Behind the mask project question?

Does anyone know if you have to actually sing the main vocals or mime to MJ on the btm project as I'm not sure and I can't see it saying it anywhere?

It says to sing.
and on another part it says just to mouth the words I love you
so if it was to mime I think they would make that clear.

I'm stuck at the "Upload" part for some reason. I upload my video and nothing happens. I should be redirected to the next step "submit", but nothing happens in my browser.. Anyone else has the same problem?
