Very true. It is possible that a lot of these songs we analyze have no hidden meaning to them but are just songs he chose to sing for whatever reason...BUT to stay with the theme of this thread, many of us just go ahead and take each song we explore as one he "could" have meant for more than just putting a song out there. It is what makes this thread fun and keeps it alive. :)

So if anyone wants to find some "meaning" through the lyrics of this song Another Day...hey, I'd say go for it and that it is staying right within the purpose of this thread! :D

I was just watching videos on YouTube, and watched among others the old news clips from last year (before the press conference) and older ones too...and they were SO NASTY and making fun of MJ and just being really mean...it realy sickened me...in fact it sickened me so much that I considered copying that footage and sending it to that reporter. But anyways, it was just so hard to watch all that. I couldn't help but to think WHY they had to be so nasty towards him. :( And I really really do hope that he knew that despite what people were saying, he WAS very much loved. I really do hope he knew how loved he was by his fans AND other people also. What really sickens me is that like b4 he died ppl were saying nasty mean things bout him, and now that hes gone those very same ppl that said those things- NOW LIKE HIM!!! :angry: . I actually remember that the first movie I saw on TCM when I moved in into a flat in a city I hold dear was 'the great dictator'. It was a quiet October Sunday and I just enjoyed the movie and realized how much genius it took to turn Hitler and Mussolini into ludicrous characters. And it is true, at the end of the day, dictators like them and Stalin, Mao and Pol Pot were all the same – ridiculous, evil creatures who took out on millions their frustrations and insignificance. Before I go, I must stay true to my random natured self and post some pearls of wisdom I discovered I had saved, funnily enough from a mahjongg computer game (not a big gamer over here, not by a long shot, but there are a couple of them I enjoy ocassionaly). Hope u will like them. The Chinese haven't been around for millennia for nothin. Some of them are common sensical, some might find them cliche-istic even (like those annoyin powerpoint presentations that seem to make the rounds of the world and ask ya to send them to who knows how many people so wishes come true in x amount of minutes lol), but I do belive them to be true.

I know this is kinda takin things into the past and i'm usually about the present and all that, but i just read an amazing message that i wanted to share wit yall. Remember how at some point there was talk of fireflies goin on? Well let me show u all what i received:

I am sure we can all agree Michael must have felt that way many, many, manyyy times in his life, but he also knew very well that he was indeed untouchable (unbreakable does sound familiar, don't it?) and his light was and forever remained intact, maybe now it is shining brighter than ever.

And also another nice thought: If life gives you 1000 reasons to cry, show that you have 1001 to dream. Make a dream out of your life and turn the dream into reality.

This was very true and so I really like "Unbreakable". Why was Michael so a lifetime "Unbreakable." I always saw him as a man of infinite strength and that was always lit by God at all times. That's how I always see Michael. :yes: I agree with you that Michael must have been feeling so many times, after all he always had so many predators in his life. But I think that's inevitable. We will always have predators wanting to eat us why this is part of life. So we have to always have eagle eyes to never let it be to be devoured. So when bad things happen or find predators in our way is for us to learn to get rid of that kind of thing. Everything that happens in our lives will always be a great apprenticeship.

I like the new?/old? song minus the dj's talking. MJ sings a couple words differently then the Lenny Kravitz lyrics though. Don't know that that makes a difference, he still seems to be talking alot about walking away, searching and hoping for love. :huh: Ok, then why does he keep walking away in the first place? Then these songs sound like he knows her, but then he doesn't? I don't get it. Oh well. *shrugs* lol

These last 2 songs released are interesting timing wise and lyrically but then again aren't all MJ's lyrics intriguing? They all seem to have similar meaning and there's probably a reason why, just as I'm sure there's a reason for the poetry Moddie mentioned. Also, there's something I just noticed about "P.Y.T. 2008" and "Hold My Hand." There are lines that link these two songs together. In "P.Y.T. 2008" it's the line that says "let me be your king." In "Hold My Hand" it's the line that says "let me be your one and only." He is clearly saying "You can be mine. Let me be yours." He has totally opened his heart to her. Awwww.

