I don't have that button in the settings panel.Can someone help me a bit?

Dorian, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
- Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
- If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

I'm a donator and I can't find how to change my profile picture.

^ You don't appear to be a donator. Or maybe you were, but while ago it all was reset, so you have to donate again.

@CapnG You only have donator privileges for a year after you donate so it might have been a year already.
