Did anyone else pre order This Is It CD from the website?

I pre-ordered mine from http://www.michaeljackson.com/ I received it today. But they did not send my poster. The first CD does not play on my computer. I wanted to add it to my iTunes.<_< When I use a CD player some songs skip and have static. I am so pissed. Does anyone know how I can contact Sony to complain? I can't find a number on the website or in the booklet.:mat:

According to law you have the right to a new CD of course. But it sucks!

Hope they will at least give you a free poster as a "sorry" present! :lol:
