Michael Jackson defender files sex abuse claim
By Alan Duke, CNN

STORY HIGHLIGHTS
Wade Robson denied he was sexually abused at Jackson's 2005 trial
He was one of Jackson's "strongest witnesses," attorney Tom Mesereau says
Robson filed a claim for money from Jackson's estate last week
Details of Robson's allegations against Jackson are sealed by a court

Los Angeles (CNN) -- A dancer-choreographer filed a claim against Michael Jackson's estate related to alleged child sex abuse by the late pop icon.

Wade Robson, now 30, denied in testimony at Jackson's child molestation trial in 2005 that he had been molested by the singer.

The details of the allegation are sealed by the Los Angeles probate court where Robson's lawyer filed the claim last week, according to a court document obtained Tuesday by CNN.

The deadline has long passed for creditors to file claims against Jackson's estate, but Robson is asking the probate court to allow him to file a late creditor's claim.

The sealed documents include an affidavit from Dr. David Arrendondo, a San Francisco-based child psychiatrist, the filing said.

Jackson was acquitted of child molestation charges in 2005, partly based on the testimony of Robson, his sister and his mother.

"It's absurd," said Tom Mesereau, the lawyer who successfully defended Jackson in the trial. "He was one of the strongest witnesses for the defense at Michael Jackson's criminal trial in 2005. He was adamant under oath that he had never been molested at any time."

A Neverland housekeeper testified that she saw Jackson showering naked with Robson during a visit in the early 1990s, but he denied it at the trial.

"He withstood very aggressive cross-examination by the prosecutor," Mesereau told CNN Tuesday. "He stood his ground and never wavered in saying Michael Jackson had done absolutely nothing improper to him."

The 2005 trial in Santa Barbara County, California, centered on charges that Jackson had molested a 13-year-old cancer survivor who often visited his ranch. He was also charged with plying the boy with alcohol, conspiring to abduct, extort and falsely imprison the child and his family. He was acquitted on all counts.

"I've known Michael for a long time. I've spent many hours talking to him about everything. I trust him. I trust him with my children," Joy Robson, the mother of Wade Robson, testified when called as a prosecution witness.

Robson said she let Wade, who was then 7, and daughter Chantal sleep in Jackson's bedroom from the first visit.

A spokesman for the Jackson estate said the executors may issue a statement later.

Mesereau said it was "suspicious timing" for the claim to be filed at the start of the trial of the Michael Jackson wrongful death case, in which Jackson's mother and children are suing concert promoter AEG Live.

AEG Live lawyers have said they would bring up the child molestation charges against Jackson as part of their defense.

TMZ

Michael Jackson has been posthumously accused of molesting a now-famous choreographer who spent lots of time with the singer at the Neverland Ranch ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ has obtained legal docs ... filed by Wade Robson ... in which he's asking for money from the Michael Jackson Estate for childhood sexual abuse.

Robson -- now 30 years old -- has worked with top names in pop music including Britney Spears, *NSYNC, Usher and P!nk. He has also appeared on "So You Think You Can Dance."

Wade met Michael when he was 5 years old and they developed a friendship that lasted for years. By the time Wade was 7, he went for sleepovers at Neverland and MJ's homes in L.A. and Vegas. The sleepovers continued until Wade was 14.

Wade even performed to a Michael Jackson song on "Star Search" when he was 8 years old.

In 2005, Wade testified in MJ's molestation trial and DENIED Michael ever molested him.

Wade's lawyer filed legal docs May 1 asking the judge in the Michael Jackson Estate case to allow him to file a late creditor's claim against the Estate. In the documents, Wade's lawyer says he submitted a never-before filed complaint "for childhood sexual abuse."

Wade's lawyer has filed the actual complaint under seal -- which means it's not available to the public. Sources tell TMZ ... the complaint specifically outlines the alleged abuse at the hands of Michael Jackson.

Wade's lawyer also mentions a psychiatrist who treated Wade -- the doctor is a leader in the field of child psychology.

Interestingly ... in the 2005 molestation trial, Jackson's former housekeeper, Blanca Francia, testified she witnessed Jackson in the shower with Wade when the boy was 8 or 9 years old.

Henry Gradstein Wades Attorney's allegations according to TMZ

The lawyer for famed choreographer Wade Robson tells TMZ, Michael Jackson was a "monster" who sexually abused Wade for seven years as a child ... and threatened him if he ever went public.Robson's lawyer, Henry Gradstein, tells TMZ, "Last year, on a career trajectory that was off the charts, he [Wade] collapsed under the stress and sexual trauma of what had happened to him for seven years as a child."Robson spent many weekends with Jackson at Neverland Ranch and his other homes in L.A. and Vegas between ages 7 and 14.Gradstein goes on ... "He [Wade] lived with the brain washing by a sexual predator until the burden of it all crushed him."Gradstein says Michael would tell Wade, "If anyone ever finds out about what we did we will go to jail for the rest of our lives" and “our lives will be ruined forever.” Gradstein tells us the threats worked, and Wade kept his mouth shut, adding, "This kind of intimidation of a child by a sexual predator is tragically characteristic and effective, keeping them quiet about the abuse - often for a lifetime."Wade was steadfast for years that MJ did NOT molest him and indeed became Jackson's star witness at his 2005 molestation trial, adamantly denying any untoward conduct. The lawyer says, "Michael Jackson was a monster and in their hearts every normal person knows it." Gradstein says they have not asked for any specific amount of money in their legal docs, although that's clearly the point of filing a creditor's claim. He then trashes what he calls "the Jackson money machine" which he says is "at it once again to keep the truth from coming out." But he says, "This time it won't work."

TMZ- Howard Weitzman attorney for Michael Jackson estate

"Mr. Robson's claim is outrageous and pathetic. This is a young man who has testified at least twice under oath over the past 20 years and said in numerous interviews that
Michael Jackson never did anything inappropriate to him or with him. Now, nearly 4 years after Michael has passed, this sad and less than credible claim has been made."

Radar Online- Howard Weitzman, the lawyer for Jackson’s estate,

Wade's memories of Michael Jackson - Opus book 2009

I used to talk to Michael for three hours a day. I never really worked out how he came to find so much time because he seemed so busy, but he would ring me and we would talk and talk and talk. When he got a cell phone he would call and text all the time.It was part of an amazing friendship that lasted for 20 years.

I had firdt met Michael when he was kicking off his bad tour in 1987. I was five, but Michaels company were holding a dance competition in every country and i entered the one in brisbane. I remember being a kid and dancing to his video- the first iever say was "Thriller" when i was two. It was my mum's tape and i just went nuts over it. I used to run into the kitchen scared everytime the wereworlf came on. By the time i was three i had pretty much learned its entire choreoghraphy.

I ended up winning the dance competition. We went to see Michael in brisbane and at a meet and greet i was introduced to him. I remember wearing a custome made outfit from "Bad"- my mum's belt was wrapped around me, like five times. Michael was impresssed and asked me if I had danced. I told him that I did and he said " Do you want to perform with me in the show tomorrow night?"

I couldn't believe it. He was due to play brisbane the next night. His idea was for me to come out for the last song of the show which was "Bad". He was bringing on some orphaned children so he figured it would be cool to bring me out in the full "Bad" outfit. At the end of the song we were all onstage- Stevie Wonder was there too and Michael came on and said "Come on". | took it as him meaning "Get into it!".I moved downstage and threw my hat into the crowd and started going crazy. When i turned around Michael was saying goodbye to the crowd, the other kids were gone and Stevie Wonder was being escorted off. What he meant was "Come on lets go, It's over".

When I realised, I ran off. After my mum and I spent two hours with Michael into his hotel and we became friends. He showed us clips from the new Moonwalker he was working on and we talked and talked. We didn't really stay in contact but i joined a dance company- literally the next day and two years later i was in America to play at Disneyland. I got in touch with Michael through his people, he remembered me. Me and my family went to Record one studio where he was mixing the dangerous album.I showed him some of my dance videos and he said to me. "Do you and your family want to come to Neverland tonight"? We all agreed and ended up staying for two weeks.

Our friendship blossomed. For two weeks he'd take me into his dance studio, put some music on and we'd dance and jam for hours. We'd sit there and watch films like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.Other time we'd just leave Neverland and drive out in a car, blasting music really loud.
He even taught me how to do the moonwalk. We were in his dance studip. He taught me foot by foot. I couldn't sleep that whole night. The thrill of pushing off the bar and sliding backwards in a moonwalk with the guy that made it famous was so exciting.

