Murray's responses

I don't understand how Murray, a cardiologist, will justify his behavior. When questioned by the prosecutor if he knew what propofol was and what it was used for, how can he respond knowing what he did to MJ? He will probably also be asked if he knew it wasn't a sleep aid. If he answers 'yes' he knew that, then why did he give it to MJ as a sleep aid? I also would like to know his pharmacology background. He should've known that mixing sedatives such as valium and versed along with propofol could be deadly to the respiratory system. All of those are depressants, did he know that? I would think a medical doctor has training in pharmacology correct? A doctor should know more than a pharmacist am I correct?

It just baffles my mind how this 25 year medical doctor with a specialized training in cardiology killed MJ with the cause being cardiac arrest. How does a man die of cardiac arrest with a heart specialist ( cardiology) by his side???

I don't understand how it could happen either :(

maybe if that cardiologist is fake like this one......

that's a possibility...

Re: Murray's responses

Honestly? I doubt that Murray will be punished. I really do not feel that it will happen. Just look at everything that is happening. :sigh: :fear: Moreover, what is happening? Nothing. Absolute silence. I'm sure Murray is very calm. It's unbelievable...

we will see next month. I just don't think this man will be able to keep a medical license. There is no way a doctor who administers anesthesia as a 'sleep aid' should be able to keep a medical license. I believe the medical field will be watching this case and they will be outraged if Murray gets off scott free

Yes... and I'm shocked that he has not lost the medical license... YET! :bugeyed Well, that was what had to happened. Unbelievable! The next audience... I hope it's not a circus.

Re: Murray's responses

I am being very pessimistic about everything these days... Even after passing Michael doesn't seem to have a break. The ish keeps coming and coming. With the constant mess from his relatives, with the boycott of the album and with the most important thing which is this trial. I want to hope that Murray will be convicted but I don't know. :( Especially after all these druggie stories being planted into the minds of potential jury.

yeah if Murray is acquitted blame the Jackson family for that. I won't be surprised if Murray actually calls Janet and Randy to the stand to talk about the supposed intervention.

Re: Murray's responses

I've already made a post about it, but again, Murray is being judged for administering Propofol outside a hospital that resulted in Michael's death. It has nothing to do with Michael's drug history. It's irrelevant to call Janet and Randy to testify saying Michael had an addiction.

I can't believe Murray gave MJ propofol nightly for 6 weeks and didn't think there was anything wrong with that? Is this fool really a doctor?

I don't know:no::no: I don't think he was the only one in on it:no::no:

:bugeyed I can't believe that:no::no::no:

This is just something to watch out for during the trial. I remember Chernoff saying last year that when Murray took the job working for MJ, that he had no idea he would be dealing with propofol and that he had no clue about MJ's 'problems'. Do you all think this will fly? My thinking is if Murray had no clue about MJ's problems why the hell would he take the job? and wouldn't he make sure he knew everything about MJ's medical history before he took the job of the most famous man in the world? Will Murray act like he knew nothing about MJ's scalp burns and medication issues from 1993 when MJ told the entire world?

what matters is what gets said in the courtroom not by chernoff to the press.if he says it in court and the pros can show hes lieing then obviously it wont help him and please dont start spamming this board like you did with the other boards asking the same questions over and over again or what could be asked in other threads

I love you elusive ( LOL...) I am not spamming. Just wanting to see if Murray acts like a dummy during this trial. Like he just took MJ on as a patient without knowing anything. And that he just walked to the pharmacist and used his medical license to purchase propofol because he didn't know any better.

Murray doesn't have to PLAY dumb. HE IS DUMB!

And his attorney running his mouth in the very beginning, before all of the facts were presented, now looks as dumb as his client, in my opinion.

Chernoff went around talking about "Michael's little problem," in the hopes that the autopsy report would match the media's rush to judgment reports, namely TMZ (& Oxman), that Michael had died from a lethal shot of Demerol.

I think people could be dumb enough to fall for his dumb faces.

The fool. He looks like Spongebob Square pants.

I think people could be dumb enough to fall for his dumb faces.

Exactly.

No stupid person can pass that difficult medical exam. Let alone, get into medical school. You have to simply be smart to do that.

