could see you thinking that about it.

MJ won't know where to look first with all these girls with "glow in the dark" t-shirts and banners all saying all kinds of things from "did MJ find love in the dark" to "marry me"...Poor MJ! He will be blinded once he comes on stage!! :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: OMG...I just thought of THIS!!! Imagine if MJ will have some "secret glow in the dark messages" on his outfit on stage?! :wild: :hysterical::hysterical::hysterical::hysterical::h ysterical::hysterical::hysterical::hysterical:
Okay...I better leave this thread now...:hysterical::hysterical::hysterical:
Okay...so it was not his outfit..and not a "secret message"... But...check out the tiny Zeppelin in the right upper corner when you see the city backdrop behind MJ and the dancers....The letters GLOW IN THE DARK! :wild::wild::wild::wild::wild: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :hysterical: :hysterical: I KNOW it's a coincidence, but it's funny!  (By the way, now that I was able to pause it, it does say "MJ AIR". Funny! )

The year 2012 is an apocalyptic date according to Mayan Calendar. If he said we have 4 years to change this planet, it could mean that after 2012 everything will just go down and we won’t be able to change anything no matter how much we try. It doesn’t mean that the year of 2012 is the last day of Earth. This is how I see his msg. to us. Just my opinion…..
Edit:Ape, it was so beautiful… thank you for sharing this song with us…..
Also the dancers have green glow in the dark wrist bands on when they are watching him dance. :)
You're welcome Asedora and thank you for mentioning :)

Ape, that song is so beautiful!
Asedora, I also don't seen the movie ... But I think this message will beyond a warning about our planet... just thoughts...
I'm listening to Invincible (one of my favorites album) I repeat Heaven Can Wait several times and always hear as the first time ... I don't remember if this song already had been discussed earlier in this thread... Anyway caught my attention and I would like share...
HEAVEN CAN WAIT - Michael Jackson
Tell the angels no, I don’t wanna leave my baby alone
I don’t want nobody else to hold you
That’s a chance I’ll take
Baby I’ll stay, Heaven can wait
No, if the angels took me from this earth
I would tell them bring me back to her
It’s a chance I’ll take, maybe I’ll stay
Heaven can wait
You’re beautiful
Each moment spent with you is simply wonderful
This love I have for you girl it’s incredible
And I don’t know hat I’d do, if I can’t be with you
The world could not go on so every night I pray
If the Lord should come for me before I wake
I wouldn’t wanna go if I can’t see your face, can’t hold you close
What good would Heaven be
If the angels came for me I’d tell them no
Unthinkable
Me sitting up in the clouds and you are all alone
The time might come around when you’d be moving on
I’d turn it all around and try to get back down to my baby girl
Can’t stand to see nobody kissing, touching her
Couldn’t take nobody loving you the way we were
What good would Heaven be
If the angels come for me I’d tell them no
Oh no, can’t be without my baby
Won’t go, without her I’d go crazy
Oh no, guess Heaven will be waiting
Ooh
Oh no, can’t be without my baby
Won’t go, without her I’d go crazy
Oh no, guess Heaven will be waiting
Ooh
Just leave us alone, leave us alone
Please leave us alone

Of course there is nothing more important than msg of saving this planet... And yes, this was one of the points that Michael has released more attention entire life, he was always too focused on subjects related to the planet. But I just said that this message can go BEYOND. No? Please don't me throw tomatoes for it! lol

Linda, I think if a physical contact took a place it wouldn’t be a mystery anymore and we wouldn’t stay in this thread…. LOL:) Lets’ put it this way…
Maybe it was not possible with Michael because “Falling in love wasn’t his plan”? Also, nothing is simple when it comes to Michael and there is something similar at this point about this woman too…. .Just thinking...
After my "long goodbye" from the thread on June 23rd/24th, and my intent to detach myself from the internet for a while (enough to get myself focused), my last words were, "life goes on" and dam if I didn't chew every bitter bite a day or two later. So of course I was feeling like I had set myself up for the unpredictable, like for instance, for someone to just up and run away without reason or warning. I realize that's not a "premonition", in fact, the opposite of one I guess, but it showed me how I can be taking something for granted one minute and the next minute be wishing I could rewind again *sigh*
Watching the movie gave me a renewed sense of everything though. I laughed my head of during the movie and after. I wasn't amused by many of the same things everyone else was although Michael's personality is delightful and his genius is without words to describe... I was just amused on general principle. The film was so Michael :giggle: and so full of LIFE. I'm so glad the world (and I) got to see the wonderful creative, brilliant director named Michael Jackson at work, human, sweet, focused, NOT FRAIL, ("frail is such a strong word to describe weakness and that Michael was NOT in the film) just doing his thing ... and giving the world something ... very ...interesting to talk about for years to come.
I love how he has always used his fame, throughout his entire adult life to focus the world's attention on what's truly important, letting the world know that from his point of view, its not just all about him. He promulgates what's important to the collective of mankind and THAT is what I call L.O.V.E. LOVE.
He's a thousand percent right about the planet. Its hard for us to know what to do besides things like recycling every Wednesday, planting a tree once a year, that sort of thing, but I believe that the "what to do" will come to us collectively when we truly appreciate the earth God made for us for the very life sustenance it really is. The bible says, "God made the earth for man" and we know it from all the wealth He put in it for our survival, happiness and well-being. Everything from minerals, to watermelons, to diamonds, to oil to the soil that grows every amazing thing, so yes, it could be "deeper", but Michael did his part by giving us "edutainment" - educating us by entertaining us - its our job to take it deeper. And he did that because he cares about what God cares about, which is the planet - and us. Not just himself as an entertainer. L.O.V.E. is what it boils down to. Love for God and for everyone.
Thank you Michael Jackson. I LOVE YOU TOO   (sweet thang!)
You raised our consciousness. That's all you can do. That's all he should be expected to do imho. The rest is up to us.

Amen to that, SoS. :flowers:
Tomorrow, I'm going to see this beautiful man again. Really looking forward to it. He and Kenny really put together something that is very special indeed.
WOW!!! :wild:

:smilerolleyes:yes, and it seems to be a favorite game for those in this thread who have been finding 'song clues' all this time.
Summer saw the movie right away and seem to have immediately found a clue within the movie that fit just right for our thread ... the song credited at the end, I Hadn't Anyone 'Til You. Very observant of you Summer
It seems Mike was "hiding" it "in plain sight" by it being in the credits when it wasn't actually performed within the movie ...or maybe I missed something like some music from it being used and not recognized, but of course the question would still be, why that song. Here are a couple of versions of it:
Judy Garland (one of MJ's fave entertainers and mine too isn't she great) http://www.youtube.com
and Sarah Vaughn (one of my favorite classic jazz vocalists from back in the day) she jazzes it up a bit ...
what a special song

Hate to burst your bubble there, but Mike wouldn't have had anything to do with the credits because he had no idea there was going to be a film made of the rehearsal footage, as we all know the sad reason for that.
Unless...and it's been years since I have attended a concert, but do they normally supply some sort of "program" for a concert? Maybe MJ had already put together the credits list for that program and the film's credits partially went off of that?
If that is the case...then maybe Mike did plan something there regarding that song...
surely the truth of whatever it is, is outside the box and not just some random thing ... :giggle: no such thing as random when it comes to a film....or when it comes to MJ's creative endeavors

Actually, I don't know. I haven't seen it yet.
I was just assuming that that picture of him with the Shirley Temple button he had on was from the movie, and I thought that was what ashtanga was implying by her avatar and her statement about subliminal messages being in the movie.
That, and the fact that I think I'm starting to get too big for my britches from all the pride I feel over being a part of this little clique since I think I see the "Love in the Dark Thread" represented everywhere! Afterall, didn't MimiK say something about we ought to make our shirts green or something and then summer said there was something green in the movie. Hey you guys! Oh my goodness! Guess what?!
Today, when I watched Michael's movie for a second time, I discovered something very special!! It's in his new "Smooth Criminal" video at the beginning of the black and white movie scene! lol It appears right after the car drives by! Did you guys see the name of the night club?!
It's called the "Break O' Dawn Club!"
Now, look at this...
02-04-2009, 10:54 AM
MimiK
break o' dawn, oh yes.
that'll put love to the test.
if your darling can't melt in your arms,
something is seriously wrong.
full of seduction, full of sighs,
she is the heavenly prize
break o' dawn
breaks it down
the love, the true romance
the passion, the lust
it makes me want to dance
in the light of the moon
forever...and ever...and ever.
Did anyone else catch on to this in the move?! :)
Michael is SO funny!! :giggle: He had a "Break O' Dawn" night club in his "Smooth Criminal" video and up until MimiK had spelled the title of the song as "Break O' Dawn," I had never even noticed that this is EXACTLY the way that MJ is singing it in the song! LOL

I wish Michael could have seen just how much of an impact he had on this special lady. I wish he could have seen just how much he touched her, and that
she was aware of a lot of things he was trying to say to her, and how much that meant to her....she may have been afraid to try to get close to him, for fear of being labeled a "stalker"....I wish he could have tried to get physically closer to her than just saying things in songs...that way she knew where she stood with him literally.