I have been watching MJ entertain since he was a little kid and I'm tellin' you, it has never been hard to tell when he was sweet on someone. When MJ was sprung, he could not hide it. For me it is something very difficult to interpret and decipher the feelings of Michael through the lyrics. Are just ideas, thoughts and speculations of what the fans think. In fact the only person who knew his own feelings and your heart is Michael and no one else. Only he could say to what extent it is the reality. For he always have fought for privacy lifetime, I believe that his love life would never be an open book to the world. Michael always took it very well. After all, some part of it has to be kept private. So, Michael has always been a very mysterious and I think people really will not know much or perhaps nothing about the love life of Michael. This arouses great curiosity of the fans and many people who are not fans of MJ.

I like the new?/old? song minus the dj's talking. MJ sings a couple words differently then the Lenny Kravitz lyrics though. Don't know that that makes a difference, he still seems to be talking alot about walking away, searching and hoping for love. :huh: Ok, then why does he keep walking away in the first place? These last 2 songs released are interesting timing wise and lyrically but then again aren't all MJ's lyrics intriguing? I know there's not much truth in many things, and we believe what we will. Maybe MJ found love in the dark, had love all along or was still searching, I really don't know the true answer. The person I have read about has not been spoken of in this thread, that I can recall. That's about all I'm going to say on it here because certainly the thought of finding LITD matches our topic here but what's posted on this other site goes far beyond anything I'd care to bring to MJJC let alone our beautiful positive thread about all things LOVE. :)

Are you familiar with the story of C.S. Lewis' Shadowlands? Here this amazing man of God and Christian writer remains a bachelor for sixty odd years and then unexpectedly he meets, Joy, and falls in love. They are married for only two brief years and he loses her to cancer. I'm sure he had a few whys for God. Why after all those years of his accepting that he was one probably to never marry does God then bring a woman into his life, only to take her away from him almost immediately? Two years. And she was really sick most of that time.

Interesting that her name was "Joy," for in those two years, as bittersweet as it was, God brought him joy through her. Unexpected joy. What a blessing.

Maybe in MJ's last few years God brought him unexpected happiness through his LITD girl? If so, then also, what a blessing.

hi, Everyone! I sure do miss you guys so much and wish I had the opportunity anymore to hang out and post and even this post is so rushed. As soon as I sit down to try and catch up, I have to get right back up again. I'm off right now to pick a friend up from the hospital from surgery and if I get any more down time, will come back, but unfortunately that's a big IF. I said I wasn't going to take my eye off MJ again and I do get the newsletter updates and telephone calls, one of which told me about the new leaked single.

I guess I'll toss in 2 cents worth and say that perhaps the case is that, if it was done during the Invincible session, it may have been like Don't Walk Away (where "she" walked away) and Fall Again (also during Vince session) where they "fought in a battle" (so maybe MJ walked away since he believes its best to Beat It and since he's a "lover and not a fighter" when it comes to love) so maybe he made a song at some point about one of those times during "the battle", when "we left ourselves a mountain to be overcome" was applicable. We know how he makes a song about something and holds onto it for eons. Oh and if it wasn't done during the Vince sessions but more recently then maybe um ... well maybe his bottom line feeling is that ever since 2003, he has seen that them being apart was a mistake on so many levels to include him leaving her be, in the past, letting her get away so to speak, walking away in the sense of calling her a few choice names or rather, having some choice words for "her" in some songs (during that battle, which maybe is what he wants to to "please understand" in TII? ), anywayz, oh well 2 cents indeed

I truly believe things happen in our life so that we are given the chance to FEEL emotions on many different levels, including the feeling of once in a lifetime. And whether it was a long ongoing relationship or something that happened more recently, what a gift to be given, the experience of TRUE LOVE. :)

They paint a very specific and certain picture of a man depply in love with a woman of whom he lost but still felt a spiritual connection for and wanted desperately back.