Later, me and my mom wanted to move to America to pursue my dreams of becoming a dancer and he helped us out. He gave me a big start by putting me in some of his videos like "Black or White". The role he took on was one of a mentor. He told when I was seven that I'd be a film director and thats what I became, he created a thirst for knowledge in me.Once, a mini recording studio turned up on my doorstep, but what was cool was that he stopped me from becoming a spoiled brat. He would say "This is for you, but I want to see you do something with it. Dont take it for granted or I''ll take it back".

The last time I saw him was in July 2008. I was in Vegas working on a show and he was living there.Me, my wife and him and his three kids had a barbecue. It was the most normal thing in the world. Me and my wife had been to Whole foods and bought stuff to cook. But when we got there he'd provided loads of catering. I said "Dude, Why did you bring loads of catering? We've got regular food here".I remember cooking outside while Michael sat there under an umbrella.

We had great times because he was such a caring person. Most of all I'll miss those phone conversations. I still have my mobile phone with his number on it. I just can't bear the thoughts of deleting his messages.

Wades Mother , Joy Robson's public statement to Australian publication about MJ not guilty verdict 2005
"We were crying and screaming and crying and screaming.''

The Robson family has kept in close contact with Jackson during the trial, with Joy last speaking to him when the defence and prosecution rested their cases.

"He's always reasonably optimistic,'' she said.

"He has a lot of faith and relies a lot on his faith.

"He did ask me to pray for him. We all believed ultimately the truth would come out.

'I never doubted Jackson was innocent, despite the serious charges against him.''

Tom Mez statements in Podcast
Mez said the following in a Podcast:

The DOES 1-3 stuff: It's common in civil cases to include DOES, even if there is noone behind them. It's just to reserve the right to include more defendants, but it doesn't mean there is actually someone they already have in mind.

Perjury: He said his position is that Robson didn't perjure himself in 2005. He told the truth then. You can only commit perjury when under oath. If the prosecution would want to go after him for perjury, thinking he lied under oath in 2005, they couldn't because the statue of limitation expired on that.

He's heard about the lawyer representing Robson. He says he's a very experienced lawyer and accomplished.

About the "we both go to jail" claim that Robson's lawyer made on TMZ he said: Haven't we heard it before? With the juvenile hall and everything? (Referring to Jordan obvously.)

Time to make a creditor's claim passed. Their goal is to reopen the proceedings.

Robson was adamant in 2005 that nothing happened. He seemed very honest about not being molested.

Talking about the money aspect he mentioned that he was informed that Jordan had very good financial advisors and tripled his money since 1993.

This has nothing to do with a criminal case. This is a civil claim. All about money.

It's possible he (Mez) could be a witness if this goes to court. But it's a long shot to say now if it will go to court at all.

Michael was a wonderful, wonderful person. He was constantly hassled by people for money and fame.

FORMER JACKSON DEFENDER NOW SAYS SINGER ABUSED HIM

Former Jackson defender now says singer abused him

FILE - In this May 5, 2005 file photo, defense witness Wade Robson, center, along with an unidentified woman, is escorted into the Santa Barbara County Courthouse by a member of Michael Jackson's security force, in Santa Maria, Calif. to provide testimony in Jackson's trial on charges of child molestation. Robson, a choreographer who testified that Michael Jackson never abused him as a child, has now filed a claim against the singer’s estate claiming years of abuse at by the pop superstar. Robson’s attorney Henry Gradstein writes in a statement that his client was abused by the pop superstar over a seven year period. (AP Photo/Michael A. Mariant, File)

LOS ANGELES (AP) — A choreographer and television personality who was a key witness in Michael Jackson's successful defense against child molestation charges is seeking permission to file a claim against the singer's estate alleging the pop superstar sexually abused him as a child. during a seven-year period, court records and an attorney said.

Wade Robson was abused by Jackson during a seven-year period, the choreographer's attorney, Henry Gradstein, wrote in a statement Wednesday. The attorney said Robson, 30, suffered a breakdown last year but has not stated how much his client is seeking to recoup from Jackson's estate if a judge permits him to pursue his abuse allegations.

Details on Robson's accusations were filed under seal.

The molestation allegations have been fiercely denied by an attorney for Jackson's estate and the singer's criminal defense attorney, Thomas Mesereau Jr.

"Mr. Robson was one of my strongest witnesses in Michael Jackson's criminal trial," Mesereau said. "I called him to the stand at the beginning of the defense case and he was adamant that he had never been improperly touched or molested. This makes no sense."

Robson was the first defense witness during the 2005 trial that ended with Jackson's acquittal on molestation charges. He also spoke favorably about Jackson after the singer's death in June 2009.

"Last year, on a career trajectory that was off the charts, (Robson) collapsed under the stress and sexual trauma of what had happened to him for seven years as a child," Gradstein wrote in a statement that referred to Jackson as a sexual predator.

"There are significant legal issues involved in this case that have the potential to impact lives beyond just our client," he wrote.

Gradstein said he could not discuss specifics of the case, but he cited Robson's recent breakdown as the choreographer's reason for reversing his previous statements about Jackson. "As a result, he started intensive treatment which ultimately led to his ability to come forward," Gradstein said.

Robson, an Australian-born choreographer, has appeared on the Fox series "So You Think You Can Dance" and worked with Britney Spears and other stars.

"Mr. Robson's claim is outrageous and pathetic," Jackson estate attorney Howard Weitzman wrote in a statement. "This is a young man who has testified at least twice under oath over the past 20 years and said in numerous interviews that Michael Jackson never did anything inappropriate to him or with him. Now, nearly four years after Michael has passed this sad and less than credible claim has been made. We are confident that the court will see this for what it is."

Gradstein filed a motion seeking permission to file a late creditor's claim against Jackson's estate on May 1, nearly four years after the singer's death, court records show. Most of the documents are sealed pending a June court hearing, but a summary of the documents states the choreographer includes a declaration from a psychiatrist and an "Unfiled Complaint for Childhood Sexual Abuse."

The period for filing claims against Jackson's estate has long since passed, but a California civil statute allows victims of abuse to file a lawsuit within three years of discovering "that psychological injury or illness ... was caused by the sexual abuse."

The judge overseeing Jackson's massive probate case will have to determine whether Robson's claim can go forward.

Gradstein's statement did not address any specifics about when or where Jackson's alleged molestation occurred, but the choreographer testified extensively in 2005 about the time he spent with Jackson.

"Wade Robson, in addition to being one of the most talented people on the planet, is one of the kindest, most gentle, decent and introspective human beings one will ever meet. He is the loving father of a young son and happily married," Gradstein wrote in a statement first obtained by celebrity website TMZ.

His claim was filed nearly eight years to the day after Robson testified Jackson never inappropriately touched him. He was 22 at the time he testified, telling jurors in Jackson's criminal case that he met Jackson when he was 5 years old and had spent the night at Jackson's Neverland Ranch more than 20 times, sleeping in the singer's bedroom on most visits.

During the trial, Robson bristled at testimony by other witnesses that they had seen Jackson molest him. "I'm very mad about it," he told jurors. "It's not true and they put my name through the dirt. I'm really not happy about it."

The claims come as Jackson's mother, who supported her son throughout the molestation trial in Santa Maria, Calif., is in a Los Angeles courtroom pursuing a negligent hiring case against the promoter of Jackson's planned series of comeback concerts.

Katherine Jackson has not addressed Robson's allegations, and her attorney, Perry Sander Jr., said Mesereau was the appropriate person to comment on the molestation claims.

Marvin S. Putnam, an attorney for concert promoter AEG Live LLC, said he wasn't familiar with the specifics of Robson's claims but doubted it would come up in the civil trial filed by Jackson's mother. "I don't see how it has anything to do with our case," he said.

Michael Jackson’s Accuser Wade Robson Has Had NO Contact With AEG, Claims His Attorney
Posted on May 9, 2013 @ 5:21AM | By

Conspiracy theorists have questioned the timing of famed choreographer Wade Robson‘s bombshell decision to file a creditor’s claim against Michael Jackson’s Estate “for childhood sexual abuse,” because of Katherine Jackson‘s $40 billion wrongful death lawsuit trial against AEG and speculated that the concert promoter and the choreographer are working together, but an attorney for the alleged victim tells RadarOnline.com exclusively that is categorically false.