I wasn't amused by many of the same things everyone else was although
Michael's personality is delightful and his genius is without words to describe... I was just amused on general principle. The film was so Michael :giggle: and
so full of LIFE. I'm so glad the world (and I) got to see
the wonderful creative, brilliant director named Michael Jackson at work, human, sweet, focused, NOT FRAIL, ("frail is such a strong word to describe weakness and that Michael was NOT in the film) just doing his thing ... and giving the world something ... very ...interesting to talk about for years to come.
I love how he has always used his fame, throughout
his entire adult life to focus the world's attention on what's truly important, letting the world know that from his point of view, its not just all about him.

I just saw this, tha. And I don't want you to feel like you are being judged or gonna be banned from the thread, but I might wish you to be again aware that many people do believe he is still alive, while at the same time many feel he is truly gone, and for those latter, I think it is important to show some sensitivity.
I had a dream the night before I saw This Is It that was very graphic and communicated quite clearly to me that MJ is dead. So reading posts that say he is alive tears at my heart and I feel like I am being played with emotionally. When people are grieving, you must be careful, and many, many here on this site are grieving the loss of Michael.
Sharing things one has picked up in the film that would tell us maybe, and we are hoping it is a big MAYBE :clapping:that MJ was letting the Love in the Dark girls know he had us in mind, is both VERY fun and very welcomed! But maybe not signs of his being still alive...at least for me...I guess I shouldn't speak for others, but I was quite affected by my dream. I hope you understand.
Okay, tha?
And that was why I didn't want to talk about it! I'm not disrespecting anyone's pain! I'm not! But anyway.........each with your belief! I'm believe (I Know) that he's alive and I don't hope that I'll be understood! But it's ok! I know that I'm not disrespectin anyone!

Well, I so hope and pray you'd be right about it. I keep wishing there would be a way for him to be alive too. I just don't want him to be gone. :boohoo: It's just still too much for me. :boohoo: :boohoo: I still have like daily battles with myself because I miss him so much and it makes me so sad on so many levels that he is no longer with us. The list of reasons is so long it would take AGES to list everything here...but for one, there just is NO OTHER ARTIST who was as amazing as Michael is/was...it is already SUCH a humangous loss because of that. There is no other artist whó has the kind of voice MJ has...who could dance like he does...who can write songs like he does...or create videos or shows like he does....or even create the kind of MAGIC and excitement like MJ. All the others are so "normal".....so "plain". I don't know if anyone gets what I mean...but MJ just had EVERYTHING talent wise...everything and MORE. And he was such a good, caring, sweet person...and such a great father. And it just KILLS ME that of all the children in the world...it is HIS children who have to live the rest of their lives without their daddy. To me that just ISN'T FAIR! :boohoo: And to have kids and to be a daddy was Michael's biggest wish...and it was like THE THING that seemed to fulfill his life...and now he can't even see his kids grow and he can't hold them and look them into their eyes and tell them how much he loves them. It just breaks my heart. It really does. Because he gave SO MUCH to SO MANY people around the world...he made SO MANY people happy...so he if anyone would have deserved to have a little more happiness in his life and a little more time with his kids. I just can't understand why he was taken away from his kids and his kids in a way were taken away from him. It just kills me inside. :boohoo: And then also to think how much happiness MJ brought into MY life....even though I didn't know him...just having him around in this world was such a source of happiness and inspiration and joy and magic...It's like, if something was wrong...I at least had MJ's music to make me happy....I had MJ fans I could talk to...And now I can't listen to MJ's music because I just start crying. And what scares me is what will happen in a year or two? When there is no more "This Is It" to talk about...when the "dust has settled" (I know that's a creepy way to say it, but I hope you know what I mean...you know...when fans have "gotten over it and moved on")...what then? Will there be any places like this to go to anymore? Will I have any fans I can talk to anymore? Anyways, the daily "battles" I have with myself are basically because part of me tells me to snap out of it already and to move on already and stop being sad because I didn't even know MJ and he didn't know me (and I mean, he didn't even take my card even though he was right in front of me looking right at me, so...:lol: He was probably like "OMG...she's ugly as hell!! :bugeyed :puke: OMG I can't look!! :puke: I feel sick! :puke:   ), so part of me tells me to just get over it. You know like "Stop being silly! It's not like he was a friend of yours or someone you knew well! Snap out of it already!" But then when I think about what a HUGE talent he was and like I said, how much joy and happiness he brought into this world...and when I think about his kids...it just truly breaks my heart and makes me so incrediably sad that it's almost unbearable sometimes. It's like "Dear God...why HIM?!". I just can't understand it. I guess that's why it's still so hard because I just cannot make any sense out of it and it just seems so UNFAIR to me that of all the people, it had to be HIM, that had to go.
ANYWAYS....sorry about that...don't mind me. :mello:

It seems Mike was "hiding" it "in plain sight" by it being in the credits when it wasn't actually performed within the movie ...or maybe I missed something like some music from it being used and not recognized, but of course the question would still be, why that song. Here are a couple of versions of it:
Judy Garland (one of MJ's fave entertainers and mine too isn't she great)
and Sarah Vaughn (one of my favorite classic jazz vocalists from back in the day) she jazzes it up a bit ...
what a special song
Thanks for posting these SoS. :flowers: These 2 versions are lovely but there is something about the Frank Sinatra version that is so dreamy to me. :girl_sigh:

I think you are welcome to say here anything you feel. Do not be shy pls.or PM me if you wish to discuss something. I believe, nobody is going to judge you here. If you think he is alive in physical life I am fine with this too, whatever makes you happy, but myself I do not believe it.
For me he is alive in spirit forever but I am still grieving deeply no matter how many times I have seen him in my dreams, and got some sort of comfort from him that he is OK etc. I just have to pray to God to take care of his soul because this man went through many terrible things during his lifetime. I just want his soul to be happy now.

This time of year is not easy for a lot of people and its so easy to bring back nostalgic memories ... its like the Autumn of Life ... a time of loss and transformation from the old way of being, to a new yet matured realization :)
Maybe this will help a wee bit ... and notice the wonderful art work as you listen :) I hope this soothes a downcast soul. I just love how each of the seasons represents some aspect of life.

Hmmmmmmmm
I guess you was not until the end of the movie. lol! :wild:
There is valuable information in the credits. A lot, but unfortunately I could not read everything. I need to see these claims carefully and with great care.

I just love how each of the seasons represents some aspect of life.

btw - did anyone see the night time sky? Has to be nearly THE MOST amazing sky I've ever seen .... to me its like it popped right out of a dream - stars white-bright! and each star in its own splendor and size ... all the stars so unique and distinct from one another ... and the moon perfectly round and seems so close! I live in a very woodsy area and seeing it through the various trees framing it just so ! ... Moments like this I need a really awesome camera. Hope everybody saw it.
Thanks for the video. I really liked it.
In fact November is important to me because of two important days in this month: my birthday (it's human nature and is not run from it. We're all gonna get old!) and the anniversary of the death of my father... exactly the same day that I do birthday... it's gone forever 7 years ago. :(
It is difficult to be 100% well that day that brings me sad memories. It is true that I will never forget what happened that day... I'm always very sad that day. :( But I always try to somehow be okay that day.
Sorry to share that and get away from the topic...
I don't have much to add here at the moment, since my thoughts in general are more like wt?:wtf: about so many things I've encountered/observed lately. lol Although I did have a couple random things I was wondering about the TII cd, maybe someone can answer them.....
Does anyone know why "Jam" is the only song on the TII cd that says written by MJ and all the others are written by MJJ?
And what does "Always great to sing with my brother" mean on the back of the booklet?

It was so beautiful last night and this morning when I took my dog for a walk at 5:00am. The moon was so vivid and defined and was even still present on my drive to work after the sun came up. I love nights like that, they're so imaginative and peaceful, it feeds my soul. :)

It bugs me when I keep hearing about the end and each time I see it they cut it off in the theater at the start of the credits. So... what am I to do? Ashtanga can you PM me what happened? What the credits were etc? I'm not happy with my movie theater. In fact I am surprised. I used to work for the manager of it and he always played all the credits to every movie. So what happened with this one, I wonder.
Also, should I buy the CD? Is it worth while?

Not to interupt but I would make a complaint with the management of the movie theatre that you paid to see all of the film not just part of it, and if nothing is done about it at that level go to the Supervisor...and so forth and so on...
I feel that is a disrespect to Mr.Jackson, his family, the fans, the admirers, and customers of the movie theatre...go get em Ape..!

