For all those who can’t make the weekday gathering, we are arranging to meet up at the weekend for the showing of Michaels THIS IS IT!

I think this is something we all want to see together. To share the experience with support from one another, confident in the knowledge we are among friends and like minded fans.

Purchase yourself a ticket for the 2.10pm showing.

We will meet in 'The Slug and Lettuce' , which is situated inside The O2 along 'Entertainment Avenue.

I will be there waiting at the table with a red helium balloon, so you won't be able to miss it!

I was going to post a similar thread for a specific date, venue and time to buy tickets so we could meet up and go to the same show. I will definitely come to this if I can get tickets - really want to see the film with other fans and meet you all.

I am having a hard time with this at the moment my family, friends and boyfriend think I am losing it, big time.

Ok guys, there may be more than 1 screen option available so make sure you book Screen 11.

There is also options of ticket type – Normal - £8.60 or Premium/Balcony - .£10.10.
To avoid confusion I think we should all just go for the NORMAL tickets, as I believe the balcony seats are numbered and I’d hate for us all to get split up!!!

Yes, we are all going for NORMAL tickets!

I was also considering going to the exhibition after the film - was gonna wait till after we'd got the tickets for TII then see if any1 else wants to go.

The O2 Vue website states the end time of TII at 4.10pm.

I was thinking exactly the same thing!!!

I have been looking into meeting before hand at the O2, because they have a part of the complex which surrounds the arena called 'Entertainment Avenue'.
Its open to everyone all day (and till late!!!) and is packed with bars, restaurants and clubs!!
So I'm considering meeting in one of them. This also will put us right near the cinema, avoiding extra travelling costs and people getting lost lol!! :)

I'm looking through which one will be the best for us to meet in. Am thinking more pub/bar than restaurant. Just needs to be somewhere that we can meet, chat, hug, cry, drink, eat - whatever we want/need!!!

Will let you know and of course ask all of you guys what you think!

2 WEEKS TO GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!

An idea that was thought of by Stacey, was that as we are meeting for the movie on halloween, after the film, later on when it starts to get dark, we could have a little sort of vigil/tribute for Michael.

We could have mini carved pumpkins, lots of candels and music and anything else you guys can think of, just to celebrate Michael and halloween together - What do you think???

Well, 6 days days to go! And I'm sure, like me, that you are full of mixed emotions!

I think the most likely to affect us would probably be the closure on Jubilee line, where service is suspended between Stanmore and Waterloo. But Rail replacement bus services will operate and it easy to navigate around the closure using other underground lines.

I will PM you all my mobile phone number so you all have a central contact number for the day, incase you have any need to contact me at all.

Also, just to let you know, the helium balloon I will have with me in the Slug and Lettuce will be red - just incase someone happens to have one too lol!!!

Yep, I've been feeling shit since this afternoon, went in to work, tried to put it out of my mind for a few hours, but failed to, got back and cried my eyes out and I've lost my appetite. I'd do anything to just go back to old times where there was nothing much to talk about and you wouldnt see him out of for months, but he was okay and he was with his kids and it was just a small community of us fans. Those days seem like a godsend now :(

I cant accept it. I wish he'd just come back. :cry:

I was at the Exhibition today it was good but u weren't allowed to take pics but I managed to take some anyway, though I had to be careful. I almost got caught. I had to turn the flash off so some of the pics were a bit blurry.
I just have to say that the costumes and the shoes he was gonna wear for this is it, were

I want to thank you all for the love and support you gave me yesterday. I would have never got through it without you and I thank you so, so much, I really do.
I finally got to have my Michael day, and the memories of yesterday will stay with me forever.

Without you Michael, I would not be the person that I am today. You brought us all together.

Guys, thank you so much for Saturday - what a great day, and it was cool finally meeting you all.

Becca you are a star for organising this day, thank you so much - like you I first heard Michael when I was six years old, but my album was "Off The Wall".....yes I'm that old...My family moved to the UK in 1979 and we owned 2 albums, Abba's Greatest Hits:Volume 1 and OTW....there would be a row every Sunday night over which album would go on 1st, my brother loved Abba, I loved Michael.

Michael has been a huge part of my life for 30 years and I've just been lost without him, but meeting up with you all on Saturday has been a huge help to me emotionally, being around others who not only understand what I'm feeling, but support each other through it...I love you guys!!

It would be great to see you all again in the New Year and I will see some of you who are going to Sharon's event in Brighton. Take care, all of you and hopefully see you all in the New Year.