“Mr. Robson has had NO contact whatsoever with AEG whatsoever regarding their case. It’s false and untrue that AEG had any contact with Mr. Robson before his claim was filed,” Susan Yu, one of the lawyers representing Robson told RadarOnline.com exclusively.

On Wednesday, sources close to AEG told us they had no plans to call Robson as a witness at the trial. “AEG has just learned about Wade Robson’s claims, and there doesn¹t seem to be any reason to call him to the stand. Wade doesn’t bring anything to the case that would bolster AEG’s case that they aren’t responsible for Michael Jackson¹s death.”

Katherine Jackson, 82, is suing AEG for up to $40 billion, saying AEG failed to properly screen and supervise cardiologist Dr. Conrad Murray, who was to be Michael’s personal physician during his This Is It series of comeback concerts at London’s 02 Arena.

As we previously reported, Robson, now 30, first met Jackson when he was 5 and had several sleepovers at the Bad singer’s Neverland Ranch — allegedly until he was 14.

This week, Robson used a court filing to reverse his previous position that he was never abused by the King of Pop, despite a maid telling the singer’s 2005 molestation trial that she once saw Robson with Jackson in the shower.

Howard Weitzman, the lawyer for Jackson’s estate, fired back at Robson’s newfound accusations, labeling his claim as “outrageous and pathetic.”

“This is a young man who has testified at least twice under oath over the past 20 years and said in numerous interviews that Michael Jackson never did anything inappropriate to him or with him,” Weitzman previously told RadarOnline.com.

“Now, nearly four years after Michael has passed, this sad and less than credible claim has been made. We are confident that the court will see this for what it is.”

Robson’s lawyers fired back to Michael Jackson’s Estate response. In a prepared statement, Robson’s lawyer Henry Gradstein said, “Michael Jackson was a monster, and in their hearts every normal person knows it. Wade Robson, in addition to being one of the most talented people on the planet, is one of the kindest, most gentle, decent and introspective human beings one will ever meet. He is the loving father of a young son and happily married. Last year, on a career trajectory that was off the charts, he collapsed under the stress and sexual trauma of what had happened to him for seven years as a child. He lived with the brain washing by a sexual predator until the burden of it all crushed him. ‘If anyone ever finds out about what we did we will go to jail for the rest of our lives, and our lives will be ruined forever,’ Michael would say to him…

“This kind of intimidation of a child by a sexual predator is tragically characteristic and effective, keeping them quiet about the abuse – often for a lifetime. The irony here is that we were the ones who filed under seal and still tried to keep it secret. Amidst all the accusations of a financial motive, no amount of damages is even listed in our papers. There are significant legal issues involved in this case that have the potential to impact lives beyond just our client. But the Jackson money machine, in which everyone is indeed financially motivated, is at it once again to keep the truth from coming out. This time it won’t work.”

The deadline to file creditor’s claims against Michael Jackson’s Estate has long since passed, but lawyers for the Australian have formally asked Judge Mitchell Beckloff to allow it to be paid.

The first hearing in Robson’s claim is scheduled for June 6

MJ Sex Abuse Allegations

Wade Robson is breaking his silence on the Michael Jackson sex abuse allegations ... and it sounds like he's about to drop a bombshell.

Robson surfaced at JFK this morning -- unsuccessfully trying to stay low-key in a hooded sweatshirt and sunglasses.

But when the paps recognized Robson, they immediately blasted the guy with questions about his accusation -- that MJ molested him when he was a kid.

TMZ broke the story ... Robson claims MJ was a monster who sexually abused him for years ... but he didn't take action sooner because he repressed the memories. The MJ estate says Robson's allegations are completely bogus.

Robson says he'll open up about the situation tomorrow.

breaking news

wade robson says the only reason he's now changing his story ... Accusing michael jackson of sexually abusing him for 7 years is because michael engaged in a campaign of manipulation to keep him silent, especially during mj's 2005 child molestation trial.

Robson went on nbc today and said, michael "performed sexual acts on me and forced me to perform sexual acts on him" from the age of 7 ... Until robson was 14.

Robson claimed he testified in 2005 that michael did not sexually abuse him because michael told him what they were doing was "an expression of love" ... And added, "if you ever tell anyone what we're doing both of our lives and our careers will be over."

tmz broke the story ... Robson filed a creditor's claim against michael jackson's estate last week, insisting mj sexually abused him during his childhood for years, but according to sources he didn't take action until he saw a therapist following a nervous breakdown.

Robson reference the breakdown on today, saying ... "for the fist time in my life i began to realize that my completely numb and unexplored feelings in relation to what michael did to me might be a problem and maybe i need to speak to someone about it."

interestingly, robson denied repressing the memory of the abuse, saying ... "i never forgot one moment of what michael did to me. But i was psychologically and emotionally completely unable and unwilling to understand that it was sexual abuse."

robson added he doesn't excuse the alleged abuse, but he believed michael was a "troubled man" who was an amazing talent, but "also a pedophile."

michael jackson's estate has told tmz, robson's allegations are an "outrageous and pathetic" money grab.

Since I began reporting on Michael Jackson for various media organisations, he has announced the biggest concert residency of all time and then died before he could complete it. A doctor has been jailed for his homicide and a posthumous album has caused international scandal by containing tracks allegedly sung by an imposter.

For many years, Michael Jackson’s life (and after-life) has been a quagmire of scandal, controversy and legal wrangling. Presently, entertainment company AEG – which promoted Jackson’s ‘This Is It’ concerts – is on trial over what the singer’s family feels is a modicum of responsibility for his death. Already, witnesses have testified that Jackson was banned from the stage during some rehearsals for fear he would injure himself. A producer has testified to weeping as she saw Jackson rambling at rehearsals that God was speaking to him. She told jurors she had warned senior production members she believed he was dying and needed to be transported to hospital, only for her pleas to go ignored. Less than a week later, he was dead.

To a seasoned Jackson correspondent, none of this was surprising. It seems that not a week goes by without some drama or another engulfing the deceased music legend or those closely associated with him, from copyright disputes to kidnap allegations. But last week there was a development in the Michael Jackson sphere which truly did surprise me. Wade Robson, who has staunchly defended Michael Jackson for 20 years and even testified for him in his 2005 trial, filed papers against various organisations connected to the pop legend, seeking multiple pay-outs for alleged childhood abuse.

The choreographer claims he was sexually abused for seven years, from age seven to age 14. The news has rocked the Michael Jackson community. Those who loved him have sprung to his defence while those who built careers on attacking him had reacted with undisguised glee. Jackson’s ex-wife Debbie Rowe has labeled the financial demands ‘opportunistic’ and Jermaine Jackson has branded the choreographer ‘full of shit’.

Civil rights lawyer Tom Mesereau, who defended Jackson in his 2005 trial, has suggested the claims are ‘suspicious’ as their public filing coincided so neatly with the AEG trial. Indeed, the allegations broke as make-up artist Karen Faye testified that she and others had raised repeated concerns about Jackson’s health but had received callous responses from those in charge. Robson’s televised interview days later ensured little media attention was paid to testimony from an AEG employee that financial papers proved Murray was the company’s employee, not Michael Jackson’s. Wade Robson has repeatedly worked for AEG and apparently already has future work lined up with the corporation, but his lawyer has denied any connection between the court cases.

In light of Robson’s sudden change of tune, I have dusted off my complete trial transcripts from the 2005 government prosecution of Michael Jackson. While many news reports have mentioned that Robson testified for Jackson in the case, few have made any particular effort to underscore the gravity of his testimony.

Wade Robson was such a compelling and assured witness that Michael Jackson chose him to open his defence case at trial. Under sustained and sometimes aggressive questioning by government prosecutor Ron Zonen, Robson not only denied any impropriety on Jackson’s part, but did so repeatedly, vigorously and convincingly – even mocking prosecutors and describing the mere suggestion of sexual abuse at Jackson’s hands as ‘ridiculous’.

As a side-note, the idea that in a trial about alleged child sex abuse, a genuine abuser would choose somebody they had molested for seven years as their first witness to undergo unrelenting government cross-examination may seem somewhat far-fetched to the casual onlooker.
When viewed alongside some of the comments he made on the Today Show this week, Robson’s testimony is likely to cast more than a reasonable doubt over his new claims. He answered clearly and competently to detailed questions about various examples of alleged misconduct. The testimony is so immensely damaging to his new legal demands for money that he and his lawyer have already floated two potential, but arguably equally unconvincing, explanations for the bizarre u-turn.

