Pets & Fleas

So, I have lots of pets. Soon to be 6 dogs (3 on the way) and 5 cats. So, obviously, I use flea meds. Well, I always worry about the animals licking each other and getting sick since the topical flea ointments contain chemicals (and some even pesticides). Any pet lovers/owners out there have any suggestions? I've read good things about natural methods like Sentry's Natural Defense (also a topical treatment that uses oils like peppermint, etc). Anyone have any experience with it or any other approach to flea control?

Anyone? I could use some advice. I want my pets to be healthy and safe but also flea free!

I have cats too, and I use Frontline spray. Do they have that where you live? It's safe for cats and dogs. :)

You can have frontline in the back of the head,on the skin.
Be careful with what you use, flea meds for dogs have been used to cats and cats have died because it´s to strong for them.