The lyrics you quoted indicates a major clue about a problem. "Walls". And what do walls mean?" Barriers. "If I could tear down these walls that keep you and are apart, I know I could claim your heart and our perfect love will start". Michael is telling us, a barrier stood between them and that had something to do with their split, or at aleast, that is his perspective. He has repeatedly sang about walls and barriers in more than one song. This was a real problem to him, it cost him a great love at some point in his lifetime.

Also the lyrics you quoted indicates, when he lost this woman, he didn't know how to reach her at some point. She was lost to him and there was no contact. This indicates another clue. This woman of whom he is singing this theme about, can't be a woman of whom is/was
in his immediate path. Wouldn't a woman with ties to Hollywood in any capacity be very simple and easy for him to pin down and locate? Wouldn't he have seen her or run across her or someone who knew her if she had a similar lifestyle to his? He would have found her and been reunited with her years and years ago if she traveled in the same cirlce as he.
But yet he has given us songs throughout the years with almost the exact same theme of longing and yearing for a lost love of whom he once had and never gotten over...

Michael has already told us, this lady wasn't near him. Look at it like this, ask yourself what ladies or kind of ladies would be near him?

Once you go down that list, you will see who Michael has told us, she is not.

Michael told us over and over again in his "messages", what he had on his mind: Love. Romance and being one. This is also indicated in the different songs that were leaked in recent years and the theme of those songs.

Michael didn't leave this earth without God honoring the one prayer and blessing, his clues told us, he wanted most of all- Her to come back.

The power behind it, must be that inner feeling inside of you, reminding you of its truth?

God answers prayers, all you have to do is go to him sincerely and ask and you shall recieve.
Michael's clues indicated, he moved aside and put his faith in God and allow what he had prayed for to manifest.

God had his anointed hands all over Michael from conception( beginning), he wasn't going to leave his child (MJ), in the end( death).

Michael clues in the latter parts of his beautiful life, tell us, his prayer had been answered.

I was thinking this too about TII. I kept asking myself what is the message he is trying to get to "her." And I came up with something similar. He wanted "her" to realize that he understands now that because he "let her be" and didn't do all he could to get her back and into his life, he left her alone to take another direction away from him and onto a path that ended up maybe causing her unhappiness. And he wanted her to know/understand how sorry he was about that. And if that is so, then how very sweet that it meant something to him for her to understand this.

I forgot to wish Asedora a very Merry Christmas, i know she is from Russia and today according to their calendar they celebrate this amazing holiday.

In other parts of the East they celebrate the Lord's baptism and for many of us it is the Epiphany of the Lord (the revelation that Christ came not only for the chosen people, but also for us, Gentiles) and the Three Kings (espcially in Spain; hopefully everybody was good over there and didn't get any 'carbon dulce' instead of what they wanted lol). And hopefully, la befana in Italy was also nice with folks.

So, whatever branch of Chrisendom you belong to, for many, today is a holiday and even for those who aren't celebrating anything (in the Protestant world that is) remember the unyielding truth of God's entry into the limitations of human history and time and the salvation He brought through His Son, Jesus Christ.

Hey, you wanna see something about MJ that is really really cute? The below shows that he didn't change very much at all over the years. From listening to what Kai Chase and Judith Hill both recently said, I can tell that MJ was still doing those same cute little things that I saw him do. I mean, thirty full years went by since the time that I saw him do this and he was still doing it in 2009! LOL He was still trying not to get caught staring and he was still into just going with the flow of things.

Then, the man riding in the limo with MJ said, "Here, would you like an autographed picture?" and started handing it to me. I looked over at the man to answer him and that's when MJ started staring at me. I saw him out of my peripheral vision while I was talking to the man. I had told the man, "That's not what I came over here for, but I'll take it. Thank you." When I looked back at MJ, he immediately looked at floor again so I wouldn't catch him staring, but he didn't know it was already too late. I had noticed as soon as he started doing it. I could see him and feel him staring while I was talking. It's an intent stare. It can't go unnoticed. I said, "Michael, they really are back there fighting over you." Then I left and got back in the car with my cousins.

