Yes, next year it's really 50 years ago this first LP was released . . .
What do you like Motown to do for a celebration of this???
Maybe they will read this forum . . .

I've never known Motown to release anniversary albums, except maybe with a couple of Marvin Gaye's. They have put out deluxe CDs of albums, but not for any specific anniversary of the original releases. There is still a lot of unreleased Jackson 5 & Motown solo songs though, including an instrumental album Tito recorded.

August 22, 1969 - Miss Black America Pageant
This is probably a local program and not nationwide. So the original tape might be hard to find if it exists at all. Back in that era it was common for TV stations (in the US) to tape over stuff to save money.
