“Come through”
She insisted.
“Good afternoon, Mrs.…”
“It’s Karen” she filled in.
“Did you easily find it? “
“Yeash, ma’am…”
Audrey replied.
“Can I offer you anything to drink? “
“Ehh, a soda? “
“Coming up”
She heard the music and that
Put her at ease a little bit…
“Oh, follow the music”
Her mum said cheered up and
trotted off to the kitchen…
“Hello”
Audrey wondered through the house
Trying to locate where the music was coming from…
She opened a door and a
wave of energy hit her…
“WOW”
The music was blasting out loud
from her computer and
everywhere you looked were
out prints from her computer on the walls…
Michael’s hypnotic eyes stared through you now…
Suddenly, a face popped from behind it…
“Aud” she cried
“I didn’t hear you come in”
She turned the volume of
MJTunes down a notch…
“It’s okay”
she replied as she glared at the out prints.
“I can get you some real posters too,
If you want to of course.”
“Posters are hard to get these days,
Thanks Aud.”
They heard a knock on the door…
It was mum with the beverages.
She smiled ever so proud
At her daughter.
“Thanks, mum”
She only nodded and off she was.
