Katherine Jackson pays tens of thousands of dollars each month to cover her kids' expenses, so she shouldn't have a problem paying her nephew Trent's legal fees ... according to him.

Trent Jackson wants Katherine to cover the expenses he incurred while defending himself against her claims of elder abuse. In new legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- he says Katherine told him she receives a $67,000 monthly stipend from Michael Jackson's estate, which she doles out to some of her kids to support them and their families.

In the docs, Trent says Katherine told him she gave $12,000/month to Jermaine Jackson ... $7,000/mo. to Rebbie Jackson ... $30,000/mo. to La Toya Jackson ... and $9,850/mo. toward a rental in Calabasas where Jermaine and Randy Jackson's kids stay. That adds up to $58,850 ... almost all of her stipend.

Trent says in light of that kind of spending, Katherine can afford to pay his attorneys, Ron Rale and Philip Cohen, the more than $58,000 in fees for dragging him into court on a case that was ultimately thrown out. Btw, Trent still believes Katherine's kids coerced her into filing the case

Thanks for the update.....I wasn't surprised that Katherine gives a lot of MJ's money to the cubs. I wonder what is gonna happen when she passes away? no more money.

Even Latoya who promoted herself as a "savvy business woman" on her show on OWN wants a piece of the MJ pie. What a bunch of freeloaders.
 
It is her allowance she can do what she want with it. That said there is no way that you are almost 65 and your mama is still supporting you. Just sad no pride what so ever
 
^Even if that's her allowance, it comes from Michael's money. How disgusting they're almost in their 70s and they're the same bunch elaborating such lame schemes to get their hands on their deceased brother's fortune not caring if they want to take away the inheritance he left to his orphan children.
 
Then the estate should do their job and stop pandering to her. She doesnt need the ridiculous amount of money they give her ontop of consulting fees and whatever other rubbish they come up with to give her more so she can support her cubs.mjs will becomes irrelevent when they give her so much that shes using his money to prop up her other kids. Something that mj didnt want.if she can afford to be handing out mjs money then the estate needs to cut her allowance to a normal amount.not like that will happen

When the numbers are right is surprises me that Latoya gets by far the most money and that Randy is not on the list. But he is obiously the only one who is able to get support from Janet.
 
Elusive - there is definitely something to be said there.. Mike directed his will to his Mother for a reason, he left the siblings out..

They will pull a Latoya and say Mj was a molester. I hope to God it will never happen but I am confident that one if not more of his desperate nephews will ultimately accuse him to get back at him and his kids for leaving them out of his will.

They leached off mj for years having their kids living at hayverhurst inreturn for not paying child support
 
Randy is living of Al Manaa's money now. But of course he would not miss any opportunity to profit of MJ's money. The fight is now between the siblings themselves for who gets a bigger portion. They got Trent's share for themselves now they will turn on each other. The only reason Tito and Jackie are not involved is because they are already on the estate's payroll. No one but God knows what will happen when Katherine passes away.
 
If a quarter of the effort went in (by some family members -no names mentioned.. and I mean that) into creating there own success instead of putting all the work that goes into getting money from the Michael and the JACKSON name, they would be financially stable more so than they are now..
 
according to a new TMZ article, Katherine met TJ at a hotel in Los Angeles. Apparently, she does not want to go back to the Calabasas house. She wants her own home!
No surprise, her good for nothing family must have figured out by now that if she continues to live there she won't be able to will it to them. They were behind her decision to ask the estate to buy the house after they were kicked out the Encino home, but TJ is living there with Blanket and their presence is not that welcome there. No way TJ would allow them to live there permenantly. So the plan now is she goes after the estate to buy her a new mansion in her name, a mansion she can will to her family. MJ's will clearly provided that houses be bought for his children if they want but no where did he instruct that a house be bought for his mother. Knowing Branca he might shit on MJ's will against and buy her what she wants.

By the way she was recently with Jermaine, Randy and Rebbie's kids, but she has not seen MJ's kids since Jan. I am wondering what is the excuse for her wanting a home of her own? If she got Trent out, has no problem meeting TJ, what's the problem? Maybe she does not stand Blanket. Who else is living there she does not want to live with besides that boy.

Looks like rebbie and co and trying to keep any outside influences from kj. All this B.S doesnt make much sense other than taking her allowance theres nothing to gain. Then again these ppl arent the brightest buttons in the pack

the Only good thing is the kids get to see what these ppl are really like and understand why mj stayed away.

Katherine Jackson had a bizarre, alarming meeting last weekend with a family member, who left feeling like the beloved matriarch is living a nomadic life.

Multiple Jackson family sources tell TMZ, Katherine finally came face-to-face with nephew TJ Jackson, who also serves with her as co-guardian of Michael's 3 kids. They didn't meet at Katherine's Calabasas family home -- a place in which she hasn't stepped foot since January -- nor did they meet at the home of Rebbie Jackson, where's she's been staying for months. TJ was told to meet her at a random hotel.

Mind you ... we're told TJ and other family members believe some of Katherine's kids have been holding her at bay from her own grandkids so they can gain control over the MJ estate.

Our sources say Katherine mentioned she was not moving back to her Calabasas home but may buy another house. It's odd an 87-year-old would start buying new homes, which has raised concern among some family members that someone's pulling her strings.

Other sources tell us ... there's no way Katherine could buy a home, because she doesn't have the cash. She gets a monthly stipend of $67k from the estate, but she doles most of it out to her kids.

We're told Katherine still hasn't seen the grandchildren she loves since January.

the expenses paid for the Calabasas home are astronimical. Besides her allowances, they want access to that kind of money as well. They do not want the estate to sell calabasas house to buy a new one. They do not want her to live with TJ period. It was not only about Trent, TJ also has access to Blanket's allowance and the astronomical figures paid for the maintenance of the house.

They will ask for a house in her name as lavish as the one in which blanket's lives. Because she is a beneficiary so she "is entitled to the same lifestyle as the kids". They are confident they will continue to get her share of blanket's allowance for the upcoming three years because neither TJ nor mj's kids will ask the court to revoke her rights regarding the custody of blanket. They will ask for allowances for themselves for being her caregivers. They will ask for family allowances because she likes to have her family around her. They will basically do what TJ has done, move in with her and start asking the estate for more and more money because "she needs her family with her". They will not leave the new house without a fight once she dies and will look for a payment from the estate. The numbers they will ask for will be more inflated than they are already.
 
Time will tell. If the estates stupid enough.... no doubt rebbie is asking for a toliet roll allowance like janet

The Jacksons will scream the race card and the white kids ...etc The estate should have taken a stand long time ago. They do not seem to consider it an issue to give them an extra two or three millions a year to keep their peace of mind. I think they will give them what they ask for as long as MJ's kids do not protest, the estate will give Katherine those extra millions.

Maybe katherin keeps trying to get away from specific family members -they take over the house - now she wants to get away again.. OR Is she trying to buy homes so when she's gone there are multiple homes left for family members to live in..

Either way, sh!t sucks
