May I ask: why did MJ's insurance company had to pay and had a power to make decision on that? What kind of insurance is that? Please help explain?? Anyone know? I heard that MJ almost fainted when he knew he has to settle out of court and pay them.

Apparently the viral blog of Jordan admitting he/his father lied wasn't real. But I read somewhere that Mesereau made a speech somewhere and in it he said that Jordan admits privately to friends that nothing went on and MJ was innocent.

I don't respect Jordan Chandler, but his father could have threatened him to lie. Not many people know why he lied. It's one of those things that most people will never know.

It's like La Toya - she was forced by her husband to tell lies that she didn't want to.

I don't think it's true that he confessed?! But, at the same time none from his side of the family nor he or the media have denied it! So how do we know for sure it isn't true?!

And yes, insurance companies can settle without u wanting them too and it's their choice how much they want to pay not yours!

I have read an article on the same thing but I'm not sure if it would be the exact some article though or if its true or not.

Either way its a little too late to come out now and say it after all the damage it caused and if its true and he did confess what I want to know is why come out now that it makes no difference.

that blog was false but its well documented that he told college class mates/friends that mj did nothing and he hated his parents for what they did.he also held parties as it his house were mj would be played etc mez was going to present several of these friends as wintesses during 03-05 if chandler had turned up. someone who owned a mj fanboard was at college with him in NY and gave a sworn statement to mez.but obviusly they wouldnt have been used as a witness cause of their mj connection there were also pics in the press of him with a friend who was one of the ppl that would testify against him

When Chandler didn't show up for the medical appointment, his doctor called the concierge to go check on him, Eason said.

Personally, in my opinion, I think someone "assisted" in the suicide of Evan Chandler - I think someone like Paul Barresi - he's really good at that. It sends a message to the Jordan Chandler & his family - to keep quiet too, which is why noone showed up at his funeral - they were scared.

There's been stories of him confessing for a while now but they usually end up being found out as false or at least not proven to be true.

I even heard that shortly after Michael passed Jordan was seen wearing an MJ shirt but again, I don't think this was ever proven 100 percent.

I do believe that Evan forced Jordan to accuse Michael, and I believe he abused him horrificly into doing so too. BUT now that Evan is dead I don't know why Jordan hasn't confessed the truth yet. Possibly, he is afraid of the backlash from fans calling him all sorts, but my hope is that more people would actually forgive him if he was honest about the fact Michael didn't do these things and explained how his father abused him into it. People would be more understanding towards him if he did tell the truth now I think.

And this person is the only person who knows it from Jordan? And wasn't there also a private investigator or detective who had evidence that MJ didn't do anything? Evidence in the sense of...someone important telling him that Jordan/Evan told him that nothing happened? ....i think that PI also went to jail for something else and therefore couldn't come forward or something? I recall this from Geraldine Hughes....in some speech.

I agree with you, we all know that b@$^@#% taught him to lie, but honestly about the forgiving him thing, I pretty much doubt that, I still refuse to forgive him and that little b@$^@#%, I'd rather he rot in jail then rot in hell like his dead father.