Yes, although the first 14 songs are just repeats from other cd's, you do get the 2 new TII songs, 3 demos and the poem, it's worth it imo. :)

As you know, I don't post here that often. I've seen the movie now. The strongest thing I take away from that is the idea of RESPONSIBILITY. "This is it" meant. . . this is the time we need to act, to help bring peace and healing to the planet and to each other. We all bear responsibility, individually and collectively. We must treat one-another in a loving way. We must make choices that are healthful for ourselves, for others, and for the planet. This has always been a large part of Michael's message. Included in that is if we've wronged someone, we must apologize, and mutually heal. If we have the ability to help, we must not turn away or pretend (justify?) that help is not needed. One-by-one, we must all make the loving choices. Isn't that what Michael has been saying to us?
Carry on,

Thanks for this Victoria83. :) And although I won't see the movie at this time I do agree with Michaels message to the world. :)
Change begins within and then extends beyond ourselves into the greater world. I won't repeat the disappointing episode I experienced last night, but I will say it took a shot once again towards my views of humanity in general until I spoke to my Mom, my voice of reason, and she said you helped right, and I said yes I did what was in my heart I couldn't just pass by without doing nothing, and she said then you did the right thing. That to me is what life is about, doing the right things.
I think we all should think about what kind of world do WE choose to live in?
Turn on lantern! :rolleyes2:
Nah I'm ok, it's not that serious to me, got more important things to think on in life. :)

Vic, You could post here more often, your posts are always welcome! Thanks for sharing! That was incredible.
Thank you. This is the ONLY way I've found to make sense of Michael's death. We must IMPROVE ourselves. Michael was about primarily TWO things. Identity, and love. In terms of identity, he felt he had a right to express himself. A RIGHT, to do that, as himself and no one else. He had a human right, to do this. Anyone who blocked that self-expression, was NOT good? Did he have complete self-knowledge? I don't know. I think he was a work in progress?
The second thing, is love. . . we face challenges, daily. We feel, often, that we are RIGHT, and that justifies our bad treatment of other people. It also leads to wars. . that sense of intrinsic "rightness." I've been very distressed at the reactions to the TINI thread, actually. These are people. . . who have put themselves on the line. You may not agree with them, but a lot of the reactions TO them are so NOT Michael. The worst I ever heard him say, was "devilish."
For Michael's death to have meaning, we must CHANGE, and improve. Personally, I fear the weak people in the world, more than the obviously evil. We can protect ourselves from the evil ones, because they are obvious. The weak? They do NOT stand up for what is right. They do NOT put themselves on the line. But, Michael, himself, always did. . We need to dig deeply, and follow his example, even if it's not always the comfortable thing to do?
So I say . . . peace. . for Israel and Palestine. For north and south Ireland. For the U.S. and the Middle East. For Christians, Muslims, Jews, Buddhists, and Wiccans. We must find common-ground. We must step UP when help is needed. . emotional help, spiritual help, and whatever else. We must LIVE Michael's example, not just waste our time talking about it. We must LIVE it?
Vic

Very nice post Victoria83, especially these words. :)
I've been thinking alot recently about many things and this happens to be one of them. There's a question that stays in my mind and I think about it often.....
Do people only choose to EXIST, instead of LIVING?...I wonder.
You know 2 nights ago when I experienced the negative and ignorant perception certain people seem to have towards others that are like and/or unlike them in whatever way(s) I had to find a way to move past being truly bothered by it. So I'm going to share a very brief story that happened to me again last night. I saw the homeless guy and his dog again on my way home from work and this time I stopped and had a conversation with him. He was stranded and just wanted to get back "home", I asked him what is it going to take to get you and your dog there? He said he almost had enough money and I said what is enough? I just need $32 more dollars and then I'm done. So I said here's $40 please please just get off the street and get you and your dog "home". The tears in his eyes and smile on his face was priceless to me I thought he was going to jump out of his skin from happiness . He hugged and kissed his dog and thanked me over and over and I said just take care of you and your dog, he said oh I will he's all the family I have. That broke my heart  but we had something in common, I said your dog looks exactly like mine :D so we had a little conversation about our dogs :D then I said you better get going, so he grab his belongings and said come on buddy we're going "home". The smile on his face the entire time was the best gift I could have received on a very emotionally difficult day for me yesterday. He thanked me again and waved goodbye to me as he walked across the street. Of course everyone stared and looked at me sideways again but I didn't care this time. I drove away smiling and crying happy tears, then I got home and listened to "Stranger in Moscow" and cried some more.....
Just think about it.....What if that was you? Put yourself in anothers shoes for just one moment, the impact on YOUR life can be far greater than you can imagine. It wasn't about the money to me, it was extending a hand out to someone who just needed a little help, it was about LIVING and the very special gift that I gave to myself.....food for my soul.....

Great post, Lily! Gave you reps for it. :) Similar thing happened to me too when I was in Toronto a few years ago. Had an "encounter" with a homeless person twice. One positive, one a bit negative. The positive one was with a younger person during one winter day. It was SO COLD outside. I had my winter clothes on and was still freezing my butt off, it was so cold. I was stopped by this person who politely explained to me that he needs to get to a shelter, but that it's not in the center and he has no money to get there and that he needed 5 dollars, so any change I could give would help. I gave him the whole five dollars because it was not much money and even the thought of anyone having to spend even a minute longer than necessary in the cold made ME shiver. So I wanted him to get into a warm building as soon as possible. Another time I was stopped by another homeless person in front of the Eaton Centre. He wasn't that polite and he was like "I need money! I'm hungry!". So I offered to pay for a meal and he was like "I don't like hot dogs! I don't like this...I don't like that!"....so I thought "Okay, forget it. If he can afford to be THAT picky....?". So I didn't give him anything. I mean, I had times as a student when I was pretty much starving, when I had absolutely no money myself. NONE. There were times I was searching through my coat pockets for any change I could find to be able to buy SOMETHING...ANYTHING. I would have welcomed ANY kind of food back then....and usually all I ate was spaghetti...with no sauce. Just the spaghetti cooked in water. That was often all I could afford. And I couldn't afford to be picky! (Well, I could have just called my parents and ask them to send me money, but I was too proud. I never told them I was practically starving. If they asked if I had enough money for food, I'd lie and say yes. My dad would sometimes somehow sense it and would send me extra money, because he knew I'd never ask for it myself). Anyways, maybe it was "rude" from me to walk away from that homeless person, but to me, if you are really hungry, you can't afford to be THAT picky. I mean, even I wasn't and I wasn't even a homeless person. I ate what I could buy. And often all I could afford was just the spaghetti, like I said. So, I know what it's like to be hungry and have no money, even though I never was "poor" and homeless. But it was because I was a student and didn't have much money and was too proud to ask my parents for money and wanted to manage on my own. And I also liked it because it was a very humbling experience. It's good to know what it's like to go to a grocery store completely hungry with less than a dollar in your pocket, or not being able to buy nice clothes, etc. because you don't have money. You learn to appreciate things so much more when you finally do have money. And you can understand better what it's like for those who don't have much money. You realize how fortunate you are that you can walk into a store and pack the cart full of groceries and not think about how much it all will cost, just as an example.
Anyways, I liked what you said in the part I bolded. That's actually how I've always thought. Since I was little. I've always been EXTREMELY sensitive and I cry easily and if I see someone hurting or suffering, it hurts me. My mom told me that when I was around 4-5 years old, I was watching Bambi in the living room and then all of the sudden I just disappeared and my mom was like "Where did she go?". So she looked for me, and found me in my bed crying my eyes out and she was like "What's the matter??? What happened??!!". And she told me I told her between sobs: "Bambi's mother died!!!!! They shot Bambi's mother!!". :boohoo: :boohoo: :boohoo: And that was too much for me because it made me SO SAD for Bambi that he no longer had a mother. And when I was around 7-8 years old and heard about Hitler and the holocost and everything it made me so sad for the jewish people. There was this show on TV about a family during the holocost and it was on TV in the evening and my parents let me stay up past my bedtime to watch it, and I remember I kept asking my mom if she and dad would have also helped the jewish people during that time. I remember I was like "Mom, we would have helped them and let them hide in our home too, right? Right mom??!!!". I just don't like seeing people hurting and I've never liked mean or rude people really. To me it#s not necessary to be mean or rude to others. I realize one can't like everyone. People are so different and not everyone can like the same things and that's fine too. There will always be some people one won't like or get along with. But I think one can still be RESPECTFUL to all people. You don't have to like or be friends with everyone, but you can still treat them with respect. I always have believed in treating people the way I'd wish them to treat me. And I think that if someone is mean to you and you are mean back....you achieve nothing but more trouble. Besides, if someone is mean to you and you are mean back....then that makes you just as bad of a person as that other one. At least in my opinion. If you do exactly what they do, then how can you critisize them if you are acting exactly as they are? If you lower yourself to their level then you are just as bad as they are. That's why I just try to ignore it if someone is mean. I won't let anyone take an advantage of me or treat me badly, of course not, and you don't have to either...there are other ways to handle it. I usually either ignore it or try to respectfully tell them my opinion, without calling names or "getting personal". But I usually do try to think why someone is like that as well. A lot of people are mean and rude and "tough", because they know no other way because all they have seen all their lives is people treating them and other people badly. So they haven't learned anything else. Or they are just hurting so much that they act tough to protect themselves from getting hurt. There was once this girl in my class in high school who was always a bit "rude" and "tough" and she always acted like she didn't care how people treated her. Her friends (yes..."friends"...) were calling her all kinds of names and they were all laughing at it (that girl with them) like it was somehow funny and as if the names were thought to be equal to terms of endearment. But I couldn't understand how anyone could feel good about being constantly called "pig" and "slut" and what not. I thought that MUST be hurtful, even though she acted like she didn't care. So one day we had this "diary" kind of thing during one class for a project, where each person had their own page, and everyone else could write things about that person on the page. So as expected, that girl's "friends" wrote all the insulting stuff (like I said, I guess to them it was all meant to be "funny"). So I wrote something nice on her page and something that hinted that maybe there was something under the tough outside after all. And when she wrote on my page I knew I was right about her. Because she wrote "If I'd believe in angels, I'd think summer is an angel". And coming from HER, who was supposed to be this tough "I don't care what anyone thinks, screw you all" girl...it meant SO MUCH to me. It made me feel so good inside that I was able to make her see that not everyone felt the need to be mean and rude to her and that she was alright and that I "knew" she had a heart that was hurting underneath the tough outside, and that I was able to show her that there was someone who DID care about how she feels.
So like you said, Lily, it often really are just LITTLE things that matter. Just a kind word, or a smile, or a hug, etc...it doesn't have to be GRAND things or loads of money or whatever...it begins with little things. And often the little things have even bigger impact than big things. Just like the example in the story that Susie posted showed. Sometimes little things can even save a life. So imagine if all of us would focus on doing little things every day and being a little nicer to other people....what an impact it would have when you count all the little things together?
(I love this song!!)

