It may be in the afternoon, but do you think he will show up in his wheelchair and pajamas, lol.
Actually since the whole frail thing was a show he put on for the press that would be a great entrance for the new tour. Wheel him in on his chair and then undress from PJs to super duper outfit and perform for the audience. Just kidding, I am glad that it is all business from here on out. We can start to see the new look for the new era…

If he greets fans outside and then goes in and does the annoucement and whisks back out again I think it'll take about 30 mins and he's obviously gonna be 5 or 10mins late lol
