I know we has a thread in regards to this already from an earlier article but here's a development:

Johnny Depp is hoping to play troubled pop star Michael Jackson in a movie of the singer's life.

The actor was rumoured to have modelled himself on Jackson for his role as Willy Wonka in 2005 movie 'Charlie and the Chocolate Factory'.

But although Depp believes any similarities to the pop superstar in his portrayal are purely coincidental, he would love to take on the role of the singer, insisting: "There is still time to play him."

Janet Jackson: 'Michael isn't ready for Jackson 5'

R+B superstar Janet Jackson has cast doubt on her brother Michael's participation in a planned Jackson 5 comeback tour, because she doesn't know if he's ready to go back to singing in a group.
Elder brother Jermaine Jackson has voiced plans for the ABC hitmakers to embark on a reunion tour later this year, complete with the Thriller superstar - but Janet isn't convinced.
She says, "I know it's been kind of tough for Mike. Maybe he just wants to continue to be a solo artist and if that's what he wants, you have to respect his wishes.
"But what an impact it (a reunion) would have on the world. (I'd) be the first in line to buy a ticket."
Michael is allegedly in talks to revive his pop career with a London residency this summer, but reports have as yet been unconfirmed.

EMINEM - GIVE ‘EM A BREAK!

First things first. I have to say…man, we have got to find some way to ease back on these celebrities. I feel there needs to be a new law for people like Michael Jackson, Eminem, Britney Spears and Amy Winehouse. I don’t know about Britney, but the rest of these celebs are mostly avoiding the limelight. This means, Eminem might have gained some weight, but he should be able to do that in privacy just like the rest of us.

^ Lol, Eminem gained weight? First I've heard that rumor, unless there are pictures or something making it more than. Imagining a fat Eminem is freakin' weird.

Ha ha.

How bored can people be to write stuff like this?
Measuring every single gram on the celebrities, there should be a new institution for them.

SOME MJ BUSINESS NEWS..........
Music publisher Chrysalis, which has been inviting offers, rose 7¼ to 106¼p on talk that EMI has made a bid. Rival bidder Sony ATV is seen as the most likely winning bidder, however. Ingenious Securities told clients that Chrysalis, which has the publishing rights to much of David Bowie's catalogue, could be worth 210p-260p. Ingenious said that chairman Chris Wright was unlikely to sell at the mooted level of 130p.

This is very interesting. I have a feeling that S/Atv has built up so much prestige in the business that songwriters etc would rather sell to them than anyone else. Part of that is to do with who they own. ie, 'If it's good enough for the Beetles, then it's good enough for me', sort of thing. Good on ya Michael:D

that would be great if Michael and Sony can get that catalog as well. If so, Mike would practically own everybody's music:D

Thanks for the news.

Great to know Mike is enjoy lunch with his babies. TMZ the tv show might talk about MJ being in Vegas.

Alright - one of the producer of the show said that she has a friend that was in Vegas and she said her friend saw MJ and his children walking passed her at the MGM Grand to see a Hannah Montana concert. So, the producer's friend was following them and she missed them because they went right into the limo and left! Great move!

BTW, she said that the children were unmasked, but MJ was wearing a hoodie and covered his face with something.

50 Cent Denies Working with Michael Jackson.

Fiddy: I'm not helping Jackson

50 CENT will not be playing a part in MICHAEL JACKSON’S latest comeback bid.

There had been rumours the rapper would help produce some of Michael's new tracks and possibly even doing a collaboration.

But Fiddy says there’s nothing in it and reckons Jackson doesn’t need even his help.

He said: “It’s not true. Anyway, what can you possibly teach Michael Jackson about music – nothing.”

The rapper headlined at Harry O's on Saturday night at the Sundance Film Festival and refused to get off stage.

Event organisers told him his time was up, but Fiddy carried on much to the delight of PARIS HILTON and her rich pals who were situated in the front row.

:D

Lovin' it. I just starting liking fitty.

Re: 50 Cent Denies Working with Michael Jackson.

Especailly nothing 50 could teach Michael, lol. He's dissed Michael in the past, so I'm surprised he would eve say that. I thought it was going to be something like "Who want's to work with Michael Jackson". He sounds like he's got a mouth full of rocks when he raps anyway, that would be horrid to have him on a Michael Jackson track.

Re: 50 Cent Denies Working with Michael Jackson.

awesome what he said- and that the sun printed it. But there were hardly any rumours about a fiddy collab anyway.

by the way the guy's paid mj respect before too. When dissing kanye, he said kanye is to himself (50), what he is to MJ

Who would've thought such wisdom could come from 50 Cent!

Glad that rumour has been squelched!

Re: 50 Cent Denies Working with Michael Jackson.

Thank God however it is from the Sun so I'll take it with a grain of salt.
