Problem with Ticketmaster.. can anyone help?

Yesterday around 8PM i did register at ticketmaster and did enter my dad's creditcard. Now i still didn't have a welcome mail from ticketmaster and i'm worried i did something wrong somewhere. This morning i changed my e-mail just in case my other blocks ticketmaster but still no mail to welcome me or anything. Am i the only one? Is this normal?
 
I havent recived at welcome mail either, but i am abel to make ticket orders tho :)

Maybe email or call them with your problem.
