Someone looking for attention. I hope footage come and the cops will get the joker who did it. These fools think they can get away with this. NOT. Just wait. I hope it was funny when he/she go to jail for vandalism. Cameras are EVERYWHERE even across the street.

Not MJ's star (as Paris noted, this one has the microphone, meaning it's for the radio DJ also named Michael Jackson), but I think it's safe to say that the vandal intended it for the MJ everyone knows. Good on Paris for cleaning it up and to hell with the dumbass who defaced it.

You never know. People do all kind of things on those stars. Anyway, MJ's heaven angel did not let it bother MJ's star but this fool will go to jail if found (and believe me, the likely hood will happen). I wont be surprise if it is one those fools on these hater websites who did it. When his/her get caught, I hope the penalty is hard no matter who he/she may nor may not met to get. I starting to use prayer to fight these demons against Michael. God can do to them than man. Michael is with God no harm can be done to him no more (he is wearing his crown and no MAN can take it from him; and when they try on this earth to bad mouth a good man who was lied on (Bearing FALSE WITNESS IS A SIN) , they are only doing harm to their own soul.

Must be a Beyoncé stan. Anyway Paris is an amazing daughter who always stands up for her father and his legacy. And that also proves that Michael was an excellent father, because otherwise Paris wouldn’t always defend her father. So all the haters who say that MJ was a terrible father, they can choke.

I think it is a fool. MJ has been gone 9 years. Anyone who is still dwelling on untruthful lies about MJ especially lies were proven to be lie in court has a mental problem. I bet when this person is caught, he is either a fool who has a shady life or a prankster who is looking to get a reaction.

As she said, a name is a name. Michael's star was covered up for a film opening when he died and fans moved to the DJ's star.
He said at the time he'd give up all his honors to have Michael back.

Maybe his ex-wife got annoyed about their ongoing custody battle and did it to upset him? I mean, I've just made that up but I don't know anything about this guy!

I will agree though that it's nice of Paris to do it.

Tito Jackson's sad someone tried to disrespect his little brother ... but he's happy Paris Jackson stepped up to make things right.

We got MJ's older bro at LAX Thursday and asked about someone tagging a Michael Jackson star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame this week before his niece showed up to scrub it clean. Tito tells us he's proud of her, because it shows she takes pride in her father's legacy ... just like him.

All the Jackson family (excluding only Prince, Paris & Blanket) should have been on their knees scrubbing... It pains me to see Paris have to do that. Next time baby, let the fans know! We come and scrub and it will be a labor of love...

The end of the David Gest movie showed Tito cleaning and scrubbing Michael's star.
I do believe the reason the stars costs so much is that it includes maintenance of them. But I'm sure they get defaced a lot and they are constantly cleaning them.

Paris calls Michael's fans "moonwalkers" now??
 
The sad part to me is not the writting om Mike's star.. I get that people are stupid and do anything for attention..

The sad part is the fact is they are getting bigger attention than they probably ever imagined.. and for those out there that are just as stupid may get "bright" ideas
 
Michael's star enjoys prime location on Hollywood Boulevard. I gave it a kiss when I visited...it sparkled back in return.
