Quick question.

Since AEG teamed up with this site, does anyone know if the 4 ticket limit still applies?

I also wonder about this as I have an extra ticket bought from them. I have 4 from ticketmaster plus one Row A for the final show from viagogo making a total of 5 tickets (4 plus 1). I used a different card in both sites and a person told me that if you use 2 different cards you should be safe. But I'm still not sure since nothing's official yet. And I'm quite worried...

As we know, ticket will only delivered 10 days before the show. if we buy from viagogo, how does it works? what we received from the seller? the booking code than we can buy in the box office?

Help me...please coz i need to buy 2 more tickets

When I bought mine yesterday, I was sent an email saying my order's been received but they need to contact the seller before I get a definite answer. They took my money immediately though! lol They say no cancellations will be made, but if the deal's not completed you'll get a full refund.


This is what they said in detail:

Your order below has been received by viagogo. This transaction has been sent directly to the seller and is not complete until you receive another email from us confirming the transaction and the delivery method.

Confirmation usually takes place within one business day. If you paid by credit card, debit card or ELV your payment method has been authorised but will not be charged until that time.

If you have paid by iDEAL your payment has already been taken.

Maybe the limit doesn't count because the tickets you are buying are from people who have already bought tickets and are selling them on there? So even though it's linked to ticketmaster, surely the 4 ticket limit wouldn't work because you are technically buying them from someone else?

On the other hand, this creates an extra problem: what if the person selling them to you has their own tickets cancelled because they exceeded the limit (including the one you just bought)? What happens then!?

I honestly don't think it can count towards the limit because it doesn't mention it anywhere on the site or anything.

But yeah...omg that is gonna be bad. That includes on ebay too! People might end up buying over-the-limit tickets that will be cancelled! I just hope they end up not cancelling any. They've sold them all, it makes no difference to them!! And I haven't heard of anyone who has bought like 30 tickets LOL. The people who have gone over only have by 2 mostly!

Viagogo guarantees that you receive the ticket once the transaction has been approved so im guessing if that person's tickets get cancelled you will get a full refund.

How does Viagogo work? I mean if there are so many ppl willing to buy tickets how is it that they were able to get so many only to turn around and sell them above face value?
