Hey...

Just to point out that the channels listed below are not guaranteed to air the conference live. These are merely live news broadcasts that would likely air this special event. The "Watch Online" links posted below should be showing the conference however nothing is guaranteed.

Due to the frequent updates seen on Sky News about the conference, this channel would be your best bet. Anyone from any country from across the globe can stream Sky News UK by clicking this link: http://wwitv.com/a1/b3219.asx.

Australia:
Date: 06/03/2009

Time:
- 3:00am NSW, Victoria, Tasmania
- 2:00am QLD
- 2:30am SA
- 1:30am NT
- 1:00am WA

Watch Online:
- http://www.michaeljacksonlive.com/index.php - To Be Confirmed
- http://news.lalate.com/2009/03/04/michael-jackson-press-conference-o2/
- http://wwitv.com/a1/b3219.asx - DIRECT SKY NEWS UK STREAM

Free To Air:
- NINE News/NBN/WIN - Good Morning America shown from 3:30am Sydney time.
- Channel 7 - NBC Today will be shown from 4:00am, Sydney time.
- Channel 10 - CBS Early Show from 4:10am, Sydney time.
(It is best to surf all 3 stations as all of them are straight from the US, live)

Foxtel/Satellite/Cable TV:
Sky News Australia (see "NOTE" below for streaming option if you dont have Pay TV) is your best bet, however if you have Pay TV you can switch between Fox News, Sky News, CNN or BBC World News. Again, just surf between the channels.

NOTE:
If you have NO access to any of the above TV stations. Try http://wwitv.com/portal.htm. This is a website that allows you to stream a number of TV stations from nearly every country.
Be aware that you have to select a country first from the list. Select United Kingdom for their channels, regardless of where you live:
- Sky News - http://wwitv.com/a1/b3219.asx (Direct Link)
- BBC Entertainment

Not enough information about the Australia times.. I think you mean:

3:00 am NSW, Victoria, Tasmania
2:00 am QLD
2:30 am SA
1:30 am NT
1:00 am WA

I doubt there will be TV coverage of the event at that time in the morning.. maybe on the morning news.

I hope one of the news channels in the U.S. broadcast it live in the U.S. (like CNN, FOXNEWS< or MSNBC, HLN)

Yes! We need a thread like this so thank u for posting! I was wondering where I could watch the conference live though 'cause I don't live in the UK. I too am hoping that some US channel will be broadcasting it live or maybe it will be broadcasted live on the internet.

That's what i wanna know! OMG is nine REALLY broadcasting LIVE?

I hope so... cause going online would be crap compared to wide screen T.V of MICHAEL JACKSON!

can't believe this is happening... so surreal

I received a press release from Sony Netherlands. They say the event is live streamed on michaeljackson.com

Damn, 2am? Oh well, looks like it's going to be a late one.

Can we get some confirmation that Channel Nine will be broadcasting the press conference live? Their online TV guide says Guthy-Renker Australia is schedule for 2 in the morning. Not to say that that's not subject to change. Despite the official listing they may interrupt the regular broadcast to cross live to the London press conference.

Oh well, it should be on Foxtel/Austar surely. Sky news or something will be showing it live I'm sure.

I have school tomorrow and I am still staying up for this!

Your right rick d..just saw some footage, they were mainly talking the conference.but i also think they will broadcat the conference.
