I'm always on the move...
In the Czech Rep, where I live, there's indeed been craze over the alleged pornography and photos of naked boys in MJ's computers. Luckily, it's mostly tabloid junk, but I've also found a women's magazine jumping on the bandwagon.

One thing that I don't understand is why there's so much outrage in my country for the photos of naked children when many people let their children swim naked in public (in ponds and lakes, not in swimming pools) and they even take photos of them and publish them on Facebook. Furthermore, some people go as far as that they publish photos of their children's used diapers and think it's somehow funny. I have to point out that there are lots of Czechs that think these people are weird, but there've been no trials, no accusations or anything like that so far for such actions.

Many Czechs also think that the US have crazy laws when it comes to protection of children, that you can't even kiss you child's buttocks over there and so on. On the other hand, many US citizens are shocked to see Czech parents posting nude pics of their offspring on the Internet and thinking it's somehow cute.

TLDR: There are Czechs that believe MJ was a creep cause he had naked boys' photos in the comp, but the very same people put their naked children's photos on the Internet or think such photos are cute or appropriate.

^ I onced looked up the Facebook pages of various prosecutors/police officers in the case against MJ. And I have found Russ Birchim's FB and he had nude pics of his grandchildren there. Oh, the irony!

Only anne geddes would be classed as child porn when its about mj

What do you mean craze? Did they talk about it on TV or radio or only tabloids?

He didn't have photos of nude boys at all. Every nude pictures was in books not on photos.
Just because Sneddon wrote about two photos in his motions does not make it true.
If they had any nude boy photos it would have been shown in court.

He didn't have any naked boy on his computers not one. Only hetero adult images.
And the are totally missing the fact that in the 2003 raid not one picture of frontal boy nudity was found.
Not one! All the nude pictures of kids were in art books without their genitalia being show.
And those art books can be bought by anyone on Amazon. So I guess they are creeps too.

Once again evidence which actually proves that MJ was into hetero adult sex and not boys
is twisted into the opposite.

lol. Actually, I'm sure he probably had one of her books, but had they used it, it would have been too obvious that they were presenting fraudulent evidence. Much more devious to use obscure art books.

Yeah he did have those books.they were taken in the raid. Trying to call them disturbing when fans had given them to him

In England here and as expected our media are scum when it comes to anything like this. The child porn line they're no doubt loving. This BS was even reported by the now defunct News Of The World all the way back in 2009 after MJ's death.

Speaking of double standards, and of course showing the media don't care if a child is abused, back in 1993 when the British media were calling MJ for the Chandler allegations... they went and named Jordan as the boy in question. US media hadn't done so. So these people criticising MJ went and named a 13 year old boy who, if they even believed their tales, had been abused. How kind!

Our newspapers have front page stories about their inability to reveal the people who take out super injunctions.* All that's going on in the world and this makes front page headlines! Newspapers are often looked down on here. Not that that has stopped people believing the MJ lies.

* A super injunction for those who don't know is, in a nutshell, a court order which can be taken out here and it prevents the media from naming the people in question. It's rather pointless in the social media age given any super injunctions are reported in the US and even Scotland can report them.

^ Yep, people commonly call the Daily Mail "Daily Fail" and they know what a bunch of garbage those tabloids are, yet when it comes to MJ they suddenly forget that these are not credible at all.

Yep. I don't get it. Most will say tabloids are full of nonsense but some stories (not just MJ) they'll believe.

Anne Geddes is a well known photographer here in NZ, known for her cutsey pie photos of babies in flower pots and wearing petals. I have not known her to do pornographic images of babies naked or anything else. This is nonsense and again a redundant thread.

She's well known everywhere and her pix are adorable. That remark about her being "classed as pornography" was pure sarcasm.

Her pictures are beautiful. Anyone who find fault in her pictures is just a sick nut.

Other people are finding that the DM has its own agenda on lots of topics......like this complete mis-reporting:
https://www.theguardian.com/media/2...eden-music-bravalla-festival-sex-attack-story

Lisen Andréasson Florman says Daily Mail website wrongly reported she had been victim of sexual assault at music festival

'The article had contained extensive quotes from Andréasson Florman describing a sexual attack at the hands of a group of men, who groped her breasts and left her feeling “small and vulnerable”.

“No one groped my breasts, despite what the Daily Mail claims in both headline and story. The Daily Mail has published a piece of sensationalistic writing, filled with lies. The newspaper has consciously distorted my quotes, stolen private photos and lied. All in order to confirm a story that serves an agenda that isn’t mine and to tell a story that isn’t true,” she wrote in a Facebook post.'

The quotes were reprinted in the Sun and the Daily Star in the context of a number of reports about an upsurge in sexual violence at the hands of foreign men in Sweden.

She was interviewed by the Mail Online a few days after the festival, and gave a wide-ranging interview about sexual harassment at music events. She said she regretted failing to have read previous articles by the Mail Online freelance journalist Ulf Andersson before agreeing to speak to him. She now believes that some of his earlier reporting appeared to “promote an anti-immigrant or xenophobic angle”.

Earlier this year, the Swedish embassy in London was reported to have sent a dispatch to the Swedish foreign ministry expressing concern that the Daily Mail was running a campaign against Sweden’s refugee policy. “The tabloid Daily Mail has launched a campaign against Swedish migration policy,” the message said, according to Swedish media. “Sweden is being used as a deterrent and an argument against allowing more refugees into the UK.”

The Swedish embassy said they had no comment when contacted. The Mail Online did not respond to a request for comment.

Andréasson Florman said Night Shift was a “non-political organisation, which takes a clear stand against racism and sexism” and she was angry that her words had been “misused and misrepresented by media outlets and people who seem to have another agenda which is highly political”.

She was also angry that the reports were illustrated with pictures from her Facebook, reproduced without her permission.