When the story about his demands for money went live last week, Robson’s lawyer was quoted as saying the choreographer had recovered ‘repressed memories’, a story many suggested could have been designed to explain away Robson’s strenuous denials in the 2005 trial without admitting to perjury. However, Robson’s claim was met with such incredulity – many eminent psychologists do not even believe in repressed memories and even those who do took rather a dim view of Robson’s somewhat extreme story – that he has since changed tact.

Robson claimed in his TV interview this week that the real reason he told jurors he was not molested was that he had not realised that what Jackson allegedly did to him was abusive – another claim guaranteed to raise many an eyebrow. He was a successful, professional 22-year-old man at the time of his testimony.

Under oath in 2005, Robson was asked repeatedly about particular acts and whether he knew Michael Jackson to have performed them upon any child. He responded vehemently that not only had he never witnessed any such behaviour, but he was steadfast in his opinion that Michael Jackson would never have engaged in it.

Looking back over the 2005 court documents, the latest explanation for his testimony simply does not stand up to scrutiny. For instance, he was asked specifically whether Jackson had touched his body. Regardless of whether he believed Jackson’s conduct to constitute sexual abuse, if Jackson had indeed touched his body, the clear answer would have been ‘yes’. But it wasn’t ‘yes’. It was ‘no’. Over, and over, and over again.

He even testified that after what he now claims were several years of sexual abuse at Jackson’s hands, he returned to the scene of the alleged crimes more than 20 times in later life, with friends and relatives in tow, for relaxing getaways. He also testified to remaining in touch with Jackson and still considering him a close friend. Indeed, several years after the trial, Robson continued to socialise with Jackson.

Shortly after Jackson’s death was announced in 2009, Robson wrote that Jackson was ‘one of the main reasons I believe in the pure goodness of humankind’. According to Jackson’s brother Jermaine, Robson and his mother helped him pen portions of his autobiography about the media’s unfair portrayal of his brother as a child molester. Indeed, since Jackson’s death Robson has paid public tribute to the star repeatedly, as recently as 2012. He even applied last year for a job choreographing a tribute show to his alleged molester, but did not get the gig.

Wade Robson has filed a creditor’s claim against Jackson’s Estate, seeking a cash pay-out for alleged childhood abuse. He has also filed a civil lawsuit against various Jackson-affiliated companies, seeking further financial compensation for his alleged abuse.
He insisted this week that his new claims were ‘not about money’.

The full transcript of Robson’s testimony on May 5, 2005, totals almost 14,000 words and runs across 60 pages of A4. It includes lots of repetition and discussion about where he lived, when his parents separated and various other tangential asides. Below, I have extracted what I believe to be the key testimony. It is difficult to see how, given the existence of this sworn testimony, Robson could ever convince a jury beyond a reasonable doubt that Jackson had ever acted inappropriately in his presence.

A cynical person might therefore interpret Robson’s high profile TV interview this week as an attempt to avoid ever getting into a courtroom and having a jury test his new claims. How many more high profile public attacks can Jackson’s Estate suffer before it is forced to begin considering a settlement? At this stage, the ability to damage the Estate’s earning potential is about all Robson has got on his side – because the evidence is firmly on Michael Jackson’s.

Here is the testimony nobody else in the media is showing you. See for yourself.

A. I would think something like that would wake me up.

Q. Were there adults with those children?
A. Yes.

Q. And you said, “Heal the World.” What did that mean to you?
MR. ZONEN: I’m going to object as exceeding the scope of the direct examination, and irrelevant, and beyond the scope of his knowledge.
THE COURT: Overruled. You may answer.
THE WITNESS: Could you repeat the question?

Q. BY MR. MESEREAU: Yeah. What was “Heal the World,” as far as you remember?
A. As far as I knew, it was a foundation or a charity that Michael had created that, you know, raised money for kids with illnesses. I don’t know exactly what kind, but –

MR. ZONEN: I’m going to object as leading and exceeding the scope of the direct — cross.

A. Yes.

Q. What do you think of them?
A. I think it’s –

MR. ZONEN: I’ll object. I’ll withdraw the objection.
THE WITNESS: I think it’s ridiculous.
MR. MESEREAU: No further questions.

Under re-cross by Ron Zonen:
[NB: Prosecutors showed Wade Robson a handful of legal art books found among tens of thousands of books at Jackson's home, which included a large library. Some of the art books, featuring work by respected photographers, depicted children, occasionally nude. Others featured adult men in 'homo-erotic' poses. Some were found bubble-wrapped and unread. Others featured inscriptions, showing they had been mailed to him by fans. All of the books remain legally available to purchase. Also found at Jackson's home were thousands of adult, heterosexual pornographic magazines, some of which were also shown to Robson.]
Q. Okay. You can go ahead and close that one right now. Mr. Robson, are you concerned about a man possessing these seven books being in bed with a 12-year-old boy?
A. If it was a man I didn’t know, maybe. But not Michael.

Q. Is that because you view Mr. Jackson as being, for the most part, asexual?
A. No.

Q. Because you believe that he doesn’t really have a sexual interest?
A. I believe that he has a sexual interest in women.

Q. Did you know that he possessed these magazines?
MR. MESEREAU: Objection, Your Honor, he didn’t let the witness complete his answer.
THE COURT: Sustained.
MR. MESEREAU: Could the witness complete his answer, Your Honor?
THE COURT: Yes.

THE WITNESS: I believe that he has a sexual interest in women.
Q. BY MR. ZONEN: In women?
A. Yes.

Q. These books don’t suggest otherwise?
A. Not necessarily.

Q. The collective material that you have just been shown does not cause you a moment of pause when you think about the prospect of this person who possesses all of this crawling into bed with a ten-year-old boy?
A. No.

Q. And you would allow a child to crawl into bed with such a person?
A. If I knew the person, yes.

Q. If you knew them?
A. Yes.

Q. Your own child, you’d have no problem sleeping with a 35-, 40-year-old man?
A. If I knew the person well, no.

MR. ZONEN: No further questions.
Under re-direct by Tom Mesereau:
Q. Mr. Robson?
A. Yes.

Q. That’s your fiancee right there, correct?
A. Yes.

Q. You are heterosexual, correct?
A. Yes.

Q. You are a close friend of Michael, correct?
A. Yes.

Q. By the way, did Michael Jackson ever — oh, I’ll ask from there. When you were a young child, did Michael Jackson ever show you any sexually explicit material?
A. No.

Q. Did you ever see Michael Jackson show sexually explicit material to any child?
A. No.

Q. Okay. And let me show you again Exhibit No. 842, “A boy; A Photographic Essay,” okay? And that’s the one with the inscription, “To Michael, from your loving fan, Rhonda,” okay?
A. Yes.

Q. And have you had a chance to flip through that book?
A. Yes.

Q. In fact, you see young children with rather innocent photographs of young boys, correct?
MR. ZONEN: I’m going to object as leading, Your Honor.
THE COURT: Overruled.

Q. BY MR. MESEREAU: Innocent photographs of young boys in various situations, right?
A. Yes.

Q. Okay. You see a young boy hanging from a tree, right?
A. Yes.

Q. You see a young boy sitting outside a door, right?
A. Yes.

Q. See young boys on a beach, right?
A. Yes.

Q. Okay. Now, let’s go to — quickly, to the material the prosecutor for the government showed you, okay? He showed you some magazines with heterosexual activity, correct?
A. Yes.

Q. Okay. Have you seen one book that depicts child pornography in that group?
A. No.

MR. ZONEN: I believe there was a Court restriction on the use of that word, Your Honor, one initiated by the defense. Unless that reservation is finished.
MR. MESEREAU: He’s correct. And I made a mistake using the word. I’ll withdraw it, and I apologize.
THE COURT: All right. The problem is that sometimes it’s an appropriate word to use and sometimes it’s not. But the jury’s been instructed on it. And so if you want to rephrase it, that’s fine.
MR. MESEREAU: Okay.

Q. In those books that the prosecutor for the government showed you, you see books about men, right?
15 A. Yes.

Q. You see one book that says, “A Study of Male Sexuality” and shows some sexual acts between men, correct?
A. Yes.

Q. And he showed you a number of magazines involving sexual activity between men and women, correct?
A. Yes.

Q. Okay. Has he shown you one book involving children having sex?
A. No.

Q. Has he shown you one book where a man is having sex with a child?
A. No.

Q. The prosecutor tried to suggest that Mr. Jackson is asexual. Do you remember that question?
A. Yes.

Q. Do you believe he’s asexual?
A. No.

Q. Have you seen Mr. Jackson with women in your lifetime?
A. With what kind of woman? A woman that he’s in a relationship with?