Maybe you and I can't do great things
We may not change the world in one day
But we still can change some things today
In our small way
Empty words are not enough
Where there's hurt, we'll be a crutch
When there's thirst, we'll fill each other's cup
Because we care, we love enough to share
Maybe you and I can't do great things
We may not change the world in one day
But we still can change some things today
In our small way
In despair we'll be the hope
And the prayer that frees the soul
We'll be there to share each lonely road
Because we love, I know we care enough
Maybe you and I can't do great things
We may not change the world in one day
But we still can change some things today
In our small way
Just a little time is all it takes
What a difference just a smile can make you'll see
Love is all we need
Maybe you and I can't do great things
We may not change the world in one day
But we still can change some things today
In our small way
Anyways..."in other news"... I had a WEIRD dream with MJ in it last night. It was SO NICE...and strange and awful at the same time as well. I was in some cabin (I always seem to be in some cabin somewhere lately...what's up with that?) with MJ and we were holding hands and I was holding on tightly to MJ's arm and cuddling against him because it was so comforting and in my dream we had been holding each others hands many times when the other one needed a friend or someone to support them, and in my dream it was a sign of "comfort and being there". And MJ was about to have an interview in my dream, so I was there to hold his hand and if I remember correctly I was thanking him for having held my hand for so many times when I needed it before that. So anyways, the interviewer comes in and MJ starts talking and he talks and talks and, as always, it is just absolutely FASCINATING to listen to him and he is talking about the most BRILLIANT stuff and I am just looking at him in awe and thinking "Wow,he is SO INTELLIGENT, it is mind blowing!!". I can't remember what he was talking about though, the only thing I can remember is that he kept mentioning Eros.  And some other old, greek figure or something like that...something from ancient history. And it was not about anything to do with sex or anything like that, I think it was about art and his love and passion for art and he was just telling the most brilliant stuff. And then I remember he did talk about feelings and emotions and he was totally excited and like he was about to "bust" from happiness and he was like "You know it makes me feel like..." and I remember he was waving his hands in the air in front of him to try to find the words to describe how he felt. And then all of the sudden he turned into this spirit like in the movie Ghosts that looks like that see-through kind of "plasma" kind of thing...and that "spirit" flew right into me through my stomach (yeah..what the...?:lol: ), you know sort of exactly like it flew into the Mayor in Ghosts, except it was not supposed to be any scary, mean, evil thing, but a GOOD thing... and it was somehow supposed to make me feel how he feels, like he'll show me how he feels "through me".  But then he somehow just disappeared before he was able to show me how he felt. (And somehow the interviewer was not there while MJ was telling all this stuff, or I wasn't aware of him until MJ disappeared). So after MJ was gone, I wanted to rewind the tape (because of course since it was an interview it was gonna be filmed)...to see how MJ "flew into me through my stomach" (:scratch::doh::doh::lol: ) and see what happened. But instead of seeing the GORGEOUS Michael that I had been looking at with my mouth open (MJ was wearing the same kind of red shirt as in LWMJ), there was now an MJ that looked like a corpse. And that interviewer was like "He is gone..he is dead! Can't you see...his eyes are falling off...he is decaying...Look at him! He's dead!" and it shocked me to see it and see his body falling apart and I was like "You are so mean!! Go away!! Why do you do something like that??!!" to the interviewer because to me it was mean that he was showing me that. But right then he told me to look into the sky...and there was a shooting star, and I knew it was Michael. And there was a little boy in the sky who grabbed a star and started floating on the sky holding on to the star like an umbrella, and then there was another, and another...and it made me smile and I knew MJ was alright. And that's when I woke up. And when I woke up I could remember how GOOD I felt when I was holding MJ's hand, it was like the best feeling in the world, it was SO NICE and so COMFORTING...and then when I saw him as a corpse it was so awful! :( But like I said, it turned out to be a nice ending anyways, so that was good. :) No idea what that dream meant.

I guess you was not until the end of the movie. lol! :wild:
There is valuable information in the credits. A lot, but unfortunately I could not read everything. I need to see these claims carefully and with great care.

Sorry to hear about your dad. :( *hugs* My dad died in November too. Just about exactly six years ago. It was the WORST November of my life. It was like, life could not get any worse. First my dad died (and I was such a "daddy's girl"...it was so hard for me ) ....and then like two weeks later the raid happened at Neverland and the whole nightmare with MJ started. It was like it couldn't have happened in a worse time. Just when I would have needed MJ's music and the "magic and happiness" the most, I couldn't listen to his songs or watch any videos because it just made me cry more because I was so worried about MJ and felt so bad for him. It really felt like my whole world was falling apart. And I had just started working in a new job and...it was just awful. It was such a hard time. But again, it really was my work that got me through it. I had to focus at work, and had to get out of bed to go to work, so I had no time to think about anything else, so it was a good thing. My mom and my sister took some time off from work to be able to grief, but I luckily couldn't, since I had just started, and I'm glad I didn't take any time off because then I would have had too much time to be alone and think and I think it would have been so much harder to get through it all then. It was good I was so busy with work that I had no time to think.

Sorry about your dad. :better: My father left exactly on my birthday. It's hard to forget and not remember. :(
We are not so free from this kind of thing in life. We will always have to go through bad times and sorrows in life. It is inevitable, but part of life. We are not eternal and one day we will all leave. I'm always so sad when I remember what happened to Neverland. A place so beautiful and magical. When I was 9 years old my great dream was to learn Neverland and carousel ride with Michael. lol! It was my big dream. Although Michael had lived so many bad things in life and being surrounded by bad people, it has always been a very blessed by God. Michael has always been a man so strong and optimistic in life and so I always admired him so much. When I remember 2005 I'm so sorry for all those bad things have happened to him, but at the same time I feel so proud of Michael. I looked at him and thought: "Michael in passing a great inner strength." He remained optimistic and confident to the end and emerged victorious proving his innocence. So, Michael has never been a man innocent and fragile as many people still insist. Michael has always had within it an infinite great inner strength that was given by God to him.

That's very true, what you said about his inner strength. It was very inspiring. It was like "LOOK at what Michael is going through...and look at how strong he is!!". It was like "You can get through all the things you keep whining about in your life because they are NOTHING compared to what Michael is going through right now!". It gave me strength to see how strong he was.
Anyways...I found the "fence" story I mentioned earlier and thought I'll post it because Susie asked for it back then. I read it years ago and loved it.
The Fence
By: Author Unknown
There was a little boy with a bad temper. His father gave him a bag of nails and told him that every time he lost his temper, to hammer a nail in the back fence. The first day the boy had driven 37 nails into the fence. Then it gradually dwindled down. He discovered it was easier to hold his temper than to drive those nails into the fence.
Finally the day came when the boy didn't lose his temper at all. He told his father about it and the father suggested that the boy now pull out one nail for each day that he was able to hold his temper.
The days passed and the young boy was finally able to tell his father that all the nails were gone. The father took his son by the hand and led him to the fence.
He said, "You have done well, my son, but look at the holes in the fence. The fence will never be the same. When you say things in anger, they leave a scar just like this one. You can put a knife in a man and draw it out. It won't matter how many times you say 'I'm sorry', the wound is still there."

Michael is an incredible human being. We still have many things to learn and find out about it.
A curiosity: Who is Susie? lol!
I loved "The Fence". Thanks for posting. This story was very true, but the end of it is very interesting and important. I also believe that when we go through bad things or when people hurt, the wound is healed but the scar will remain forever in us. I think that even if you pardon (forgiveness is just a comfort), the scar will remain forever and nothing will be as before. It makes me think of Michael because he is very disappointed with the people around him, he went through this many times.
But I know he forgave Michael (forgiveness is a great virtue and gift of God) all those who have wronged him, but I'm sure the scars of all those evils against him were forever marked in her life. Even with so many scars, Michael has always remained steadfast and confident to pursue your life (once again the incredible inner strength of Michael overcoming all the bad things). So, I feel very proud to be a fan and admire this great man. For me, Michael will always be a great example of how to be a human being guided by love of the world, life and God.

