[Discussion] Sexual Abuse Claims Against MJ Estate - Robson/ Safechuck/ Doe

I'd hope that Louis might feel compelled to look into this in more detail following these responses.

If Louis did a documentary where he credibly probed these cases (which would be a first in the mainstream!) I'm certain his influence would change many people's opinions on Michael for the better. Course it wouldn't surprise me either if he did one suggesting Michael Jackson fans were nutty and disconnected from reality, sort of like the way he portrayed scientologists in his movie.

IF he ever did a documentary that credibly probed the cases then I would be very, very surprised. He has laid his cards on the table and it's clear that he has already made his mind up about the allegations. His tweet stating that the Chandler case was plausible and his mention of Robson and George is worrying to me. It sounds like a guy who has already done some deeply flawed research into the subject. I hope he's not planning a new documentary on this subject because right now I'd bet a large amount of money that it would be seriously negative and biased. We should all direct him to read the books by Geraldine Hughes, Aphrodite Jones and Mary Fischer. Not to mention direct him to honest pro-MJ websites. Daily Michael is a good source for factual Robson material. Sadly there are a number of websites these days that specialise in taking the legal documents and presenting a grossly biased and unrealistic view of what they mean. To the unitiated these can appear well researched web spaces and I could imagine a lazy journalist relying heavily on them to save time and effort.

Oh, so Geller was linked to getting Bashir in on the documentary gig? I must have misremembered. I thought he was linked to Theroux. Everyone hanging around Michael at that time just irritated the hell out of me, I know that much!! I never trusted any of them...Geller, Chopra....Boteach.....fake friends, all of them and Bashir screwed Michael over, really good.

Yes, Wade Robson is the lowest of the low as far as I'm concerned......he's actually worse than Chandler and Arvizo, in my estimation.
I have bee saying this for the longest.

He can not make Jackson's fan look nutty. We deal in FACTS which they (haters) can not debate with creditability.

He could use his Tweets to illustrate his turnaround over the course of an investigation. Brings a little drama and colour to a documentary.

And if he do something this stupid, he will lose big time and will look more like a fake media person who is trying to bank off MJ who has been gone for 9 years. He can open that can of worms if he want to and there will be enuf counter debate to shut him down. All others have fail and he will to if he does such a thing. He better let dead dogs lay.

I cannot possibly agree more. Robson is lower than all the other scum. I just so hope there is truth in karma and he gets back what he deserves.

I totally agree with you (y) they all make my skin crawl, especially whenever they use MJ to get press for themselves.

Did they try to incriminate Michael in 1985 or 1986?

Can anyone provide more information about this?

At what point did Víctor Gutiérrez approach the Chandlers? If it was before Jordan's statement, is it possible for Victor to influence the content of the statement?

I think this is very interesting

That's interesting.

Also, I just found this thread randomly and it's quite clear how many people are pretty much misinformed.

Not sure any great detail, but it pretty much debunks itself. We think the guy touched kids, but he's getting a hi-five from the president so we'll let it slide? Come on..

Not to act all conspiracy theorist but let’s not assume the government, especially in the 80s, was an innocent place.

Of course the 80's wasn't an innocent time I mean with groups like vanity that's proof itself

So, Robson and Safechuck plan to make their money through a film.... I guess they have timed this conveniently before their appeal is (hopefully) thrown out.

https://pagesix.com/2019/01/09/sundance-adds-documentary-about-michael-jackson-accusers/

LOS ANGELES — Sundance said Wednesday that a documentary about two boys who accused Michael Jackson of sexual abuse will premiere at its film festival later this month, while the Jackson estate called the film “just another rehash of dated and discredited allegations.”

The Sundance Institute announced the addition of “Leaving Neverland” to its festival lineup along with “The Brink,” a documentary about former Donald Trump adviser Steve Bannon.

The Jackson estate promptly denounced the “Leaving Neverland.”

“This is yet another lurid production in an outrageous and pathetic attempt to exploit and cash in on Michael Jackson,” an estate statement said.

