I've never really realised that 'inspiration' applies to the music industry just as it does to the fine art world and now im seriously interested in picking apart songs and finding where they take elements from. What others are there apart from "I Cigni di Balaka" for will you be there and "Unbelievable" by biggie for unbreakable?

There are plenty of them (especially on HIStory album).

But, in order to get accurate info, you have to consult the booklets.
