problem with "quick reply"

the feature of quick reply doesn't work anymore for me...

I can post normally if I press "post reply"...

is it just me, or it's a general problem?

What browser do you use? Try clearing your cookies

I have deleted the cookies

it still doesn't work...

I have changed browser, I am using Mozilla Firefox right now, and I don't have this problem anymore