Q. That he’s been married to.
A. Yeah, with Lisa Marie.

Q. When you were at Neverland, did you ever see anything that suggested pedophilia?
A. No.

Q. Ever see any magazine or poster that suggested pedophilia?
A. Never.

Q. Has anything this prosecutor for the government has said to you changed your opinion of Michael Jackson?
A. Not at all.

Q. Does it change your opinion as to whether or not he ever did anything inappropriate with a child?
A. Not at all.

MR. MESEREAU: No further questions.
MR. ZONEN: I have no questions.
THE COURT: Thank you. You may step down

Re: Wade Robson Case - Creditor/abuse claim against MJ Estate ( News info only )

MJ ESTATE
Wade Robson Is FULL OF IT!

Lawyers for the Michael Jackson Estate are scoffing at Wade Robson's creditor's claim ... saying it's absurd he had no idea for nearly 4 YEARS that the Estate was being probated and there was a deadline for filing claims.

Attorney Howard Weitzman wrote incredulously ... the MJ probate is one of the most high-profile ever, and Wade is very connected in the music biz. So, Weitzman asks, how could it be he had no idea there was a deadline of 4 months after the Estate proceedings began to file a creditor's claim?

TMZ broke the story ... Robson has filed the claim, alleging MJ molested him for 7 years -- between the ages of 7 and 14.

Weitzman is asking the judge to reject Robson's claim on grounds it was filed ridiculously late.

Re: Wade Robson Creditor/abuse claim against MJ Estate ( News info only )

Ivy ?@Ivy_4MJ Estate files objection to Robson's creditor claim- 06/04/2013 OBJECTION TO PETITION TO FILE A LATE CREDITOR'S CLAIM by Attorney for Executor

Document - Radar Online
http://amradaronline.files.wordpress.com/2013/06/wadere.pdf

The first hearing for this in probate court is today June 6th.

Very brief summary of the documents

Estate is objecting to Wade's request to file a late creditors claim. They point out that any claim has to be filed in 120 days and at maximum 1 year after death. Executors argue that Wade was aware of Estate being established and in probate and that John Branca was doing business for Estate. It looks like Wade's lawyer claimed Wade wasn't aware of MJ Estate until March 2013.

Estate makes a blanket denial of the accusations as Michael is not alive and the accusations are filed really late. they state they don't have any information to respond to the accusations.

The rest of Estate's objection is about the cases Wade's lawyer cited and how they aren't relevant to this situation at hand.

Wade's lawyer files a document stating how they filed the documents under seal and they did not want this to be public and they only spoke to media after Weitzman released a statement.

This image released by NBC shows choreographer Wade Robson during an interview Thursday, May 16, 2013 on the "Today" show in New York. Robson, who testified that Michael Jackson never abused him as a child, filed a claim against the singer's estate claiming years of abuse by the pop superstar. Robson claims he was abused by the pop superstar over a seven-year period. LOS ANGELES (AP) — A judge said Thursday he was inclined to unseal portions of a choreographer's court filings alleging he was abused by Michael Jackson.

However, personal details and psychiatrist reports would likely not be released.

Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff said he needed to address which records should remain sealed before he can deal with whether Wade Robson, a choreographer and television personality, can pursue his claim.

Robson requested on May 1 that Beckloff allow him to file a late creditor's claim against Jackson's estate nearly eight years to the day after he testified in Jackson's defense at the singer's molestation trial.

Jackson was acquitted after Robson told jurors the entertainer never touched him inappropriately. Henry Gradstein, an attorney for Robson, said a breakdown last year prompted Robson to address the abuse.

Howard Weitzman, an attorney for Jackson's estate and Thomas Messereau, the lawyer who successfully defended Jackson, have attacked Robson's credibility and noted his repeated defense of the singer.

Weitzman has called the accusations "outrageous and pathetic."

"We are confident that the court will see this for what it is" he said at the time the allegations were first made.

On Thursday, Beckloff presented attorneys with possible redactions of Robson's sworn declaration and said it should serve as a roadmap for what information can be made public.

The judge believes some of the material could be made public, even though attorneys on both sides would like the case sealed in its entirety.

Some of Robson's private and personal information, including a paragraph that detailed his allegations of abuse by Jackson, should be sealed, Beckloff said.

He also said portions of the records that deal with mental health issues also should not be released.

"There aren't a lot of redactions," Beckloff said of his suggestions.

Attorneys for Robson and Jackson's estate will review the suggestions by the judge and report back at a hearing on June 25, the fourth anniversary of Jackson's death.

Beckoff, who is overseeing the probate case involving Jackson's massive estate, said he will also handle a separate lawsuit filed by Robson against Jackson and two other defendants listed as "Doe 2" and "Doe 3" that includes allegations of abuse by the entertainer. That lawsuit also remains sealed.

Robson, 30, has worked with Britney Spears and numerous other stars. He was 22 at the time he testified, telling jurors in Jackson's criminal case that he met the pop star when he was 5 and spent the night at Jackson's Neverland Ranch more than 20 times, sleeping in the singer's bedroom on most visits.

During the trial, Robson bristled at testimony by other witnesses that they had seen Jackson molest him.

"I'm very mad about it," he told jurors. "It's not true and they put my name through the dirt."

Gradstein previously issued a statement saying, "Last year, on a career trajectory that was off the charts, (Robson) collapsed under the stress and sexual trauma of what had happened to him for seven years as a child."

MJ Had Sex With Me On The SECOND Night I Stayed At Neverland — When I Was Just 7: Wade Robson Tells His Story Of Abuse

Posted on Jun 27, 2013 @ 15:46PM | By Dylan Howard

Splash News/WENN

Michael Jackson allegedly made his move on Wade Robson when he was just seven years of age — as his sister slept in another bed just feet away at Neverland Ranch in Santa Barbara, Calif.

Robson, now 30, has told how the King of Pop made his first sexual advances on the young child prodigy in his bedroom in 1990, as the Australia-born dancer’s older sister Chantal slept in the same room and with his mother often under the same room.

The abuse allegedly continued unabated for another two weeks and from then on, for a period of seven years.

“We can never tell anyone what WE are doing,” Jackson told Robson, according to new court documents filed in the father-of-one’s creditor’s claim against the Estate of the late singer and obtained by RadarOnline.com.

In the declaration, Robson revealed the 13-time Grammy Award-winner suggested to him: “People are ignorant and they would never understand that we love each other and this is how we show it. If anyone were to ever find out, OUR lives and career would be over.”

Robson recounted how he first met Jackson at a meet-and-greet with the pop star during the Australian leg of his ‘Bad’ tour. Two years later, at age seven, he traveled with the Johnny Young Talent School located in Brisbane, Australia , to perform at Disneyland.

“Several family members traveled with me to America,” Robson said.

“During our stay in Los Angeles, I met Doe 1 [Jackson] at a recording studio in Van Nuys, California. During our meeting, Doe 1 invited me and my whole family to spend the weekend at his Santa Barbara County ranch, Neverland Valley Ranch. My family stayed the weekend at the ranch, but then left me alone with Doe for another week.”

On the first night at Neverland, Robson and sister Chantal both slept in Jackson’s bedroom — in the same bed as the singer — it’s claimed.

But the following night, “Chantal expressed concern about sleeping in Doe 1′s bed and elected instead to sleep in a separate bed on a different floor of Doe’s two-floor bedroom.”

Robson, though, decided to sleep in Jackson’s bed again and that’s when his lifelong night was said to have begun.

“Doe 1 began sexually abusing me on or about that night,” Robson told court. “The sexual abuse continued every night through the nearly two weeks that I spent at the ranch during that early 1990 visit as well as at Doe 1′s apartment in the Westwood section of Los Angeles before my family and I returned to Australia.”

Specific allegations of abuse were heavily redacted from Robson’s filing. In one section alone, seven lines of alleged abuse were blacked out by the Los Angeles probate court in order to protect Robson’s privacy.

However, according to sections of what has been released, even while Robson’s family was at Neverland, he continued to sleep with Jackson in his bed and “the sexual abuse continued.”

When Robson returned to Australia following his two-week visit, their relationship continued via faxes and frequent telephone conversations for “hours each week.”

He pledged to the “Thriller” hit-maker that he would never tell about what happened.