My one on one moment with MJ came about unexpectedly and was based on trust and a simple promise being kept. It kinda ran itself. I just went along with it, and surprisingly, he did too.

I think it should just stay with her and she should respect you for knowing how he watched over privacy in your life. Well, in my opinion is one more person taking advantage of the situation for a few minutes of fame, because I heard she wanted to publish a book with recipes that she prepared for Michael and his children. I must be the only one that those lyrics are not affecting in such a powerful way. -_- When I read lyrics about barriers or walls keeping them apart, or walking away, then will you be there? WHY NOT just be with, stay with, fight for, go to this person and live a life of HAPPINESS and LOVE? Where is the truth in fighting or keeping out of your life what should be when there's a reason you've been brought together? I feel like when you are gifted with something so special you MAKE IT work no matter what tries to stand in the way. ... And consider the possibility that she wasn't physically in his life during the trial but was only maybe able to cover him in prayer from a distance. Would he have been understanding of that, or resentful...thinking later, hey, where were you? I think he would have been understanding.


This song, "Will You be There?" has come up before, and, according to one poster, who was deeply affected, he may not have been as understanding as we would like to believe:

What is the likelihood the LITD girl has even read this post of Justus' or if she has would she not only take it as a fan's perspective, and not necessarily Michael Jackson's?

Maybe Justus thinks this as only a possibility that MJ viewed it as his LITD girl "faltering." But I am not so sure MJ would pin that on her, I really don't. Not after all this time and knowing how God was so on his side and got him through it all. When we see how God's hand has moved on our behalf it has a way of keeping us from being petty. I just can't believe that MJ would hold this against her. And because I feel this way, I hope that his lady love would not be "cut right through to her core" by Justus' words, which have not even been proven to be MJ's very own viewpoint.

Think about this, if this LITD girl was not able to physically come to Santa Maria for good and fair reasons, how could she be viewed as doing anything wrong? She should no way let MJ or anyone put some guilt trip on her. And if she is a woman of God's...then what about God maybe having HIS reasons for her not being there? So should MJ be on her case when it wasn't maybe God's will for her to? I can see her regretting it, and can see her feeling sad about it, but she no way should feel guilty about it, and no one should make her feel guilty either.

If in her heart she would have wanted to be there for him if she could have....that should be enough.

What is the likelihood the LITD girl has even read this post of Justus' or if she has would she not only take it as a fan's perspective, and not necessarily Michael Jackson's?

Maybe Justus thinks this as only a possibility that MJ viewed it as his LITD girl "faltering." But I am not so sure MJ would pin that on her, I really don't. Not after all this time and knowing how God was so on his side and got him through it all. When we see how God's hand has moved on our behalf it has a way of keeping us from being petty. I just can't believe that MJ would hold this against her. And because I feel this way, I hope that his lady love would not be "cut right through to her core" by Justus' words, which have not even been proven to be MJ's very own viewpoint.

Think about this, if this LITD girl was not able to physically come to Santa Maria for good and fair reasons, how could she be viewed as doing anything wrong? But I wanted to do for this little comment to me was very clear. Why things are not as they seem. She gave this interview to a Brazilian reporter a few days after June 25 and was one of her first interviews. This was the only interview that I watched it and do not know in other interviews she talked about the book. They talked about everything we already know and at the end of the interview out of curiosity the reporter asks her what Michael and the children liked to eat. She replied and said he intended to publish a book with these recipes that she prepared and was looking for a publisher to publish it. After this interview I know she gave many interviews and also saw that came out a few small notes in newspapers, magazines and web sites in Brazil and something out of Brazil on the interest in publishing her book. Well, then I understood what was her intention. I think she was enjoying the moment and the real intent of it was another.

For me it's really hard to believe in things that other people say about Michael and especially people who had a close proximity to Michael. Kai just worked for Michael. Judith said... but she spoke professionally Michael and nothing else. She behaved as it should. She did it right and she was really happy and proud to have had this great opportunity to work with Michael and being so close to the great artist.

