But Weed isn't Cannabis

Weed is cannabis. The term "weed" refers to the dried herbal form of cannabis, also called marijuana. Marijuana is just another name for cannabis. It's the most common name. Cannabis is more used in the medical/scientific sense. So weed just refers to the form cannabis/marijuana can take. The most common form, where dried bits of the flower, leaf and stem are compacted into buds ready for consumption. Well, as close as ready to consumption most dealers will be ready to go for you. You have to do the cutting and blending yourself. This can also be called "pot" and a bunch of other names.