“I swore I would never tell a should about what we did and did not until May 2012,” Robson wrote in the seven page hand-signed declaration.

That wasn’t the end of the abuse, he said. Between the ages of seven and nine, Robson and his mother Joy traveled to the United States from their hometown of Brisbane on two occasions.

“One trip was for one week and the other was for six weeks,” Robson said. “During these trips, my mother would stay in a hotel or guest room while I stayed with Doe 1 in his bedroom and in his bed. The sexual abuse continued every night we were together.

“It was during these years that my ‘God’ became my ‘friend’ and told me that he loved me and wanted to be with me.”

Shedding light on their apparent bond, Robson said Jackson — who died at age 50 in Los Angeles from an overdose of surgical anesthetic proposal — “encouraged” him to call him ‘Dad’ and he would, in turn, call him ‘Son’.

The pair, Robson claimed, would also watch explicit adult pornography in the form of magazines, books and videos — until it all stopped at age 14.

That was when Robson began to show signs of puberty — and “the sexual abuse by Decedent [Jackson] became less frequent,” charged the court documents.

Complicating Robson’s bid for damages, he infamously denied in testimony at Jackson’s child molestation trial in 2005 that he’d been molested by the singer — charges Jackson was ultimately acquitted of partly based on the testimony of Robson, his sister and his mother.

According to Robson, Jackson had “coached” him every day to provide certain statements against claims of any sexual abuse, beginning with the Jordy Chandler case in September 1993.

“He would tell me that our phones were tapped and ‘they’ were listening to everything we said,” Robson said of conversations with Jackson.

“He would role play with me and say to me, ‘They are saying we did all of this disgusting sexual stuff. We never did any of that, right?’ I would play along and answer, ‘No way!’ He would say, ‘If they believed that we did any of this sexual stuff, YOU AND I would go to jail for the rest of our lives. Our lives and careers would be over. We’ve got to fight this. We’ve got to beat them together.”

Jackson selected, hired and paid for the lawyer who represented Robson in relation to his testimony to the grand jury, it was also revealed.

Then, when Jackson was criminally charged in 2005, he again, allegedly, began to coach Robson.

“Doe 1 [Jackson] called me constantly and coached me by acting out similar role play as he did with me in 1993 when I was 11, telling me such things as ‘They are making up all these lies about you and I. They are trying tying to take US down, take away my power and money, take away our careers. We can’t let them do this. We have to fight them together.’”

Robson recalled he would play along, just as he did when he was eleven.

“I still did not believe that I was sexually abused,” he said.

“I did not believe that I was forced. I believed that I was a consenting participant in the sexual acts that Doe and I engaged in. I also believed that I was absolutely fine with what went on between us.

“My state of mind was essentially the same as when I was eleven and I denied any abuse.”

According to Robson, it wasn’t until May 8, 2012 that he realized he’d been systematically abused – after he had the first of a series of nervous breakdowns which included feelings of extreme stress, anxiety, fear, depression and insomnia.

PHOTOS: Paris Jackson’s Transformation From Shy Child To Rock ‘N’ Roll Teen

His lawyer told court, “It was only within the past year, as the result of a complete psychological collapse arising from the fulfilling of a ‘prophecy’ made by the Decedent [Jackson] to Claimant [Robson] that Claimant would one day direct films and a fear that was happened to him as a child could also happen to his own young son, that Claimant, with the assistance of insight-orientented therapy, has relayed that his relationship with his god, his idol and his father figure, Michael Jackson, which began when Claimant was only five years old, was built on sexual abuse and that Claimant was the victim of extensive psychological trauma.

“The decision to pursue a claim against the Estate for the actions of Decedent was not one that Claimant arrived at without a careful and measured evaluation of its implications, as filing this Petition would necessarily mean that he would have to disclose to others the shameful and loathsome nature of his childhood sexual relationship with Decedent, the effects of which he has buried for decades.”

Jackson’s estate have labelled Robson’s claims as “outrageous and pathetic.”

“This is a young man who has testified at least twice under oath over the past 20 years and said in numerous interviews that Michael Jackson never did anything inappropriate to him or with him,” lawyer Howard Weitzman said previously.

“Now, nearly four years after Michael has passed this sad and less than credible claim has been made. We are confident that the court will see this for what it is.”

WADE ROBSON
DETAILS MOLESTATION ALLEGATIONS AGAINST MJ
EXCLUSIVE
Wade Robson has outlined the sexual molestation allegations against Michael Jackson, claiming MJ molested him in various ways from February 4, 1990 and 7 years thereafter.

The documents -- obtained by TMZ -- are heavily redacted. In one section alone, 7 lines of alleged abuse are blacked out.

Wade's lawyer claims after MJ's first accuser -- Jordan Chandler -- made allegations against MJ, Michael started calling Wade and "brainwashed him into being a good soldier."

According to the docs, Michael would role-play with Wade, saying "They are saying we did all of this disgusting sexual stuff. We never did any of that, right?"

In another role-playing session in 2005 - during the molestation trial -- Michael allegedly told Wade, "They are making up all these lies about you and I, saying that we did all this disgusting sexual stuff. They are just trying to take us down, take away my power and my money, take away our careers. We can't let them do this."

The docs also describe the incident reported by a former housekeeper during MJ's 2005 criminal trial -- when she testified that she walked by Michael's shower and heard him playing with "little Wade." She said she saw two pairs of underwear outside the shower -- one was MJ's, the other was a "little boy's neon green pair."

MJ Molestation Accuser Says King Of Pop’s Eerie SPIELBERG Prophecy Triggered Abuse Memories

Posted on Jun 28, 2013 @ 3:56AM | By Dylan Howard

Splash News

Michael Jackson “prophesized” that Wade Robson would one day become a film director bigger than two-time Academy Award winner Steven Spielberg — an eerie prediction that ultimately prompted the molestation accuser to have a nervous breakdown and reveal seven years of alleged abuse.

According to documents filed in a Los Angeles Superior Court and obtained by RadarOnline.com, the 30-year-old dancer-choreographer was hired in early 2011 to direct a “large budget” dance film that “Decedent [Jackson] had once ‘prophesized’ Claimant [Robson] would do.”

“But by April 2011, overwhelmed with stress and anxiety, Claimant [Robson] was unable to work and quit the film,” lawyers for Robson wrote in their filing as part of a claim for money against the late singer’s Estate.

“Following the walk-away from the biggest opportunity of his life, Claimant met with a cognitive psychologist for about a month in attempt to understand why his life was unravelling, but never discussed with him the childhood sexual activities with Decedent.”

PHOTOS: Michael Jackson Through The Years

Months later, Robson began working again and was back to “invincible status” before he had a final, “complete breakdown” in March, 2012.

He has been unable to work since, it’s claimed.

During the meltdown and amid extreme stress, anxiety, fear and depression, Robson told a psychologist — for the first time — that Jackson had abused him for seven years, beginning at age seven.

“This realization initiated an enormous emotional, psychological and psychological upheaval in my life that continues to this day,” Robson, who was born in Australia, wrote in his seven page, hand-signed declaration to the court.

PHOTOS: Michael Jackson Performing

He also recalled that fateful conversation with the King of Pop about Spielberg.

At some point during a trip to Los Angeles in 1990, “Doe 1 [Jackson] gave me the nickname ‘Little One’. He continued to call me by that name all the way up until his death in 2009. He also began to fill my head with maxims to live by such as ‘Be in the history books’ and ‘Immortalize yourself’.

“He also prophesized that I would one day be a film director bigger than Steven Spielberg. As far as I was concerned, Doe 1 had written my fate.”

Robson, a father of one, told court: “Since beginning to talk about the abuse, everything in my life has changed. I am no longer in the entertainment business and can never be again. I need a new life for myself and my family; this civil action, which for me involves finally speaking the truth as loud as I suppressed it for all these years, is part of the process.”

Alleged Michael Jackson molestation victim Wade Robson attempts to file late lawsuit
Robson, 30, a choreographer, says the King of Pop brainwashed him so thoroughly that he was incapable of filing a lawsuit before the statute of limitations ran out. There is a one-year statute of limitations on estate claims.

The complaint states Michael Jackson had an alarm that sounded once anyone began to enter the hallway leading up to it.
The choreographer now saying Michael Jackson molested him says he should be allowed to file a late lawsuit because the King of Pop's estate shouldn’t benefit from Jackson’s wily ways, including an alarmed bedroom at Neverland ranch.