For me it is a fact that many people took advantage and are enjoying the moment somehow. Thank you Ash. I think those women wanted just their 15 min fame? It reminds me the way how Shana acted ( I saw a video on YouTube). It shows that this lady came on TV to say to the whole world that she slept with Michael which is probably not true at all.
While I was watching this video I was feeling embarrassed myself and very sorry for him.
If she wanted to protect him and give a positive public image of Michael to the media she had to put her words different way without going that deep into sexual and private subject imo. She had to act more intelligent, more classy and smart let say. Michael didn't say anything after Shana gave her interview to tabloids because he was a gentlemen first and second he was going through a very hard time imo.
Another lady who said that Michael looked at her back when she was wearing something open doesn't really mean it has to be taken just simply sexually like this woman did.

Raymone Bain issued that statement and it didn't come out directly after shana and joane came forward. If I remember it correctly it came out after Rodney Jerkins and the Casio (i think) guy spoke on ABC? These events could've been around the same time though?

What I can say is that these people are all dead wrong. It is true that the world has always been curious about the private life of Michael and it seems that these people are keen to talk about certain things and often when the time is not convenient. Who has always been part of the life of Michael knows how much he was always so careful with your privacy. I always saw him as a great gentleman and I never saw him making comments and giving names of those people.

As a fan it does not bother me at all to hear about our MJ having an eye for the ladies or one lady in particular. Back in the day, I admit, it did but I am older now and have a "real life", adult experience of my own.

It is much easier for a female fan to allow Michael to be a real man when that fan has given herself permission as I did years ago, to appreciate real life circumstances and be open to them.

Some of us want to know that he had special women in his life and that they actually made him happy.

Great reminder. Never to be trusted 100% in everything that is net, all that is published by the press and mainly rely on things said by other people. People have to always question and doubt. Why not always things are as they seem. The truth is always distant and hidden from us. :yes:

Actually he did send out a statement right after Shana and Joanna had been on TV talking about their relationships ("relationships"?) with MJ, and he said something about all these people coming out to talk...people who have "misunderstood their relationships" with him. Something along those lines. Maybe someone can find that statement? It didn't name anyone specifically, it just generally said that he was not happy about people talking like they'd be close to him when they weren't. Don't know if it was a "coinsidence" that it was released after Shana/Joanna on TV...and I guess one can take the statement any way one wants...but still, he did say he didn't like people talking on his behalf and misrepresenting (is that a word? :scratch::lol:) their relationships with him.

I know my intepretations vary quite differently than most, both lyrically and otherwise but I do agree that there was something much deeper and intensely passionate beneath the shyness that the public saw. I also believe MJ was a great lyrical illusionist at times and may have lived out many of his dreams and fantasies at any given point in time that were not necessarily reality, as one might think when listening to his songs.

I do not and will not ever understand why these women are talking to begin with. Are they broadcasting all their other "relationships" to the world? imo there is a reason these females are not acknowledged by name and such in statements. That to me says alot. They want their name linked with MJ, him to acknowledge it and for the whole world to see it. Attention seekers. Again imo if he chose to keep people like that around him time and time again, that's on him. OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :wild: I'll stick with the second option. Michael was always a great gentleman and it does not look anything like the kind of man that we see out there. Michael never proved to be that way. He was always very discreet unlike many celebrities out there. I always think in religious education (Jehovah's Witnesses) very hard he had and I know that even if he has abandoned the principles of religion continued with it. (I'm saying this about love and women).

I do not see Michael being a man of many women have multiple relationships at the same time, have multiple relationships in a short time, be every week or month with a different women and bla bla bla... This is very common with men very famous, they do this to show his great masculinity to the world, the great ability to win and have several women and view these women as great trophies and gain some more fame. I never saw it at Michael and I saw never that way. A man adventurous, venturing with various women and venturing in love... no! :no: I have this vision of Michael and I never have.

For me, Michael has always seen the love as something pure, honest and perhaps eternal and not a simple affair or play that involves feelings (true) very strong between two people. In his love of truth was very strong, deep and intense. Living true love/love intensely and to share life and all the feelings with the other person with respect and honesty... always.

