fake MJ song the game?

I found the song on YouTube I don't know if I'm allowed to post it here but I wanted to talk about it. it's called the game. It's obviously not Michael Jackson. Does anybody know who this is or who made it?

One of the comments under a video of the song said it's Marcus Williams. He sung a song called 'The Tides Will Turn'.
