Chris Brown, DJ Khaled featuring Michael Jackson (Out Now)

Actually quite a good song, we've all heard terrible remixes before and this isn't so bad.

I’m a huge fan of Chris’. Heartbreak on a Full Moon was a great album and he starts his tour off wearing some great MJ inspired clothes. Props to Chris for always mentioning Michael!

Michael is in the top 30 artists on Spotify worldwide, so if this is released then I'd imagine he'd go higher. If credited. It is very radio friendly though. Second single? Let's hope so. Would have preferred a Rihanna collaboration, they both liked each other and she's in the top 10 most successful artists ever (Billboard)

Here's the video I mentioned. Chris and all his dancers kitted out in some great Michael gear. Awesome to see!

MJ's estate shouldn't allow his work to be used by artists like Chris Brown. The guy is a disgusting human being who shouldn't even have a career after what he did to Rihanna. It doesn't look good on Michael if his music is used by Chris Brown. It kinda gives MJ a bad name and he certainly doesn't need that. And DJ Khaled is an overrated trashy artist too.

So a person doesn’t deserve a second chance?

I don't listen to Chris Brown. But I'm sure Mike was aware of James Brown's history, and he still associated with James, participated in a tribute to him and went to JB's funeral. David Ruffin beat Tammi Terrell too and Mike paid for his funeral. Mike also had Don King in the Liberian Girl video and Don had been in prison for killing someone. Mike was a fan of Sly & The Family Stone and Sly Stone was a pimp at one time and Sly often missed concerts from being too high and he beat women. Cynthia Lennon, John's 1st wife said John hit her a few times in the book she wrote.

The difference in modern acts like Chris Brown & R. Kelly and a lot of those older entertainers is that there was no constant entertainment news, 500 TV channels, internet, and social media putting out their business out there all the time. The general public back then didn't know or didn't care about celebrity private lives (like Rock Hudson being homosexual or what Bill Cosby has been accused of in recent years), many of them were no saints (like Frank Sinatra, Little Richard, The Eagles, Rolling Stones, Chuck Berry, etc). The old Hollywood entertainment industry had the mafia involved in it, so that should give you an idea what it's about. The things people did back then wasn't considered as big of a deal during that era, like parents whipping children or getting pops with a board by teachers at school. Schools generally can't do that today though.

Depends what you do. I find it hard to forgive someone who brutally beat up his girlfriend. That's unforgivable in my book. If Michael had done something like that, I would never be his stan.

Thanks for this detailed post. Truly the entirement industry is full of horrible and disgusting people. And the media like to pick mostly on Michael. What a joke.

Michael was a loving and forgiving person so I'm sure he wouldn't have any problem with Chris Brown, if he was alive today. But I find it hard to forgive someone like Chris Brown.

Chris Brown is literally banned from entering the UK and Australia, I'm serious. This is due to his criminal record. I don't know why he's so violent. I get that he and Rihanna are fine now, but he's still getting involved in fights.. when he has a kid.
I just don't like violent people at all. I did forgive him, but he continues to break the rules. Most of his violence was between 2013-2018, he needs to stop 'defending' himself because I actually like him.

He is an extremely good dancer and a good singer, but he's too violent. Michael wasn't violent despite the negative stories. He was extremely calm and patient. I think a lot of people should learn from that.

Chris and Jamie Fox were on the way to staples center to watch MJ rehearsals the day he died.

Never knew that ^ I can feel a Rihanna collaboration coming with her new album out this year. I feel like the estate is planning on a few collaborations to coincide with his 60th. There's no way Drake knew about the unreleased song, did Paul Anka approach Drake or the estate?

He also stole the SWV instrumental Right Here (Human Nature Remix) for the song She Ain't You (it's the exact same instrumental except he added "she ain't you" stuttered throughout the instrumental). He's quite honestly a trash human being and his talent shouldn't negate how evil of a person he is. The fact that he was found to be stalking an ex-girlfriend is disturbing in itself, but I'm not going to talk about the physical abuse towards Rihanna since some of you beat me to it. I don't personally care how much he shouts Michael out and how much he features Michael's music or pays tribute to him. Michael was not an abusive person and would have not condoned Chris Brown's absolutely disgusting behaviors (and yes it's more than just the abuse towards Rihanna and getting in fights with people). Quite frankly he's also an Usher knockoff whose prime should have ended ten years ago,but yet here he is.

I don't really have much respect for him. It'd be a bit different if he had actually changed but he clearly has not.