He always cared a lot in keeping private that which concerns his private life. Then, all involving his private life, only he knows. Only he could answer all questions about it. But I know he must have tried a lot and never found the woman of his dreams to fill all the gaps of his life. (the female version of MJ. Lol! :wub:).

Actually, and in all honesty, I will never be able to fully design anything for you to fully understand. Reason being? You and I have a language barrier because I am not from the same place that you are from and I do not speak in your native language. The first person that always instantly comes to my mind when he is singing about relationships and "walking away" and all that, is Lisa Marie. But then on the other hand, when you think about it, you'd think that if it was Lisa Marie or someone of her status, they'd most likely have mutual friends or he would know someone who'd know where she is and would know how to get in touch with her. So he wouldn't really need to "search the whole world" or keep "forever searching", would he? I agree. It's all very much up to our own interpretation. MJ was very creative in his messages. I personally feel that there's more to it than "knowing" someone in the physical form as I've interpreted many times before. I could be wrong, but imo I believe inspiration comes from many places that are not necessarily always reality but visions, dreams, hope, imagination, etc. Who's to say God wasn't sending spiritual guidance/messages to MJ through his lyrics/music/poetry etc..and preparing him for what he would eventually gift him with in his life?

I think you could be on to something about your interpretation of that shirt ( by the way, I have a hard time making anything out on it). It makes total and complete sense for a Man who is deeply serious about a woman of whom he had to live without for periods of time all the while longing for her and singing about her, to be extremely protective of her and their love. But let's say Mr. Will came up with that lyrical totally separately from MJ (although it makes a lot of sense he did not, because they were collaborating a lot at that time and there is that song intro playin' right there at the interview...) but let's say it's a lyric only reflecting himself and not MJ...even so, it is touching for a celeb of his popularity to say such a thing to the woman he loves, because you know he has all kinds of women

So for it to be important to him for his woman to know those other women saying "I love you" is not what has meaning, depth or substance to him, but only for "her" to say it to him, "I love you" is huge. The part that really jumps out at me in this song...along with many other parts...lol...is "The sun's not shining, shining when you're gone. All I get is rain. All I get is storms." The second vid is of that same MSG performance but the other night with Britney not there and a model type gal instead. Okay this post is now going to get PG13. I may blush my way through it for I am fairly conservative and don't talk about sexual things in person with others or online, but...when I was studying literature while working toward my English degree, often discussions would be surrounding the many sexual inferences within the body of literature we would be studying. Many of the classics can be interpretted in such a way... and Shakespeare didn't hold back in this area of including sexual references, and let's not even start with Chaucer!!!

I had brought up before the song, Serious Effect, and said I felt I had an interpretation for it but didn't go into it at the time. I really didn't want to say all I needed to in order to explain it because I would not be able to avoid speaking of some sexual-related things. :blush:

The whole song is about "animal magnetism," and, I believe, MJ's delight in discovering his LITD girl had THAT side to her.

Why he was delighted is that I am thinking that he had observed her for awhile and she presented herself as a rather straight-laced "goody goody," kinda like he did for several years at the beginning of his career. I think she might have not been boy crazy and was a type who stayed cool and reserved around guys, to the point that maybe his pals had even suggested to him that she was either frigid or a "dike." Strong assumption, huh? It was actually SoS who got me thinking about this for a long time ago she shared that she could hear (in the section where I have so much trouble hearing anything) in CLHGA something like "are you a dike?" I was like, "No way!" But now I'm back-peddling....I think it could make sense that he was hearing some of this from others and probably a bit of, "So stop being so hooked on her and move on."

Obviously, I think there was a season back before Dangerous and maybe somewhere around Bad that he was where she was and observing her. I don't think she knew it. And just like the public was being steered at times by the media to think that MJ was NOT a red-blooded American male, and his fans were made to wonder and were relieved when others stepped forward to assure all he was heterosexual and red-blooded...I think MJ was wondering a bit about this gal and hoping for some indication that his pals were wrong and his instincts about her were correct. If she walked anything like Tatiana did in the vid The Way You Make Me Feel...he must have thought there was something more to her than met the eyes...you know, how sometimes still water runs deep?