Wade Robson filed an amended complaint Monday arguing that the one-year statute of limitations on estate claims shouldn’t be a defense for the “Thriller” singer’s executors because Jackson brainwashed him into thinking their sexual relations were pure.

The updated filing cites a “clean hands” law that states “no one can take advantage” of someone’s "wrong."

“There can be no less clean hands than the hands of one who sexually abuses a child for seven years,” the new filing states.

“The long-term psychological consequences of (Jackson’s) threats, sexual trauma and mental manipulation imprisoned (Robson’s) mind and prevented him from filing a timely claim just as effectively as if he had been physically imprisoned,” the paperwork obtained by the Daily News states.

Robson previously said he wasn’t able to identify the abuse until he started intensive psychothearpy after back-to-back nervous breakdowns in 2011 and 2012.

In his highly redacted filing, Robson said the pop star invited him to Neverland Ranch in early 1990 – when Robson was 7 years old – and arranged for both Robson and his sister Chantal to sleep in his bed the first night of the extended visit.

Chantal elected to sleep on a different floor of Jackson’s two-floor bedroom the second night, and that’s when the alleged sexual abuse started, Robson states in his court declaration.

The complaint states Jackson had a security system in his bedroom that gave an audible alarm once anyone began to enter the “approximately 30-foot hallway that led to his room."

He also hung “do not disturb” signs on the room to keep people out, the complaint alleges.

Wade Robson said he didn't realize he was molested until 2012. “I did not believe that I was forced,” he said in his court statement.

Eventually, “(Jackson) began showing me explicit adult pornography in the form of magazines, books and videos,” Robson said. “He also encouraged me to call him ‘Dad,’ and he would call me ‘Son.’”

Robson said the abuse stopped only when he hit puberty and Jackson lost interest.

“From the first instance of abuse, (Jackson) began telling me that ‘we can never tell anyone what we are doing. People are ignorant and they would never understand that we love each other and this is how we show it. If anyone were to ever find out, our lives and careers would be over,’” he recalls in his statement to the court.

A lawyer for Jackson’s estate has dismissed Robson’s claims as “outrageous and pathetic.”

“This is a young man who has testified at least twice under oath over the past 20 years and said in numerous interviews that Michael Jackson never did anything inappropriate to him or with him,” lawyer Howard Weitzman previously told The News. “Now, nearly 4 years after Michael has passed this sad and less-than-credible claim has been made. We are confident that the court will see this for what it is.”

Robson, now 30, claims he did not believe he was the victim of sexual assault until 2012.

“I did not believe that I was forced,” he said in his court statement. “I believed that I was a consenting participant in the sexual acts that (Jackson) and I engaged in. I also believed that I was absolutely fine with what went on between us. My state of mind was essentially the same as when I was 11 years old and I denied any abuse.”

He said Jackson maintained contact with him until he died, even inviting Robson to some of the “This Is It” rehearsals in Los Angeles.

Jackson’s mother, Katherine Jackson, is now suing the concert promoter behind the tour for negligence.

Robson says he was “in shock” when he heard about the superstar’s demise at the hands of his personal doctor.

“I thought his death should make me want to cry constantly, but I found it hard to cry,” he says in his filing.

Michael Jackson Estate: Molestation Accuser Wade Robson Shouldn’t Be Allowed To Pursue Claim
Posted on Feb 18, 2014 @ 15:49PM | By Jen Heger - Assistant Managing Editor

Michael Jackson Nicknamed Alleged Molestation Victim 'Little One'

The Estate of Michael Jackson is asking a Los Angeles judge to reject Wade Robson‘s molestation claim against the late singer because he supposedly waited too long to file.

Robson, a dancer-choreographer who testified on behalf of Jackson in the singer’s 2005 sex abuse trial, has claimed Jackson allegedly made his move on him he was just seven years of age — as his sister slept in another bed just feet away at Neverland Ranch in Santa Barbara, Calif.

As part of his creditor’s claim against the estate, Robson, now 30, told how the King of Pop made his first sexual advances on the young child prodigy in the star’s bedroom in 1990. The abuse allegedly continued unabated for another two weeks and from then on, for a period of seven years, he has said in court documents.

Robson is claiming that he should have been served a notice of the administration of the estate when Jackson died more than four years ago.

He also claims to have only remembered about the molestation after having two “breakdowns” which resulted in him seeking therapy.

But the estate’s lawyers are arguing that they could not have possibly anticipated Robson’s lawsuit.

In support of that, the estate’s high-powered Hollywood lawyer, Howard Weitzman, cited a recent deposition during which Robson admitted that he was “aware that John Branca and John McClain were co-Executors of Michael’s estate and understood they were running the Estate’s ‘entertainment business’.”

The estate also said Robson was contacted by Cirque du Soleil to work on a Michael Jackson themed show, Immortal, in 2011. The Estate was producing the show with Cirque and Robson “wanted to do this MJ show badly,’” the court documents revealed.

What’s more, even if the judge was to allow the claim to proceed, Weitzman said it’s an undo burden to the beneficiaries, his three children, Prince Michael, Paris, Blanket and their grandmother Katherine Jackson.

“There is nothing equitable about forcing the beneficiaries to defend the stale claims of criminal conduct, concerning events that allegedly happened years ago,” lawyers argued in a = motion.

“The beneficiaries did nothing to Robson. And the beneficiaries have no ability to reasonably defend the merits of the claims. They were not even alive when the alleged events occurred. Yet Robson, would have them attempt to defend their interests in property with both hands tied behind their back, without the ability to consult with any other witness to the alleged events, a witness who has been dead for five years.”

A hearing has been scheduled for May to determine if Robson’s claim against the estate can proceed.

I don't know if this was posted before but here's the link for Wade's redacted declaration from when the complaint first filed - http://amradaronline.files.wordpress.com/2014/02/wade-robson354b0046b.pdf

From TMZ today: "Choreographer Wade Robson -- who claims he was repeatedly molested as a kid by Michael Jackson -- wants the MJ Estate to ante up evidence they have of Michael molesting underage boys.

Robson has filed a claim with the Estate asking for money as a result of allegedly being molested between the ages of 7 and 14. In new legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Robson is demanding:

-- the names and other identifying info of all boys who were under 18 when alleged sexual misconduct occurred.

-- any settlements involving molestation that have not yet been made public.

-- any evidence of seduction -- even a failed attempt at molestation -- such as giving children wine ....

The Estate has responded by saying all the info Robson wants is privileged. They also say the request is premature because they believe Robson waited way too late to file his claim."

____________________________________________________________________________________

From Radar Online today: " The dancer/choreographer who has accused Michael Jackson of molesting him from age seven is attempting to force the late pop star’s estate to turn over all records which could have logged sexual abuse claims against him, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Wade Robson, who testified in support of Jackson in the singer’s 2005 sex abuse trial but has since recanted, has claimed Jackson allegedly made his move on him he was just seven years of age — as his sister slept in another bed just feet away at Neverland Ranch in Santa Barbara, Calif.

The abuse allegedly continued unabated for another two weeks and from then on, for a period of seven years.

In a series of legal letters filed as part of Robson’s creditor’s claim, lawyers for the Australian man, now 30, argue they should have access to all records of claims against Jackson for “childhood sexual abuse, sexual molestation, sexual battery, battery, seduction, willful misconduct, intentional infliction of emotional distress, fraud negligence and negligent infliction of emotional distress.”

Robson is also seeking information “regarding the relationship between Mr. Jackson and Claimant [Robson], Mr. Jackson’s bedroom privacy system, Claimant’s involvement with Mr. Jackson’s music and videos and Mr. Jackson’s guidance of Claimant in preparation for his testimony in the [Jordan] Chandler investigation and then again in the 2005 criminal trial.”

They also seek information regarding “communication between Mr. Jackson and the Robson family, the Robson family’s emigration to the United States, Mr. Jackson’s sexual activities with minors, claims/lawsuits against Mr. Jackson for battery, seduction, willful misconduct, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligence and negligent infliction of emotional distress and claims/lawsuits against both Mr. Jackson and the Estate for sexual molestation, sexual battery and fraud.”

However, the Estate is resisting the attempts, arguing that is too broad in scope and vague.

Howard Weitzmna, the Estate’s lawyer, claimed it would cost millions of dollars in legal fees to turn over the cache of information that Robson seeks.