Wow, can't believe how much I've missed since I've been up in herrre. So many interesting posts, such a nice, warm group hug.
Summer, Ash I am truly sorry to hear about your losses. I am actually terrible at this kinda of stuff, I can't be of any comfort and solace to people. I thank the Lord I have yet to go through such a thing. I am blessed that both my folks are alive, together and help me so much. I know we tend to take people for granted and it shouldn't be that way. My mom did lose her dad when she was 19, I never got to know the granpa on her side, but I am told he was a really great man. I cannot begin to imagine what is like losing a parent, or even worse, a child.
I had some other stuff written down, but it seems trivial and out of place considering what you gals are talkin about at the moment. I might as well copy and paste it though, but please consider that it was written prior to reading what u have said:
I saw in an earlier page AllForMJ/B] had noticed the Break o' dawn sign at the beginning of the Smooth criminal performance in the movie. Really nice touch, isn't it? I'm hoping to catch the movie tomorrow for the 3rd time. Summer, you were right, the first time I did lose some awesome moves for WBSS. This time though I'm particularly lookin' forward to certain parts of Beat it and the ending of the Billie Jean performance and also some really nice slow songs. Whatta concert that would have been.
Speaking of Smooth criminal - tonight, in the space of 15 minutes I saw two versions of it – the scene from the movie and the 'fast movin' video' and it dawned on me – weren't we all entrapping Michael into our own little memories of him – the first time we saw him on TV, went to his concert or the 'era' which we enjoyed the most? I certainly found myself guilty of doing that. I really hope he didn't feel like a prisoner of people's memories, nostalgia or demands, cause there wasn't any way he could have pleased everyone, in spite of his very best of efforts.
I remember all the commotion about the return of the curls back in May. I was equally excited, cause indeed he looked in 30s, but I sit and think – did he think we wouldn't want to see him perform and we would love him any less if he didn't have them? It ain't like he was Samson, his strength wasn't in his hair.
I'm sure all of us would have enjoyed even an Oxford suit clad (*the horror, I know* lol) Mike singing outta the cook book recipes for pancakes, as long as he would have been there. I actually never got the hate that poor suit got and all the bad rap; his words there were faaar more important. Now, them high shoulders on the Balmain 'pinguin' suit are a totally different thing, as far as I'm concerned. Whenever I see them in the movie, I feel like grabbing a scissors and reaching through the big screen and cutting them mofos down. But I disgress, this ain't about Michael's fashion choices; he didn't need anyone's approval, he was his own man and that's what was so beautiful about him. Plus, the TII performances are faaaar too magical to be even slightly disrupted by them awful shoulderpads.
Going back to the 'entrapment' idea - at the end of the day, the most important Michael wasn't the little used and abused boy from back in Jackson 5 belting out Ben, nor the moonwalking showstopper at Motown 25, nor the innocent victim of abuse pleading his case from Neverland or the triumphant soldier of the HIStory trailer or the drained human being at the end of the trail, [B]the most important of all was Michael of June 24th 2009 – the mature father of three, the man who had been through legal and personal hell and back, the artistic genius working his behind off to show his children, his fans and the world what entertainment was really about, all of it with a social and environmental twist. And that I feel needs only celebration. I can only be very, very proud of the man. Don't you all just love the world's reaction to the movie? I never had a doubt it would be anything other than a complete success. Y'all wait and see what the DVD will do, this is only the beginning.
For a long time after June 25th I used to have this tiny blue and white perpetual calendar covered so I wouldn't see what day it was. Then, for a few weeks I've actually kept it with the day June 24th, wishing things were as they were then, but I have since returned to the present. We really have no other option. We are where we are now and must each do our job to keep Michael's legacy alive. I am convinced his greatest legacy will be his children; also his good works for people all over the world and naturally his amazing art, but also each and all of us can be part of it, not only by sustaining work bearing his name, but also the causes close to his heart. Btw, incredible posts you had there Victoria, cheers.
And since this thread hasn't had some pictures in quite some time, here is something I stole from another thread, hope noone sues me for it. It actually contains my favorite part of the Threatened performance in the movie.
Enjoy and God bless. Peace and love folks, that's what the whole shabbang boils down to at the end of the day/night. :D

Wow, ash and summer! What is it about November and losing one's parents?:(
My mother passed November 19, 2007. And she was really my only parent. I didn't grow up with a father and I had no siblings. Talk about Orphansville! We were so close, more like friends and sisters than just mother and daughter. I now cringe when I get close to that date. November 18th is no picnic for me either (that's when it all started). She passed suddenly, and it was all a little traumatic for me, to say the least.
I didn't realize it at first, but I later realized that she passed around the same date of the Neverland raid back in '03 which was November 18/19. As a matter of fact, one day it occurred to me that the raid happened in November, so out of curiosity, I thought I'd check to see when the prayer thread here at MJJC was started, since the whole reason it started was 'cause of the whole '03 ordeal, and it sent shivers up my spine to see the date was November 19! Something "special" those two had in common I guess. I hadn't really finished mourning her and then *bam!* the whole MJ "surprise" this year! I thought the world might possibly be coming to an end. It was like de ja vous seeing his funeral and hearing all the "terms" that are a part of it. Their deaths were like bookends to a terrible nightmare. I thought, they are together and I'm alone! I thought, if I never see another casket, it would be too soon for me (except the ones in Moddie's dreams, those are kinda intriguing, heh, heh!). I just out and out told God that He already took my mother, sooooo ... He was not taking MJ too! So He had better come up with something quick! lol! I guess God and I just have that kinda relationship! lol!:cheeky:
Well, I knew she would like meeting him. She loved Michael. She always defended him. She was happy when he was acquitted. She was the victim of the same kind of abuse MJ was accused of and she said that even she knew he was innocent. She even told someone one day to stop talking about him 'cause she said she wouldn't mind having him as a son-in-law, lol! (a little comic relief for ya there!:D One day, if I get up enough courage, I might share a little dream that she had that pertains to that! It is hilarious! lol!).
I guess that's part of the reason this season is so difficult. And, to make matters worse, where I'm at, at this time of year, the trees are almost completely bare, the sky is always overcast, it's cold and it gets dark early. It kinda feels like you're in one of those cheap horror flicks. To make matters even worse, my relatives love to celebrate this anniversary by going to the cemetery and going out to eat afterward. I get the feeling this is all kinda fun for them.:mello: Ah relatives! You can't live with them and you can't kill 'em! lol!
Well, thanks for letting me share my sob story with you all. I hope you don't mind. It's sometimes hard for me to open up. I guess I was raised to keep things in. That isn't too good for your blood pressure! This has been therapeutic for me. Thanks so much and ... November hugs for everyone!

Gee ... wait until Shana hears about this!
I don't mean to be so random here .. its just that I was just laying down and Something told me to get up and post the new sky sighting last night.
Last night it was as though God was saying to me, "you liked My Sky-Handy work the other night eh?? Ha! Check THIS OUT - look up!
and I looked up at the blackest sky and saw these uniformly teenie tiny, yet vividly bright, glittery PIN DOTS, speckled evenly, ALL OVER THE SKY as if someone had a handful of diamond beads the size of mustard seeds, and strew them perfectly, and evenly, upon a blue-black canvas and they landed and stuck there, as carefully placed pin dots. Like God literally had a pen and tatood the sky with it in quick, deliberate pokes, one by one. One star was not any larger or more bright than any other. ALL the same.
Perfectly uniform pin dots.
It was BREATH TAKING! Just like the night before was breath taking ... but just so different from it ... I mean God is actually versatile with His "sky painting!"
The Great Creator is so interesting! :giggle:
I hope other people saw it too.
My daughter mumbled something as I was standing there in awe, and I asked her to repeat it, I go, "huh"? And she says quite simply, "they're twinkling"
Ah! (I said) They ARE! It was as though ALL of them were winking at us!
Zillions of "little stars" twinkling
And then we both turned around and behold! ONE ENOURMOUS STAR! Brightly shining! All by itself! Amid all the teenie ones .. like the lead singer of some amazing group of voices!
I imagine it was Venus, doing her thing. She was really showing off!
I know its a a tough time of year. Please I know it sounds trite and Heaven knows I don't mean to, but please take in the entire night sky in this transitional time of year.
As someone said, it can be so healing to the soul.
I know its so easy for me to say, I do hope though that its possible for you to try to take it as endings creating beginnings like, when miraculously a birth of a beautiful daughter is the same day as a death of a very special parent.
God has so many "stories" within the "stories" of our lives. I'm learning that its so much better to live them while we still can ... while we're still here ... to the fullest ... truly enjoy, as much as we can, the wonderment of His amazing ways ...if for no other reason than to remind us that He is indeed He
(or He/She if u like - being that God is ALL, it seems appropriate enough to me)
I hope everyone feels better soon and overcomes this difficult time with a renewed sense of it all somehow. I hate to see people in pain. Love you guyz ...
This is a season of life .. death ... transformation .. and harvest ... and ironically the colors change into colors so vividly bright ... almost as if God is saying that inside of what we think is death, is really LIFE ... beautiful life that has simply taken on another, more vivid, more colorful form ... and when it dies yet another "death", just as an acorn falls to the ground, another seed is planted ... showing us that, in its own way ... life, in and of itself, for its own sake, does somehow ... continually go on..
... somehow the stars have reminded me of that..