If you remember in a post of mine before about this song I had asked "What is he so d*** glad about? lol.

So...he's attracted to her but has been curious about her regarding all of this,

This guy is only interested in woman who will come across not just want to hold hands with him. MJ reads the guy and knows the drill. She may be attracted to the guy, she may be interested in him, but it won't happen. And knowing how MJ has always been one to have faith and pray, I wouldn't be surprised if he asked God to even block it. This is a good example, if this took place, of how MJ could have "been there" for her through prayer at a time when she needed it...his prayers could have protected her from getting into a relationship with a guy that would have been harmful for her and left her very broken hearted. Anyone who has been in a relationship with a rounder would attest to this. It also would show how well MJ can size people up when observing them; he probably understood his LITD girl maybe better than she understood her own self. So he could be "glad" about all this because he was pretty sure she wouldn't end up with this guy. It makes ya kinda wanta go back in time and knock her over the head a few times and say, "Hellooooooo, WAKE UP! You're looking in the wrong direction! Mr. Perfect is over here! Duh!! :lol:


But...now...there is another part to this...her display of animal magnetism is having a serious effect on him also, simultaneously. She's really turning him on now. This song is hard to hear as far as a lot of the lyrics. Lyrics for it found online are really inaccurate. I did the best I could, but with errors, I'm sure.

To me this song is very sexually charged, even the way his vocals are. His LITD girl may be a red-blooded American girl, but still back then wanted to wait around for the right guy and stay true to whatever her morals were.

MJ, may have been the same. He didn't have to sleep around to be a passionate heterosexual guy. He might have wanted to wait for the right girl and did um...um...what he could to um :blush: ...work around that, while waiting for her and marriage. Now I am referring to the time prior to his first marriage in 1994. After that, i don't know if his ideals and traditional thinking and all that changed, but I think maybe back then, when he first had his eye on "her' he wanted to wait, and not do "too" much sexually. That is just my view.

I think so Shabuya. :) Those lyrics to "Dream Lover" sound alot like some of MJ's. Not someone in his life or within his grasp just yet, but someone that he is wishing, hoping, fantasizing, and dreaming to be gifted into his life someday. Because of this, and the hard work that he did to get his life back on track, his legacy now remains intact, and the words not guilty are traveling around the world.

If he had not found a way to turn things around, he would have passed away sooner from all of the unfair pressure that was being placed on him from Evan Chandler's lie, and he, meaning MJ, would have passed away with his life still in disarray.

But, he kept his faith in God and himself, and found the strength to do a rebound.

Also, there's something else that came to me the other day that has been running through my mind quite a bit lately. It has to do with these three lines from "This Is It."

These three lines are causing me to look back at something that MJ said in "Someone In The Dark."

The above lines fall right in place with him saying in "Someone In The Dark," "One sweet night I knew I would see a stranger who'd be my friend."

If the person was first a stranger to him, it would clearly explain why he would say, "I never heard a single word about you" in "This Is It."

Also, if the woman that became his friend was a stranger, then it would also explain why he was so amazed that it feels like someone he's been knowing for a very long time.

Additionally, in "Someone In The Dark" he said the person would find him one sweet night and in "The Way You Love Me" he is revealing that she did. At the beginning of "The Way You Love Me" he said they kissed in the moonlight after she took his hand.

So, to sum it up...he fell in love with the stranger that he was wishing would find him one night and after she found him, she didn't seem like a stranger at all.

Yep! He was ready to take on the world again, and was totally confident.

Because of this, and the hard work that he did to get his life back on track, his legacy now remains intact, and the words not guilty are traveling around the world.

If he had not found a way to turn things around, he would have passed away sooner from all of the unfair pressure that was being placed on him from Evan Chandler's lie, and he, meaning MJ, would have passed away with his life still in disarray.

