and I found some reputation posts or something like that. What are those. Are they bad? How can I leave them for other people?

No, most often are reputation points good.

Sometimes when you write something good on the forum, people agree with it and give you reputation points by pressing one of these buttons (depending on which forum skin you're using):

The button should be located to the left on this forum, somewhere under your current mood :)

So basically - if you like this post I wrote you then you can hit that button and a pop-up will appear where you choose to give me reputation points and even add a little description to why you liked it ;)
And if you think a post really sucks then you can choose the "I disapprove" option in the pop-up :)

However, I don't think many people give "disapprove" points, you usually just say that you don't agree in the thread instead - I mean, at least I've never got a "disapprove" point - and I often speak my mind even if people don't agree with it :lol:
