she heard someone call out to her.
She saw him standing there in a
‘shimmering’ light.
He had black long curls and
She ‘recognized’ him but
Couldn’t quite figure out what he was doing
In her dream or should it be ‘nightmare’…
“I’m NOT gone…
I’ll always be in your heart…”
She dried her tears and when she
Finally released who he was he ‘evaporated’
In little twinkling stars…
It left her in awe,
That she fell asleep with a smile on her face…
Someone still loved her
Though she had ‘flunked’ her finals…
