Agevolation for fan club on buyng ticket?

I know that in this ours a fan club are sending mail to many fans, adv the new "fan club card" for 2009, with many benefit... including the possibility to buy the "this is it" tickets

is this possibile?
there fan club with this "priority pass"?

there's no official information about that?

this fan club are saying that they will give special information about ticket only to one who pay theyr "fan club card"

why this is possible?
is real that only one fan club in the world (and one of the little ones) have this priority ticket and ask fans to pay them for information and priority list?