 Im so sorry bout ur mums passing :(
Summer, MP, Ash => I'm so sorry for your loss! I know how sad is to lose someone and no matter how much I've been through it and suffered with it, I'll never be able to comfort anyone! Only time to help us get used to the void that stay inside....
I hope the bad memories and sad memories don't go beyond good memories!
November and December aren't the best months for me, but the show must go on, right?! So I just put my clown mask and living the life.....no matter how difficult it is!
We got it going on! Don't you think? ;)
Love u all!
Kisses!
Gee ... wait until Shana hears about this!
Is she supposed to be relevant in this "mystery"?
This is a season of life .. death ... transformation .. and harvest ... and ironically the colors change into colors so vividly bright ... almost as if God is saying that inside of what we think is death, is really LIFE ... beautiful life that has simply taken on another, more vivid, more colorful form ... and when it dies yet another "death", just as an acorn falls to the ground, another seed is planted ... showing us that, in its own way ... life, in and of itself, for its own sake, does somehow ... continually go on..
... somehow the stars have reminded me of that..
Your whole post is beautiful and it sounds like God shared with you His idea of pointillism in the portrait He painted last night. :)
I'm especially thankful for these words you posted here. :flowers: Today is one of those days for me when I needed to hear something hopeful and to be reminded that life truly does go on.....:)

This is it?????
I read about Ruska and when she mentioned how MJ had told her that he had loved that she had not asked him for any money, all I heard was "ding ding ding ding" in my head...you know, like..."looks like someone found a female to his liking that seemed to match his 'non-golddigger clause' and so someone could have started getting interested. :naughty:  And now we know who to "thank" for the awful shoulder pads in the jackets he wore lately (then again...I wouldn't care WHAT he wore if we could just get him back! :boohoo:) and where MJ got his orange pants from (but at least they were tight :D ). Ruska does sound (and look) like she had a crush on him...but can't really blame her.  The way she was all over MJ in the pictures, I'm sure she at least would have liked to have had a relationship with MJ. And if MJ got the impression that she wasn't after his money or fame, he could have gotten interested also. So...who knows? :scratch:For MJ's sake I'd be happy if he found someone he liked and who made him happy during the last weeks/months of his life.
Gee ... wait until Shana hears about this!
Forget Shana...wait 'til GRACE hears about it! :bugeyed     All of MJ's "star trek" (=Balmain) jackets will be burnt in a fire or will be in the "Give to Salvation Army" pile after that. :hysterical::hysterical::hysterical:

So, we almost got an answer to the question: “Did MJ find Love in Dark?” And the winner is: Yes, he did. It was Ruska. lol
Oh wait a second, maybe it was Grace? Oh, no it is not Grace it maybe was Shana…. LOL
Shana was on TV kinda letting everybody know that she had something with Michael too. Ruska is doing almost the same just a bit different way imo. I think some more hot stories will come out soon.:)
PS. Personally, I am not really impressed of those designer jackets and pants he was wearing lately. If it was Ruska’s idea to dress him like that, then she really sucks imo.
I know one woman who used to dress her handsome husband funny way to make sure that no one else looks at him.:)

The problem is this: just be a picture of a woman next to Michael and this woman has become his girlfriend, lover, wife... and so on. lol! Do not forget that right now many people are showing up and taking advantage of the situation in some way (to get some fame) and therefore not credible. I can not stand people who have that kind of attitude out there talking about things in private life of Michael. -_-
Michael always fought hard to preserve and have your privacy, so in my opinion, who was part of Michael's life (no matter who it is), has an obligation to continue this privacy out of respect for Michael... then, silence and mouth closed! -_-
Is she supposed to be relevant in this "mystery"?
With so many women who take to it, Michael could have his own harem. lol! In any picture or story that appears on a woman in Michael's life will always be a mystery. Why do people want that Michael really had a true love in your life. And when that kind of thing happens, the hopes rise, "did he find true love?" My answer will remain the same: "No."
In fact people see what they would like to have happen with Michael: have found true love and sincere, have married again and be happy forever. But it did not happen... I still say and always will say Michael did not find someone like him to respond and correspond to everything that he needed in your life. If this had happened, EVERYTHING in his life would be very different. -_-

Exactly. Normal person and secret girlfriend never will talk to the media selling own privacy. People make those stories to get some attention and more fame as a result. Obviously it is good for business. There is a video on YouTube where Ruska made not a nice statement about Hilary Clinton look. I think it is pretty rude.
I do not think that Michael could deal with this kind of manners. A half of this video in Serbian which I can understand too and half of it in English. The statement about Hilary Clinton is in English. Also on those pictures with MJ Ruska looks much younger and much better than on this video. It is like looking at two different people. Probably those pictures were fixed on computer for a reason before they were given to the media.

I agree with you.
This was not a good attitude by Ruska. The big problem is that most people do not know and can not keep his mouth closed for some reason. This type of behavior is horrible especially among celebrities.
And as the Ruska would not be happy and dazzled the pictures with Michael at his side? lol! Any human being would. Michael has always been one man and amazing artist.
I think for her work and being with Michael was great for their business. But I know that Michael never trusted 100% in people around you. He is very disappointed, so it has always been very important for him to be aware and have eagle eyes with everyone around. It is a fact, that there will arise many stories and women (unearthed in the past Michael... lol!-_-) To feed even more this mystery about whether or not to have found true love.
Well, I'm still with the same opinion: "It does not exist and never existed."
The problem is this: just be a picture of a woman next to Michael and this woman has become his girlfriend, lover, wife... and so on. lol! I can say anything about celebrities if I do not like something they do. I do not see a problem about that. But she WORKED for Hilary Clinton and she put this video on YouTube so everybody can see it. And it is not a nice thing to say “she is not pretty” about ANY person in public.. Thanks for agreeing with me. :)
I confess that now I'm afraid to say things here. lol! I always think so differently in most cases.
But... unfortunately people are like that. If it happens that way with us, normal people with normal lives, imagine the life of a celebrity? It's actually much worse. And this simple fact even more admire Michael for always having so much strength to overcome all the adversities of life. Sometimes I'm thinking, "Wow, Michael often had to deal with all kinds of people... good and bad." It certainly was a great learning experience for him. Michael always had a great experience with people and so he became a connoisseur of the human mind. I believe he would be able to simply look at a person and feel if that person was of good or bad. Michael was always a very sensitive person and I believe he had this great ability to sense the good and bad. :)
I can say anything about celebrities if I do not like something they do. I do not see a problem about that. I like Hilary and she is beautiful and elegant... much more than the Ruska. lol!
As I said, this type of behavior (example Ruska) among celebrities / public figures is horrible. It is very exposed and want to draw attention of the media anyway. That is so rude. What I can say is that Ruska can have a great and infinite knowledge about fashion and clothes and in this case I think she had some sort of memory problem and forget the lessons of etiquette for sure at some point in her life she had. lol! Yes, celebrities/ public figures sometimes also fatal mistakes in front of everyone, they are human beings are not perfect and are made of good and bad qualities, but it's always nice to be alert to this sort of thing to avoid unnecessary constraints. :)
*Look at that amazing, interesting and perfect:
Michael never went through this at any time of your life! I've never seen Michael say anything bad about someone in public. (He could say many things about all the bad people who have in your life, but he did not. A great and perfect attitude) Michael will always be a great example for me. Again... is simply why I love you so much Michael!
We have to be prepared for more hot stories to come.:) Some ppl are nuts.

I think they did Photoshop those pictures we saw on newspaper. It is very obvious after watching the video. She looks very different at pictures. I do not want to say more then that.... It means that this person simply was lying from the beginning. I do not know why all loonies come to MJ?
PS. Karen said that Michael didn’t have a girlfriend. If somebody was around for a short time she said, it was another "Billie Jean".

Thanks so much for the encouragement SoS. What you wrote was so poignant, beautiful and eloquently written. The year '09 really is a time of rebirth, renewal and rebuilding. In my opinion you and no one should waste time worrying about the behavior of Klein. I also do not get that interview. I never imagined that he would behave that way. I think when I said a while ago, that Michael's plan was to somehow incorporate "her" into
the "This is it" show, must be fact. From reading what you guys who have seen the movie are stating, that is exactly what it appears.
Remember how I interpreted the poem "Planet Earth"? It has a double meaning and one for sure is about his lady love and of all the poems to be spoken as being part of his last work, this piece is used.

When he sings Earth Song in the movie, he leaves out the part "Although I know we've drifted far"..
A clue..
He wasn't singing that, It was the demo of Earth song.

^ all these clues!
I went to see This Is It for a second time, and decided this time to view it through a different lense. Yeah, that's right, there are many lenses to be had and the last one I used didn't do me any favors so I thought I would choose an alternate one. I enjoyed the film much, much more. With that said...
As far as I remember MJ has never varied much while singing the lyrics live for Human Nature, and I think we all agree he at one point sings:
Why does he do it that way.
I like living this way.
I like loving this way.
Have any of you ever heard him sing there (and quite emphatically):
She likes loving this way
?
Well, he definitely did in the film and it caught me by surprise. I hadn't noticed it last time. So who is "she"... do you think he was meaning his LITD girl?
And what would that line mean in the context of the song? Is he meaning to say, if he finds her to be his soulmate or counterpart, than she, like him, would like living and loving "this way," whatever "this way" means in that song?
What does "this way" mean in that song?
Or could he be meaning "loving this way" in this case with her, as being all about keeping satisfied with having a "spiritual connection" only and not needing an actual relationship where they come together for real in person?
Or, is it maybe just simply meaning he loves "their Love" because it's theirs and he knows "she" loves it, too, for the same reason.
Yeahhhhh, I noticed that he said "she" too!!
I was like... Heyyy! Where did THAT come from?!!! LOL

Regarding the song Someone Put Your Hand Out,
what do you think MJ is wanting to communicate through the words he speaks at the beginning of the song:
Never try to talk about it
It's got to sound good to me inside
I just think about it
Does anyone have any ideas? This is a song that MJ actually wrote, right? Or did someone else? I can't recall and I do not own the Ultimate Collection.
Someone Put Your Hand Out is a song that really grabs at your heart, don't you think? It's very lovely.
When I read the lyrics in their entirety the song sounds like a pleading or a prayer for TRUE LOVE, God please show me a sign. He sounds sad. In a way it seems imo like he has searched/met/dated/even married and given of himself yet none of them were that one, his SOULMATE/TRUE LOVE. These first 3 lines say to me that maybe he envisioned someone and thought about her ALOT in his mind but he kept it all to himself because there were no words to describe what he's feeling. And if and when that day "she" was gifted into his life it would be something he would just have to KNOW, this is THE ONE.
or maybe not, I dunno.....
As far as I remember MJ has never varied much while singing the lyrics live for Human Nature, and I think we all agree he at one point sings:

I won't go see the movie but from what you're saying it sounds like MJ improvised to how he wanted the lyrics to be not how they were originally written by someone else. :)
Maybe thats due to being in a relationship with someone? "She likes loving this way" sounds to me like their feelings of mutual love were known as well as expressed to each other.
I dunno.....