What I would like to know is how this cardiologist, not this anesthesiologist, did not know how to administer CPR, but KNEW that when administering propofol, you must use lidocaine to stop the pain when injecting. This doctor read up on the substance alright. He knew about it and he knew what he was doing.

Murray can try and play dumb if he wants to however he is a cardiologist and a cardiologist is suppose to know not to give a patient propofol in a home setting. Murray cannot fool anyone...I think even the jury will not be fooled by his...I didnt know crap....folks are smarter than that IMO.

yep.. you know Chernoff was listening to the all the rumors and stuff. Chernoff also said that Murray never gave MJ anything like demerol, and he only gave him sleep aids even though he refused to acknowledge the propofol knowing good and well that's what killed him.

yeah I would hope the jury isn't stupid.. Murray is smart enough to be a medical doctor and he's smart enough to know that he had no business giving MJ or anyone else propofol as a sleeping aid.

that may be true.

But medically speaking, Murray who passed his final medical exam to recieve his degree, he can't be medically stupid.

He "may" have had some smarts 20-25 years ago, but something CLEARLY happened to ole boy since the days of medical school.

Leaving your patient to make phone calls and/or take a bathroom break = DUMB MOVE!

Continuing to produce children, when you aren't taking care of the children you already have = DUMB MOVE!

Ordering a hospital quality drug and having it sent to your girlfriend's crib = DUMB MOVE!

Running away from the hospital and not giving the Emergency workers the correct information regarding your patient = DUMB MOVE!

Smart folks don't get caught up in stuff like that!

maybe smart folks dont..but...greedy folks DO!!! and that is what Murray was...greedy..he saw $$$$.....

I agree with that.. All doctors are smart, but some of them are unethical and immoral but they have the knowledge and skill to practice medicine because they are very smart human beings. Murray graduated magna cum laude.. He's a very smart man just unethical and greedy as hell

he can't be medically stupid.

Well he OBVIOUSLY was!

His greed made him medically STUPID, in my opinion.

Giving Propofol in a home setting WITHOUT the proper equipment, should that be considered medically SMART?

Performing CPR on the bed, should that be considered medically SMART?

Not calling 911 as soon as he saw a problem, should that be considered medically SMART?

Running away from the hospital. LOL! Did he really think that the authorities would not catch up to him sooner or later.

maybe smart folks dont..but...greedy folks DO!!! and that is what Murray was...greedy..he saw $$$$.....
And that's EXACTLY what happens when folks get greedy!

Whether they be a doctor or a candlestick maker. When you get greedy like that, all of your common sense, intelligence and morals go right out the window, in my opinion.

The ONLY thing on Conrad Murray's mine was "most likely" being in a position ($$$) to wine & dine his stripper girlfriend.

How do we know he left his patient? Are you believing this man 100%? Also, propofol puts the patient into a DEEP DEEP sleep. That's why they can literally have their bodies cut open while under this substance!! There was no reason for Murray to leave Michael.

Running away and not giving correct info does not automatically consider one dumb, it could mean they are being FISHY or have SOMTHING TO HIDE.

That doc had to send the propofol to someone's house!! in order to get it. Where else could he have it delivered at? Michael's house where it would be used? Or what Michael say something about it...(but then i dont think he could have it delivered all the way to california. idk. does anyone know which state his girlfriend lives?)

Continuing to produce children, when you aren't taking care of the children you already have = DUMB MOVE!

That seems to be a social problem that MANY deal with, doctors and lawyers as well. It does not have to do with the investigation.

I really hope the prosecution focuses on Murray's unethical attitude and his greed and how he risked MJ's life and lied to MJ for money. Murray obviously told MJ he knew what he was doing and he would watch him carefully. He lied and I hope the prosecution stresses how folks trust their doctors and when their doctors betray them this is what happens

Whether he lied about leaving MJ or not, either or, still a DUMB MOVE in my opinion. Smart move would have been NOT to get yourself in that type of situation to begin with.

FISHY or have SOMETHING TO HIDE. LOL! Both very smart moves. NOT!

Being a DEADBEAT DAD goes to credibility and sets a "pattern" of a person who is OBVIOUSLY willing to do anything to make some big bucks.

Sending Propofol to NOBODY'S HOUSE would have been the smart thing for Murray to have done.
