Did anyone notice that Got The Hots sounds very similar to Thriller?

I just listened to it and realised it.

I think it sounds a little bit similar to the Baby Be Mine Demo or Slapstick Demo.

It doesn't sound like Thriller. It's kind of a quirky song, that's why I like it.

GTH was suppose to be on Thriller. Not sure which track got picked over it. I agree with the decision of leaving it off Thriller though, and just can't imagine seeing it on Bad, or even Dangerous. At least it got it's release on T25 eventually.

Got The Hots doesn't sound like the song Thriller, but like it fits on the album, because it was supposed to (As already stated). It's one of my favs. I love how MJ sounds on the chorus.

No! The cut off track on the original Thriller LP was Hot Street on its A side. The reason for the cutt of as well as the shortened mixes of the other 8 tracks was the way too much play time on the LPs both sides.
