Problem editing profile in UserCP

Hi!
I just wonder if someone else has problem editing profile details. Earlier this week I discovered that my settings are deleted (location is gone, birthday details gone) and when I try to change it I keep getting that "under 13 parental message". I mailed the administrator and yesterday got the answer that there was some technical error with the board and that it should be running soon again. It still doesn't work and I'm not sure if it is just my account or if it's a major problem.

yeah i've been seeking help about this for a bit now. it might not be able to be solved. unless the head honcho knows what to do lol
