As a tribute to Michael Jackson, Travis contacted Cebu Governor Gwendolyn Garcia to make arrangements to visit the prisoners. On January 17-18, 2010, Travis and dancers Daniel Celebre and Dres Reid spent time there to teach them dance routines from This Is It. With the help of the inmates, they were able to re-create They Don't Care About Us with a real army instead of the virtual army of dancers digitally replicated in This Is It. They shot the video on "Martin Luther King Day" as a tribute to both great men.

Great videos. Waw that inmate drill--thank you for it because I never saw it before. I kept looking at the inmates' faces and thinking they are really children. They seem so young to be in the place they were in. This was a very impressive video overall and should be for sale. Sadly, there seems to be a lot of talent locked up in jail.

Victory footage is always full of energy. ( Haa, its good to see the brothers before the granny snatching idea came into their minds.)