Um, their chances of getting along longer are so very good because they can't talk to each other and put their foot in their mouths? No?
Um, the number one reason for divorce is money issues, and since their spending has come to a deadstop due to death, things are lookin' good for them? No?
Um, they will forever appreciate each others' senses of humor because whenever they tell a joke to each other their expressions will be so wonderfully deadpan? I personally love dry wit...it would go over well with me anyway. but....No?
Help me out here, Ash. What's some of your ideas? They are BOUND to be better than mine.
 Ok....
Honestly? I prefer to stay very quiet about it and not say anything about what I actually saw the movie that has nothing to do with love. Unfortunately, people just look for a direction... film is full of subliminal messages... :o
Maybe they are noticed, but purposely not mentioned. Usually if one individual is observant and notices something, it most likely means many, many more have done the same. It might just not be known that they have done the same. Which is cool.
Well... the way I think I'm sure nobody saw NOTHING! :o
A great example is this:

I think people make things more complicated than they should be sometimes. :) Some things are very much straight forward they just tend to be over-analyzed, possibly to try and find some meaning that truly isn't there. ladies i watched the movie the second time last night... and i heard "why does she do me that way" twice. did anyone noticed it..huggs
^ I did notice that. It's a switch from usually he's says, 'does he do me that way' but,
I've also noticed from listening to the original HN from Thriller, he refers to a 'she' also except not in the same spot. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nnhg7uP9wp4
In the background at 1:44 it sounds like he's aying, (in that beautiful voice! and he says it very fast .. ), "she's really very fine givin' her, A rose" or something like that, and at 3:07 it sounds like he says, "she's really very fine give it here, hay ya Girl" or something like that - so I imagine he could have said 'she' again because of his original 'take' on the song ..
I do not hear the other 'she' mentioned queen_g and AllforMJ ... not yet anyway lol ... doesn't mean I won't.

Also, it dawned on me what the song, This Is It sounds like to me. I couldn't quite put my finger on it, and maybe I did sort of say this - it sounds almost like an apology of sorts. I wonder if anyone else hears it that way. I had been saying, explanation, but maybe that's it, maybe its an apology of some kind hm? :innocent:
constant repeats of, 'please dear, understand', and the background saying, try 'staaaaaand
And one lyric interpretation I wasn't comfortable with was 'I'm the light of the world run away'. That doesn't make sense to me and by itself it sounds to me like a candidate for the "M-HL" list, lol sorry! yet I do hear what could easily sound like 'run away' but not quite, so, (to me anyway), so after listening more carefully, it sounds to me like,
I'm the light of your world gonna make,
Make her feel,
This is real,
Every time I'm in love they don't feelit
See if you can hear that. :) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oI0hGTn9zIk

Since the shows were going to be about higher consciousness I would have to say that this picture does remind me of the French Revolution and if you look at what was happening at that time that led up to the revolution there are many similarities to the present and the state of the world today. History does tend to repeat itself, in both good and unfortunately bad ways.

Well, what I saw has nothing to do with love / she (I do not believe in her existence, well... everyone knows that :wild:). In my previous posts I just did a brief comment about it that many things not related to it (love/she) were filled in the movie. Many people failed to grasp these things. I know it (and I'm sure) that I saw and heard a few people comment. Michael is a very intelligent man and he really was and plunged deep into their messages in this movie. For this fact, it's making me read about subjects that never interested me. (Thanks Michael!) Lol! What I saw has no connection with what is discussed here. And really like the movie says: "This is a great adventure..."

You're almost there... :clapping:
In the background is the "Arc de Triomphe", in this case in ruins and obvious that by this simple detail is also of great significance. You can understand why the "Arc de Triomphe" is there, you need to read about "Napoleon Bonaparte" and capture the essence what Michael is trying to say and show.
http://img337.imageshack.us/img337/1319/126950007gc0h.th.jpg (http://img337.imageshack.us/i/126950007gc0h.jpg/) http://img121.imageshack.us/img121/1995/72015375.th.jpg (http://img121.imageshack.us/i/72015375.jpg/)
The soldiers also multiplied is another great detail that Michael definitely was inspired by a movie called "V For Vendetta" (watch the cover of the dvd movie) that is based on a comic. Michael always been in love with comics and on Halloween of last year Prince was wearing the mask of the character (I will not post the picture here that is against the forum rules).
http://img121.imageshack.us/img121/3185/vforvendetta20060221085.th.jpg (http://img121.imageshack.us/i/vforvendetta20060221085.jpg/) http://img27.imageshack.us/img27/6597/filefpv.th.jpg (http://img27.imageshack.us/i/filefpv.jpg/)
There are still thousands of hidden things. This was one of the things I saw the movie and still has a lot more. You see how much hidden messages is difficult to be captured in the act? Not simply look and see what's there... You have to understand why it is there and this time the brain will have a very hard job to try to understand what Michael is trying to show us. Research is necessary, read a lot, understand and make the connection of all these things with the art of Michael at all why he is showing us something. Remember that Michael Jackson is with him and things are not easy to see and understand. And as you can see has nothing to do with the topic of this discussion. So, I posted, but as everyone was curious, I decided to kill the curiosity of everyone here. :)

Ashtanga, I respect your point of view but I think Michael didn’t plan do make this movie because he didn’t plan to die. Everything you see on background of TII is computer generated picture which was created AFTER MJ died. I believe Michael didn’t plan to put Triumph Arc on fire as a background of this movie. AEG which I do not trust created this picture and I really do not like how it is done, looking at the picture you posted. Triumph Arc on fire has a negative meaning to me. We have the same Triumph Arc in Moscow after Russia won a bloody war against Napoleon but it is not on fire thanks God.
Triupmh Arc is a symbol of a Great Victory but if it is on fire it is not good imo.

SoS, Ash has been clear enough, I believe, in many of her posts, and she says she is trying to be careful. All the clues she is seeing is supporting to her that MJ is still alive. These discoveries are probably causing her and some others to want to burst out of their seams. I wish those also in this thread that are going through what she is could find a site and threads where everyone is talking about all the clues they are seeing in This Is It that show to them he is still living.
Do you think it is appropriate for them to share these types of clues here in this thread in light of MJJC's standing on this subject?
I think some of these girls in here are dying to...but are trying not to...but can't help bringing it up because it means so much to them and is so fun for them to be seeing these clues they feel they are seeing.
Is that right, Ash, Lully, tha, and maybe some others I'm missing?
(I have to admit Ash, you are pretty good at finding associations. This
"The soldiers also multiplied is another great detail that Michael definitely was inspired by a movie called "V For Vendetta" (watch the cover of the dvd movie) that is based on a comic"
was impressive).
Well, sorry to inform you, but you are totally wrong about what you said about me. You should not and can not judge me (much less the other girls) that you never talked with me privately, so you do not know what I'm thinking. Or you know what I think and can guess my thoughts? It is very cruel to make snap judgments about someone and I know you know it. I really feel sorry you have had that attitude with me... But that's okay if so... I am very sad about it and you. But do not worry I forgive you for this great failure. Forgiveness is a great virtue.
But now I really see that after that, I really should not stay more in this discussion.

No, no. no. I'm not having an attitude about you by saying this, I am instead hoping to explain your perspective. It was the only one I could conclude by the way you would continuingly say "I'm staying quiet" and other things in your posts.
If my assumption is incorrect, then please forgive me for having seen that wrong.
I can truly think of no other reason why you cannot share your observations with us, as many are having some confusion also as to why you can't share, and this seemed plausible to me and very understandable. That is why it was not a judgment.
Perhaps I am judging you for continuingly bringing up things in your posts like you know something we all do not but then are acting coy and don't share. It is like playing with us. I will say I am sorry for judging you about that, but it doesn't seem fair for one to do that in this thread or any thread.
So you have my apology for judging you about that. I am weak. I fully confess it!
You know, Ash, I could have chosen to stay quiet. But if one has a respect for others they will for that person's sake, speak truth to them. I could have decided, "Hey, I could care less about ashtanga, let her go on as she's doing. What's it to me? I'll just ignore her." That would have kept harmony in the thread perhaps.
But instead, I took this opportunity to be frank with you. Maybe I've ruffled your feathers, maybe I am the reason you would like to leave this thread and never return, but maybe one day you'll think back to this and re-evaluate it, and experience some growth through it. Growth in character is a beautiful thing, worth more than gold.
Dislike me, if you like. But grow!

