Why there is no KOP edition in Morocco?

l am Mehdi from Morocco , l am fan since 1987, so l just wondering there is King of pop in asia ,europe ,america but there is no edition in Africa why that ?
l know you will say why l will not buy it from net ,l will tell you because here in Morocco we can't buy from internet and there is no official store here....
l've had enough that's why l opened this thread to try to find solution for fans here.
