question about a strange lp of bad

Hi everyone,

My girlfriend has found something I dont know. Im a collector of mj los and cds but this I dont know. And maybe someone can tell me what this is worth and how rare.it is or how not so rare it is!! its the album bad.
It says for promotion only and its from belgium.

Believe it's a mix of the songs, came in a magazine. No idea how rare.

It's a flexi-disk. They are pretty hard to find.