First people keep asking Ash to share, and then they judge her if she does. I think that's a bit funny. Why can't everyone share what they think. We all don't always agree, but I think that shouldn't be a reason for anyone to tell someone else to "go elsewhere". Just my opinion.
What comes to the TDCAU scene...I think it was done while MJ was alive and MJ was involved in the creation. After all he came to the set on the day it was filmed. It's all in the TII footage. Isn't MJ even performing in front of that footage in the rehearsals?
Anyways...I saw This Is It again and I noticed a couple of things that were not "clues"...but just observations. His orange jeans had a little hole in them on the left knee. And he wore some kind of "pearl" bracelet at times too in rehearsals. I first thought it's some expensive diamond bracelet, but when I saw it closer it looked like tiny pearls, tied in the back like a friendship bracelet. Also...what caught me off guard and made me almost laugh out loud at MYSELF....was watching the footage in an IMAX theater...and all of the sudden realizing how MJ's behind was pretty much right in front of my face and I was like "Whoa! What a difference an IMAX makes! It's like 'right there'!" :bugeyed   And I was embarrassed that I had actually caught myself checking out his butt!   But like I said, it was "right there"...right in front of me...because the screen was huge...so when he turned around and lifted his jacket and shirt...it was hard to miss. Oh and these three kids were sitting right next to me with their parents and I spent half of the time watching their reactions and giggling at it because it was so cute! They were maybe between 5 and 8 years and they were leaning forward, watching MJ's every move closely. When I saw them, I just cracked up every time because it made me so happy for Michael and so happy to see how kids are blown away by all the stuff MJ does, and it was so awesome to see other's reaction to the movie. So anyways, the kids had pop corn with them, but they forgot to eat it because they were watching in complete amazement with their mouths wide open! So cute! And during Thriller they were all hiding behind their jackets...peeking behind their jackets because they were scared, I guess, but still didn't wanna miss a thing! SO CUTE! Like I said, I spent half of the movie by watching their reactions and I kept putting my hand to my face to hide the giggles because they and their reactions were so funny but so cute! All I could think was "I wish Michael could see...he'd be SO HAPPY!!"

Are the jeans red or orange? They look red on the footage I've seen or maybe it's just the lighting. I say forget about the gold pants I like the red better. He's sexy. :cheeky:
I think they look orange. Bright orange. I'm not that fond of the color...but they look GOOD on him! :stretcher His legs look really toned and really great in them! I mean, he looked REALLY SKINNY in some footage...and don't get me wrong...he looks very very skinny in the orange jeans too...but it doesn't look "scary skinny"...and I don't know if it's just the angles or the clothing, because I don't know what footage was shot when...but it does seem like he would have gained a LITTLE weight, or a little muscle or I don't know what, because he looks way skinnier in some of the footage, but then in other footage, especially the ones shot with a better quality cameras, he looks GREAT! I loved the black tight pants with the sparkly stripes on the sides he was wearing too. He looked AMAZING in them!!
Thank you for sharing this! I loved reading that. They couldn't even eat their popcorn? That REALLY says something. Very, very cute! :D
They were munching away before the movie started...but as soon as MJ was on the screen, their mouths dropped and stayed wide open until the end. You know like when someone is about to put food into their mouth but then sees something that amazes them or surprises them and makes them stop and look and the hand stays in front of the mouth with the food while the mouth is wide open....that's what they were like. They had popcorn in their hand, about to put it to their mouth..but they "forgot" to put it in the mouth because they were too busy watching MJ and too amazed by him. SO CUTE! I just had to keep giggling at them because it was so funny and cute! They were like LEANING forward, watching every single move closely. CUTE!
Thanks summer. :flowers: I haven't seen the movie but in the clip on YouTube of him singing the full version of Human Nature OMG with those pants and the shiny jacket. :swoon:

Hey Ash, don't leave. I think what you shared was very interesting.. we cannot exist without you here.. truly! We need that one telling us, she doesn't exist sometimes.. hehe
I know we've wondered why "I Hadn't Anyone Til You" was credited in TII but what about the use of "Put The Blame On Mame"? I saw a thread in the TII section and wondered out of all the classics why that particular song was chosen? Does anyone have any ideas?

Summer you are very fun! I love reading your posts and the latter were amazing!
...
What happened in this thread?
Sorry back to this, but I need ...
I feel necessity to clarify some points regarding my image lol
From the beginning I never hid that I have different reviews with respect to the majority, it made me feel a "fish out of water" sometimes .. lol
Here is one of the reasons for not sharing my opinion, I know I would be ill-interpreted, but I don't hide that I believe, I keep my arguments, until prove me that I'm wrong!
To maintain a contrary opinion, you must have strong arguments that sustain it...
I prefer to remain silent, because I know that the time will care everything... or no lol
I really enjoy here in the forum but not of the way someone mentioned...
All here have different opinions, viewpoints and beliefs, but we must use this to add ... must be respected differences ...
By the way ...
Today is 20 years since the fall of the Berlin Wall, this date is very beautiful... Unfortunately, even today, we need break down the "walls" built into our lives that pull us away from others and prevents us from seeing their beauty! Let's break down these "walls" and in their places, let's build "bridges" that lead us to new horizons!
Sorry for exit the theme ...
Ash and Tha, I'm here!

I know of the mention of a her/she/girl in that one verse
See that girl
She knows I'm watching
She likes the way I stare
but I was always under the impression that the original lyrics were written in such a way to "personify the city," and that one incident with the girl he stared at was just one of the scenes of his nightlife experiences and not a big deal. All other references to a her or she I thought meant "the city." Even the line
Reaching out
I touch her shoulder
I'm dreaming of the street
I thought that was also just being figurative for touching or connecting with the personified city.
But now that you are pointing out these adlibs with the mention of a her in a more romantic way...like giving her a rose, and how she looks fine and wanting her to come here...maybe MJ always had a particular girl in his mind, and was singing this song about his getting out of his "enclosed by gates" home and into the city where this girl was. I had never thought of it in that way before.
And if we add what Cleopatra and you are hearing him saying during the TII rehearsals
why does she do me that way
and AllForMJ and I are hearing him say also
She likes loving this way
maybe it indicates that he always had a girl in mind in connection with that song. I had no idea. I thought it was solely about him getting out into the city at night.
Human Nature
Looking out
Across the night-time
The city winks a sleepless eye
Hear her voice
Shake my window
Sweet seducing sighs
2nd Verse
Get me out
Into the nighttime
Four walls won't hold me tonight
If this town
Is just an apple
Then let me take a bite
Chorus
If they say -
Why, why, tell 'em that it's human nature
Why, why, does he do me that way
If they say -
Why, why, tell 'em that it's human nature
Why, why, does he do me that way
Reaching out
To touch a stranger
Electric eyes are ev'rywhere
See that girl
She knows I'm watching
She likes the way I stare
Chorus
If they say -
Why, why, tell 'em that it's human nature
Why, why, does he do me that way
If they say -
Why, why, tell 'em that it's human nature
Why, why, does he do me that way
I like livin' this way
I like lovin' this way
Looking out
Across the loneliness
The city's heart begins to beat
Reaching out
I touch her shoulder
I'm dreaming of the street
Chorus
If they say -
Why, why, tell 'em that it's human nature
Why, why, does he do me that way
If they say -
Why, why, tell 'em that it's human nature
Why, why, does he do me that way
I like livin' this way
About Gilda, Lily, and the song she sings...I had seen Gilda within the last year. There's a couple things going on in the storyline that might have been a reason why he chose that particular movie to include a scene with. But that particular song, I can't see how it would fit in anyway with his LITD girl. Unless you think he is putting the blame on her for something? I know we have touched that possibility before in this thread, but then decided he probably wouldn't have done that. And now we have SoS feeling more and more that the song, TII, is sounding like an "apology" and she has also mentioned in the past that in One More Chance she hears MJ say in an adlib, "It's all on me," as if he is taking the blame about something and wants her to know he understands his part in things not working out for them to get together in the past.
The plot in a couple of the films he used for that Smooth Criminal short involved love triangles, and Gilda is one of those films, and that, I guess, might line up with Who Is It. Other than that, I cannot come up with a connection for this thread (meaning something to do with his lady friend) as to why he chose Gilda singing that song. But Gilda throwing her glove at him and his catching it was a great idea! Classic.
What about the part when he was rehearsing Human Nature and he keeps singing "Keeping her around, around"...:scratch:It's when he is standing on stage with Dorian and Kenny. I've never heard him sing that line before during that song.
And about "Put The Blame On Mame"...It could be a lot of reasons, why they used it. Could be that they just thought it would make a great scene...could be they used it because of the "gangster theme" in the film...could be that they wanted to demonstrate "the girl was dangerous" and flirty....could be lots of reasons.

Oh, is that where you heard that, before the song, Human Nature? I tried to listen for that both times I went to see TII because of your one post about it, but I couldn't remember which song. I thought maybe it was I Just Can't Stop Loving You and you were hearing something instead of his Spanish. But no, you heard it before Human Nature? Wow. That is interesting that he would sing "Keeping her around, around" to himself before that song.
Has anyone else heard what Summer heard? I wish I had.
Yeah, it's before the Human Nature footage we've seen on the clips. It's when he is on the side of the stage with Dorian and Kenny and kind of warming up and when they blend in "Dorian Holley Vocal coach" too. When he also sings "I like living this way...I like LLLOOOVING this way" and he sings the "loving" part in a special way...you know, emphasizing the "LLLLOOOVING" part. So that's when he also sings "Keeping her around...around"...a couple of times in a row. You know "Keeping her...keeping her around, around....keeping her... around around"...And then after that part comes the full song from the rehearsals. If you go see it again, watch out for that part. :)
NVM............................
I think I just lost my love vibe re-reading these thoughts I typed out.....wow.......