But, he kept his faith in God and himself, and found the strength to do a rebound.

How do you know? Oh, yes, we all, when we were children we were dreaming to meet some dream prince or princess similar to one which is described in some novel.
Actually, because MJ loved Disney stories very much, it does kind of seem like he was hoping to be rescued in a way that is similar to what happens in a fairytale. In a fairytale, it often happens in a very mystical and magical way.

Look at what he said here many years ago about being rescued...

Notice that he also said, "I thank the Heavens above that I met you." Additionally, he said, "The world's a better place 'cause you came in time. You took away the rain and brought the sunshine."

It is very apparent, from looking at the way that he actually started cheering up, putting out positive love songs, smiling, laughing, giggling, and looking very vibrant again before our very eyes, that someone figured out how to do what he wanted done.

At 3:00am on 11/23/03 while I was kneeling and talking to God about Michael's situation the following words came to me:

"Heaven has been opened. His defense is descending to earth."

Whenever things come to me, I go to the Concordance of the Bible. It's the only way to know if I actually received what I thought came to me. Well, "opened" led me to Ezekiel 1:1.

Later on that same day, the single word "battle" came to me. It led me to Psalms 24:8.

I've learned that God can reveal a lot with a single "word." All you have to do is follow where that one word goes.
Recently, I went back to the Bible to see if there are other passages that shows that Heaven opens.

Also, FYI, I had a typo above that I went back and corrected. I meant to say December of 2003, and not June of 2003. Oops!! MJ wasn't even going through all of that court drama yet. He was busy having fun in Gary, Indiana in the month of June 2003. It looks like God sent MJ back to Gary, Indiana to visit the home where he was actually born before the other home that he had created was raided. Maybe God had MJ go back to his hometown to remind him of where he came from because He did not want MJ to feel completely deflated by what was going to occur five months later. It looks like God was a step ahead of Sneddon. MJ did not know that Neverland was going to be raided in November of 2003, but it sure looks like God knew. After all, He is the all-hearing, the all-seeing and the all-knowing.

From looking at the way that he had the song "I Never Heard" aka "This Is It" nearby, rather than in the vault, and because of the way that he sings the line "Got this love I can feel," and also because of the way that his "Love Never Felt So Good" demo surfaced online in 2006, it does seem like he was receiving love from someone he wanted. He was really happy about it too!

Ah, that's right. There is "storm" once again. I did notice the mention of storm in Another Day, which reminded me of One More Chance and the way storm is brought up in that song.


This "storm" concept is very interesting.

As you all probably already know, I'm a big Josh Groban fan and I remember hearing his version of the song "Oceano" right when it came out back in November of 2003. Right after hearing this, in the exact same month of November in '03, the Neverland raid took place. The song seemed all the more poignant after that and ever since, because as we all know, that was quite a storm.

It is a song about being in a storm because of loving someone. I think MJ and his LITD have both endured storms not just in spite of loving one another, but maybe also because of loving one another, therefore, I think it would be appropriate in this thread.

Bear in mind, it is in Italian, but I will post the lyrics and translation. I just love the passion in his voice when he sings it. You can really feel the character's pain. I understand what you're saying, but looking at it from another angle I also understand wanting to revisit memories, go back to what you know or be reminded of what helped make you the person you are today. I've done it many times, whether it be joyous or difficult to relive. To me it's like feeding your soul.

And I do think God has a hand in things, He gifts us with certain things in our life and it's up to us whether or not we recognize and use those gifts in the process of discovering ourself. Our ultimate destiny may be written, but it's up to us how we choose to live each day, writing our own life story by each choice we make/or don't make along the way. :)

You aren't alone, I too have my moments. I sometimes wonder why this thread has gone on the way it has. Like what is the purpose of trying to discover all these things about a love that will never be?

I'm a person that's inlove with romance, dreaming and all that fairytales do to bring alive our heart and imagination, but lately I don't feel much about LOVE, at least in a romantic sense. If that makes any sense? But being inlove with discovering LIFE helps me to find meaning in each day. :)