A description of “Leaving Neverland” says it will tell the story of two men who are now in their 30s and began long-running relationships with Jackson at ages 7 and 10 when Jackson was at the height of his fame.

The names of the accusers in the documentary were not released. Jackson was acquitted of molestation charges in 2005.

The film is produced and directed by BAFTA-winning director Dan Reed. A representative for Reed did not immediately reply to an after-hours email seeking comment.

The Sundance Film Festival kicks off on Jan 24 and runs through Feb. 4.

MJ Estate Statement:

“This is yet another lurid production in an outrageous and pathetic attempt to exploit and cash in on Michael Jackson. Wade Robson and James Safechuck have both testified under oath that Michael never did anything inappropriate toward them. Safechuck and Robson, the latter a self-proclaimed ‘master of deception’, filed lawsuits against Michael’s Estate, asking for millions of dollars. Both lawsuits were dismissed. This so-called ‘documentary’ is just another rehash of dated and discredited allegations. It’s baffling why any credible filmmaker would involve himself with this project.”

Unfortunately, anyone can release a documentary and they do not have to secure permission to do so. The only time the Estate has any potential recourse is when a documentary or other film uses intellectual property such as music or video that is owned by the Estate and is not protected under “fair use” claims, which of course the Estate is monitoring. You may recall the Estate filed litigation against Disney earlier this year for violating its intellectual property rights.

As the Estate said, the individuals featured in this documentary have had their claims rejected in court.

Furthermore, Michael was declared innocent in the criminal case against him. No documentary can change that.

Sincerely,

MJ Online Team

Michael bearden made a comment bout it and postive things it seems the people who were around mj are getting fed up with this bull*** . This ish has to stop and robson abd safechuck need to give it up already as no one really cares of what they say

What’s mindblowing is that people think Michael Jackson fans would still support him if there was credible evidence of guilt.

NOBODY knows more about Jackson’s trials than his fans. They can quote evidence & trial transcripts all day. They know the cases inside out & backwards.

Look I get that they want to do "the" doco to clear MJ's name.....but by the time they get this organised etc, the damage will be done. Why don't they just go to the media the same way they do when promoting themselves (tv shows, books....didn't Jermaine say that Wade and Joy helped him with his book??????) and put Rob$on and $afechuck etc on blast! Staying quiet doesn't work anymore!

THIS!!

I've been seeing headlines on social media, stating that Taj Jackson wants to "create a documentary which proves MJ's innocence". Errrmmm....no, MJ's innocence was proven many years ago. Any such documentary needs to call out all of the charlitans, liars and gold-diggers...focus on them and their BS!!!

I'm also not sure how much real impact a rebuttal documentary would have. I mean....who is going to watch it and have their mind changed about Michael? Probably not the haters and people who believe in his guilt. Their minds are made up already.

if it is given visibility on social networks, youtube and if it manages to get to be seen on a television network or get on the news then it can be seen by many people and if it can make people change their mentality about michael.

Guys, many of you have Twitter or FB or emails to the Jackson family members, please, let them know about this forum and the threads about Robson, including all those links to the evidence & trial transcripts and analyses:

Let these facts be known to MJ ESTATE, their lawyers, Aphrodite Jones, Thomas Mesereau, and all the important people who can do SOMETHING

LET THEM KNOW THAT NOBODY knows more about Jackson’s trials than his fans. They can quote evidence & trial transcripts all day. They know the cases inside out & backwards.

It blows my mind that people think we only defend Michael because we’re fans. Sure, that’s definitely a reason, but we also defend him because there is a factual basis to prove his innocence.
There is literally not one minuscule piece of evidence that suggests the contrary.

Wade Robson's posthumous allegations against Michael Jackson are a typical example of a false accuser making a mockery out of the legal system.

It is the right time not to be fair...., let´s FIGHT

For a comprehensive, rational, factual analysis of the allegations against Michael Jackson, watch this video.
Dozens of people have contacted @ReasonBound to say it opened their eyes to the truth of the allegations, which the media had never told them:
