When you get that message it means there's no more seats available for that date in the way you want. For example, if you're asking for 4 tix, and there's only 2 available, you will get that message. You may have to look for tickets by searching for one ticket at a time. Of course, that means you and whoever else you go with will be split up but I guess it depends on how desperate you are for that date.

If you have to sit together, you may want to start checking another date for the amount of tix you need. Hope that helps.

Nope. Those are gone because I just tried since I will be in London 12th-15th and only had one for 14th. That is okay though. My 14th ticket is in BK110. I could have added the BK106 P today for a friend but that was all too iffy since it isn't as good a seat as the one I have. I would have to be nice and offer my friend the better deat and that ain't gonna happen. You can only take friendship so far. I just hope everyone gets at least one ticket.

ohh and what also helps don't give a price. The first few times i got zero last wednesday but i was more succesfull when i tried any price. As far as i know the closer the seats are to the stage the more they will cost. So if you don't mind sitting in the back it's best to go for any price. You can't be to picky now anyway.

That's what I thought, too. So if anyone doesn't find any tix today, you may want to keep checking everyday as more and more tix get cancelled.

I'm extremely glad that I didn't jump on any of the ebay/viagogo tix as some of those may be cancelled tix now. People may want to hold off buying from places like that with all the cancellations going on. There's no way to know if the ticket you are purchasing/swapping is going to get cancelled UNLESS the person assures you that they have not gone over the ticketmaster limits. And pray they are being honest.

Hellz yes. :lol: Upper tier...in the middle. I think it's one of a few sweet spots in the arena. Altho there really doesn't seem to be a bad seat unless you're afraid of heights and get the yellow section.

The Amex option is definitely for certain dates as it's not on feb. 12th. People just have to be careful about which date has it and which doesn't.



At any rate, I don't care, because my order went through just fine. Viagogo wasn't outrageously priced, but they weren't cheaper either, so I'm glad I won't have to go that route.

I didn't want to go to viagogo nor ebay just yet becuz of the cancellation issues. Some ppl have excess tix and put them up for sale/swap but if they got those tix in violation of ticketmasters 4 max rule, then all their tix over the max could end up cancelled. What if someone buys that ticket and later find out it's a cancelled tik that's been resold to someone else legitimately through ticketmaster. I was sooooo tempted but once the flack about the cancellations started I decided to be patient. Plus a few ppl have said that certain tix become more available closer to the concert dates. I was going to wait and see just how true this was when the July dates rolled around.

Patience is hard but sometimes it pays off.

A lot of the 75 pound seats are like, half a dozen rows in front of the 50 pound seats in the same section. The pricing for each tier is weird. It's like 4/5 of the arena is 75 pounds and the rest is just 65 and 50 pounds.

I just won't know anyone so it will feel really weird and maybe uncomfortable for me.

I really don't think any of them are AMEX only despite what it says on the notes,cos wasn't there was a code for AMEX customers before or have people actually got tickets and then it only allow amex?

there wasnt a code or anything it was just a case of when u came to pay it only allowed you to do it with with amex

ppl should check back each day as its gonna take them a while to go through all the cancelled tickets. if this is what it indeed is

Yesterday my sister managed to get 4 tickets for 28th September seats 421-427 because she had signed up with 'Leisure Time' where she pays £70 per year for a discount on all different tickets e.g. concerts, theme parks and she thought that if she phoned them to book tickets she would be able to get better treatment, as she pays them money each year. So, on Friday she phoned them and asked for any 4 tickets for MJ, and they said they'd had loads of calls and she was put in a queue and waited for them to ring her back. They phoned back at 3pm and said there was no tickets left available.
Anyway, yesterday they phoned her and said they'd had 4 cancelled tickets and offered her them! She reserved them til she spoke to me but we took them!
So, just wanted u to know thats how people are now getting tickets.

you will 100% get a ticket. if u keep trying, ticket prices on ebay etc are daft the now,but alot of them wont be sold, and the they will eventually have to sell near face value.

You dont use the card as a debit_ you use it as a credit card
and it should go through_ that is what I used to secure a ticket
and use it for all my purchaes online

It's interesting that if you go to ticketmaster without having an account it says that the general sale tix are sold out but if you go through your account to Michael Jackson all the dates are still there and you can search. It never finds anything but you can still search LOL.

Truly! There must be more intelligent and sensible ways for distributing tickets than the methods Ticketmaster has employed for these Michael Jackson concerts.

I too, similar to other stories posted in this thread, briefly left the computer to rest when tickets went on sale, much to my displeasure. I am still without my prized possession.

I hope that more tickets will be released when I am prepared.
