It´s time for Earth Hour tonight

Thanks so much for the reminder MIST aka the MJJC-resident environmental activitist 
Shamefully, I had forgotten about it and it truly is a most worthwhile, awesomely important cause for all of us and our future.
Today seems to be full of beautiful events and anniversaries - in the Christian calendar we celebrate the Annunciation and the clothing of God in human form. That is why it is a most important day for the pro-life movement. Also, this year we, proud Europeans celebrate 60 years since the signing of the Treaty of Rome. Earth Hour and the Major Lover Prayer later tonight make it all even more beautiful and symbolic. Not to mention that we also have daylight savings as well.
God bless us, everyone - on this tiny, beautiful planet which needs our care and attention for all of its creatures. Our wounded earth is in dire need of compassion, solidarity and joyful giving through the defense of the most vulnerable ones around us - the poor and the unborn among humans and all the threatened species in our environment.