Before any discovery or evidence is turned over to Robson, a hearing will be held in May to determine if Robson’s claim against Michael Jackson’s Estate should proceed, because the deadline to file has long since passed.

Jackson was twice accused of sexual assault.

In the summer of 1993, Jackson was accused of child sexual abuse by a 13-year-old boy named Jordan Chandler and his father, Dr. Evan Chandler, a dentist. Though he later settled the case out of court for $22 million, Jackson’s lawyers later stated it was done without his consent.

Ten years after the initial claim, Jackson was arrested and charged with seven counts of child molestation and two counts of administering an intoxicating agent in relation to the 13-year old boy. He was acquitted on all counts after a five-month trial."

OK, so haters apparently got hold of Robson's arguments in the probate court. Thanks to Ivy for delivering the details to me, so I am writing a summary of it so that you guys do not have to go to hater websites to check it out or go through the vicious hater language.

So indeed, as we suspected the probate court summary judgement revolves around Robson's claim of not knowing about the Estate and around equitable estoppel.

First the "didn't know about the Estate" argument. Apparently a lot of things came out about the interactions between Robson and the Estate in the past couple of years. The Estate says Robson knew about the administration of the Estate and it is proven by the following facts:

- Robson read about the controversy about the second will.
- Robson was aware of the guardianship issues re. Paris, Prince and Blanket.
- Robson attended the memorial.
- Robson was aware that there was a dispute about who was running the Estate in 2010-2011.
- In 2010 Robson was approached by Cirque du Soleil and met John Branca to discuss plans for the Immortal show.
- Robson was aware that Branca was a co-executor of the Estate.

Robson apparently in his reply tries to circumvent all this evidence by making a distinction between "knowing about the Estate" and "knowing about the administration of the Estate" (though this is not a direct quote from his complaint as I see it, so could be just a hater interpretation of what he claims - either way, it does not make sense to me). He claims that he did not understand that he could sue the Estate until it was explained to him by his lawyer in March 2013. He also says that although he did meet Branca in latter's office to discuss Cirque plans but he was only aware that Branca “ran the entertainment business side of the Estate”.

The hater website makes much of the fact that it's "proven" now that Robson was not fired from the Cirque show but declined himself. I know some fans still made claims about him being fired from the Cirque show, but we already know he was not since Howard Weitzman made that statement on TMZ (I guess it was TMZ) about how Robson left the Cirque project citing that his son became ill as a reason. So we know since then that he was not fired. (Well, to be precise, it seems he was never even hired in first place...) In his court docs however apparently there is no claim made about him leaving the Cirque show because of his son falling ill. He says he was approached in early 2011 by Cirque about the MJ project but it had to be validated by the MJ Estate. That's when he met with Branca in latter's office to discuss plans in the first quarter of 2011. Robson says apparently in his court papers that he declined "as he felt the producers and the Estate would face an uphill battle to “resell” him to whoever made the final decision to hire him". (Note: this is not a direct quote from his motion but from the hater who wrote the article, so who knows what is meant by it, but this is quite an odd statement to me. Who was the person who made the final decision and why Robson felt that person would not "buy" him?)

In an e-mail dated May 21, 2011 apparently Robson said he wanted to do the show "badly". But because of working on his first motion picture and emotional distress he started to feel (that he now says are a reasult of alleged sexual abuse by MJ) he felt he could not give his 100% to the Immortal show. The way the hater article is worded it is a bit messy here. It is not clear whether Robson declines the offer in that May 21 e-mail, or he only says the first part about him wanting to do the show badly.

Then apparently there are arguments made for equitable estoppel. His arguments are for that:

- MJ brainwashed him into believing that the acts between them were consensual;
- MJ threatened him;

Robson "admits" that he "lied" under oath in 1993 and 2005. (This is what we were talking about earlier in this thread. There is no other way for him: either saying it's repressed memory or admit he "lied".) He claims the reason for that was MJ's brainwash which made him believe what they had was a mutual, loving sexual relationship and that "they were in love". And so Wade saw nothing wrong with it. Here comes a direct quote from his declaration:

“The most distressing thing for me is admitting to myself that it felt good. I feel overwhelming guilt and shame that I looked forward to being with Doe 1 sexually, because it makes me feel like I am responsible. My life has been a lie.”

He also claims that MJ brainwashed him into believing that others were conditioned to think what they were doing was wrong so they would not understand and that's why they had to keep it a secret. The reasons he gives for allegedly "lying" in 1993/2005:

- He loved MJ and his attention and "he looked forward to being with Jackson sexually".
- He thought that Jordan Chandler and Gavin Arvizo equally enjoyed being molested by MJ, they only chose to "betray him" for money. "This was reinforced by Jackson’s daily coaching."
- Robson says when he testified he knew that sex between an adult and a minor was illegal, but MJ indoctrinated him into thinking that those who made the laws were wrong about it and thus he had no qualms about "lying" and denying doing anything sexual.
- Robson claims MJ brainwashed him into thinking that he and not MJ was the instigator of the sexual relationship and because of that he felt it would be his fault if MJ was in trouble for it. He claims that in 2005 in court he "felt like he was 11 years old again”, full of fear, shame and guilt".
- Robson claims he allegedly "lied" for MJ because it cemented his loyalty to him, allowing him to stay friends with him which would set him apart from the "traitors", ie. the accusers.

Lawyers debate late timing of dancer’s claim alleging sex abuse by Michael Jackson in 1990s
POSTED BY COLLEEN PARK ON APRIL 21, 2015 IN HOLLYWOOD | 0 VIEWS | LEAVE A RESPONSE

Lawyers for a dancer-choreographer who alleges he was molested by Michael Jackson told a judge Tuesday that their client should be able to file a late creditor’s claim against the singer’s estate, but attorneys for the estate’s executors said the case should be dismissed because the petitioner waited too long to bring the action.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff did not immediately rule on the future of Wade Robson’s petition, but said he would have a decision within a few days.

Robson, 32, alleges Jackson molested him between 1990-97, though he testified in the singer’s 2005 child molestation trial — which involved another boy and ended with Jackson’s acquittal — that the entertainer did not abuse him.

Robson needs a judge’s permission to bring a late probate court claim because his court papers were filed in May 2013, nearly four years after the entertainer’s June 25, 2009, overdose death at age 50.

Maryann Marzano, one of Robson’s lawyers, said the facts of her client’s case “cry out” for equity to be applied so that he is not deprived to his right to have a full hearing rather than see his case disposed of in a single motion.

Attorney Jonathan Steinsapir, on behalf of the estate, countered that limits must be placed on when claims can be filed, irrespective of how serious their nature, so that others cannot keep bringing similar cases against the Jackson executors and other estates for years to come.

Marzano argued Robson’s case illustrates that there was no “ah, ha” moment for her client and that until he received therapy and realized he was molested by Jackson, he could not do anything sooner because he had been “brainwashed into believing it was consensual.”

In his most recent sworn statement filed in connection with his attempt to file a late probate claim against the singer’s estate, Robson says May 8, 2012, was a key date for him.

“I began to recognize for myself that Jackson had molested me,” Robson alleges. “It was on that date in my therapy session … that I first spoke about the sexual activity I had with Jackson. This revelation initiated an enormous emotional, psychological and physiological upheaval in my life that continues until this day.”

Robson says his first of two nervous breakdowns occurred in April 2011, causing him to withdraw from a film project and begin seeking psychological help. “But I did not mention the sexual abuse because at that time I still did not see it as such,” Robson states in his court papers.

A second breakdown in March 2012 was a turning point, he says.

“As with my first breakdown, I experienced stress, anxiety, fear and depression,” Robson says. “I also began to imagine my son being subjected to the same sort of sexual acts I had been forced to commit with Jackson, and for the first time in my life I thought I might need to talk to someone about what Jackson and I had done together.”

Robson says waiting until 2012 to talk about his allegations reveals his state of mind.

“It speaks to the fear and paranoia I was dealing with in relation to who my abuser was and his massive celebrity status,” Robson says. “Jackson had made me think in terms of what would happen if I told anyone about the sexual conduct and then that person told someone else who then told the press.”

Beckloff said the only example he could find of Jackson intimidating Robson was when the singer allegedly told the petitioner that they could both go to jail if their relationship became public.

Attorney Henry Gradstein, who also represents Robson, said that even if the estate’s dismissal motion is granted, his client can proceed against the corporate arm Jackson established before his death.

Steinsapir said that if the dismissal motion is denied, the estate may seek relief from the 2nd District Court of Appeal.
