will radio stations give away free tickets?

Hey all

I was just wondering what the chances are of radio shows having competitions and stuff to give away free tickets???

Radio 1/2 have done this in the past with Britney, Rihanna, Spice Girls during the times of their performances at the 02.

That was the main purpose of this thread, so if all else fails, I guess I will be participating in these competitions then :)
 
i listen to hallam fm quite a bit so ill let you guys know !!
 
there was a radio station think magic or some other that on last fri they were giving away tickets and someone won one.
 
I'm sure there will be radio competitions to win tickets. I wouldn't be surprised if one of the music channels on Sky does a competition.
 
Watch out for newspapers as well. Daily Star is offering free tickets this week for example, too.
 
HEart FM and Magic were giving away tickets the other day. So was KISS FM I think.
