HISTORICAL DATES

1972- The Jackson 5 compilation album Greatest Hits enters the
Billboard US Black Albums Chart where it will peak at No 2#.

In 1983- The Girl Is Mine by Michael and Paul McCartney peaks and stays
No #1 for 18 weeks on the Billboard Music Hot 100 Charts and No #2 in
the Billboard US Top 40 singles chart.

2001- Michael Jackson's publicist Cheri Fein announced that Michael
would be recording two to three songs for the new Jackson Five album.
(This announcement later proves to be false)
