I'd say "Schindler's List" but I don't view it as really being a war movie.
 
i dont have 10 in mind now... but i remember the last that i saw... valkyrie.. with tom cruise.
 
You need to watch a anime film called Grave Of The Fireflies.......it's probably one of the most depressing films one could watch, but it is also brilliant!!!!
