Several tabloids (Daily Mail, TMZ, Radar Online) are reporting it now. Sorry, I don't have any other source for now than one of those, so I am only quoting the informative part here from the Daily Mail's article (the rest is usual tabloid talk).

Michael Jackson's longtime physician passed away Thursday night in California.
Dr. Arnold Klein, who was Jackson's dermatologist, was admitted to the hospital four days ago suffering severe abdominal pains according to TMZ.
Klein, who was 70-years-old, was also suffering from Multiple Sclerosis and confined to a wheelchair at the time of his death.

I am very sorry to hear this. RIP, Dr. Klein.
In his prime, he was a very respected, admired and beloved doctor.

I do feel like he had a rotten last few years of life: being diagnosed with MS, being harassed by the police and maligned by the press as a drug dealer, forced into bankruptcy and it sent him over the deep end. Hence, the off the wall comments he made about Michael.
It's very sad.

Michael considered him a friend, but after Michael's death it didn't look at all like he was one. Especially when he supported that tabloid story about the "gay lover." It was horrible. And whether he helped or harmed Michael more as a doctor is also a question.
Well, at least there won't be any more speculation in the media about that aspect.
 
Despite the crap he's told to the tabloids after Michael's gone which is unforgivable, but now hearing he's now gone because of MS, it's very sad.

Michael considered him a friend, but I feel like he showed his true colors after Michael's death. Condolences to his loved ones.
 
He helped MJ a lot by treating his vitiligo and lupus problems. He could have and should have continued that professional relationship until the day he died. Shame he turned his back on his "friend" in his last years. But that is almost usual with MJ "friends". I'll say RIP, but I don't know where he'll end up considering all the good but also all the bad he did in his lifetime. I wish him all the luck. But some of the things he said (or didn't denied) and did in his later years are truly disgusting.

BTW one Croatian tabloid today has an article about Prince Jackson admitting that Michael is not his biological father on his twitter account. Apparently someone twitted him that Arnold Klein is his father and he responded with acknowledgment that MJ is not his father but that he's the one who raised him and that he'll always consider him as his father. Any truth in that? I didn't have time to check up Prince twitter page and it's hardcore tabloid and Croatian one so I immediately assumed that that's false.

He may have been a good doctor at the beginning of his career, but I'm sure he laid very soon his ethics aside and became a typical promi-doctor and treated people with a lot of money with intention wrong and headed them in addiction and for thus they considered him as a friend because he gave them what they want.
I really feel much disgust for Klein and considering his interviews after Michael's death (I remember the long TMZ interview on tape shortly after Michael death, among other things saying that MIchael just peed in vases, because he was too lazy to go to the toilet). Other interviews have already been mentioned in the discussion, but the list is much longer.

I'd hardly call him Mjs friend. Maybe that's what mj thought. He always creeped me out and I believe he pumped mj with Demerol and other drugs for years. He sure got rich off mj for a while. Sorry he suffered from a disease but honestly mj would have been better off never knowing this guy.

Oh wow! Guess I was mostly shocked to read this because I didn't realize that he was so ill.

(CNN)—Dr. Arnold Klein, a longtime friend of Michael Jackson who was the musician's dermatologist for more than 25 years,
died Thursday. He was 70.

Klein died of natural causes in Palm Springs, California, according to the Riverside County Sheriff's Department of Coroner.

Sorry, no remorse or sympathies here. He knew what he was getting into. After MJ's death he and his friends were able to prey on and exploit not just MJ, but his vulnerable grieving children in order to manipulate the news for his own ends.

He disgusts me, and everyone has indicated Klein was involved in over drugging MJ which caused him to develop his addiction in 1993 in the first place.

My only concern with this news is that his bottom feeder friends may come out again with new stories. Because I do believe one reason they didn't when he was alive was that they'd have to get entangled in a he said battle with Klein via TMZ. It was Debbie who largely got him to shut up because she knows where all his bodies are buried.

The way he behaved after MJ died only makes me wonder what he was capable of when MJ was alive.

I don't have any sympathies for him or how the story he created in the press helped ruin his career. He did all of that himself. Including the bankruptcy - by the sounds of it his work on MJ before his death was the only thing keeping him afloat. Then the stories he sold focusing on MJ's grieving under age children within days of MJ's death also were an attempt to keep his financial status secure. A disgusting human being, he knew what he was doing, and I don't feel sorry for him at all.

^What you mention about Klein over drugging Michael when he was recovering from the second reconstructive scalp surgery is more likely truth since Klein had a previous history of doing the same to his other famous "friends" like Carrie Fisher. It's quite sad Michael wasn't able to see that man's true colors while he was alive. Not only he sold or pushed all those disgusting stories after Michael died, Klein took advantage of him overcharging him outrageous sums of money for simple procedures. Arnold Klein was indeed a disgusting, greedy individual who cared more about the money than real friendships.

I can't feel sympathy for such despicable human beings like he was either.
 
I'm really not sure how to feel about Arnold Klein. He did some shitty things after Michael passed but he also did treat him for his vitiligo and lupus, and having MS is a sad way to go. I don't know what to say other than condolences to his family.
 
I don't know how much of a "friend" MJ actually considered Klein to be. As MJ said, he could count his actual friends on one hand and I personally doubt MJ included his dermatologist in that group. I feel like Klein, and almost everyone who proclaimed to the media that they were a friend of MJ, greatly exaggerated how close they were to him, so they could get fame/money by pretending to be MJ's confidant when they told supposedly intimate details of MJ's life. (As though MJ would keep confiding in someone after they sold him out to the media.) To me, Klein seemed to want people to think he was just as important to MJ as his former nurse, Debbie who officially became MJ's s wife & gave birth to his first 2 kids. Even her relationship with MJ seemed somewhat short lived and limited after the kid's births. I agree that Klein like many doctors likely over-drugged MJ in an effort to get him hooked, so that MJ would keep coming back to him and he could maintain the money and "friend" connection. No real friend would have taken part in the slandering of MJ after he died, like Klein did.

Dame Elizabeth was a true friend in all the extension of the word. She never used him, took advantage and she never abandoned Michael in his darker hours. I love her tweets defending Michael about the gay rumors Klein himself pushed.

Elizabeth Taylor, Marlon Brando, Miko Brando, Diana Ross, Barry Gibb, Macaulay Culkin & Chris Tucker. I think they were his only true friends. In his lifetime and remained his friends after he died. I didn't include his collaborators like Brad Buxer and Michael Prince because they were first his employees, than friends. Did I miss someone?
 
Emmanuel Lewis never betrayed him either but I specifically mentioned Elizabeth because she publicly defended his friend after his passing of disgusting rumor Klein fueled to the media. To clarify, being gay is not disgusting, what was disgusting is the way he started the rumor and the fact Klein broke the doctor-patient agreement by revealing Michael's medical issues to the world.

He was a drug pusher with a medical degree. Michael should have been referred to a specialist for his lupus and sleep disorders. I'll never forget the photos of him leaving that office looking stoned in the weeks before he died.
 
Sorry to here about this. It is strange that Mr. Klein died the same year which marked the day and date (June 25 on a Thursday) anniversary in.
 
I'm sorry but fans of Michael saying RIP to him is stomach turning. He was an asshole I hope he rots in hell
