What is "Latest Reputation Received"

I just saw that I got some comments under "Latest Reputation Received", what is that? Also, there are some that are green and some that are gray, how come? Both the green and the gray are fallowed by very positive words?
First I thought that it might be bad and good but that makes no sense considering the words that people wrote to me...

It's the reputation you have received from other members, to say they approve of what you've posted. The grey ones are still positive, but they're from members that aren't eligible to count towards your rep points total yet.
