Suspicion rising as to Dr. Conrad Murray's role in Jackson's death and if he should face manslaughter charges...

Looks like Dr. Conrad Murray has emerged as the central target of both the coroner and LAPD investigations of Michael Jackson's death. Dr. Murray was at Jackson's home when the singer went into cardiac arrest on the day he died.

The doc is apparently not cooperating with authorities, but evidence has linked him to the drug that likely killed Jackson. Dr. Murray's lawyer would neither confirm or deny that Murray injected Jackson with the powerful anesthesia drug Propofol shortly before his death.

If the LAPD does gather enough evidence that Murray did give Jackson Propofol shortly before his death, and if the final coroner's report shows that Propofol killed Jackson, Murray could end up with manslaughter charges. The fact that Murray waited roughly 30 minutes before calling 911 after Jackson went into cardiac arrest the day he died also has caused some suspicion.

Authorities are also investigating another one of Jackson's doctors, Dr. Arnold Klein. Many members of Jackson's staff have told authorities that Klein often would get Jackson prescription drugs under the names of aliases or staff members. Many of the powerful drugs found at Neverland Ranch in the 2003 raid by police were prescribed to Frank Tyson, a former Jackson employee, by Dr. Klein.

I had a feeling about this from day 1. Just seeing the guy's face was enough. I'd love to be proven wrong though.

Of course he's not cooperating with authorities because he know he was the cause of Michael's demise either intentionally or unintentionally. That's guilt eating at him. He can run but he can't hide.....

Someone said he probably stole huge amount money from Michael during that time..?

His behaviour is giving it all away; him waiting 30 minutes before calling 911, then he leaves and noone can locate him. Some say that he went directly to the hospital....soo confusing, just don't know what to follow.

Exactly! He's a cardiologist yet he was not administering CPR properly. I find it interesting his lawyers say he will speak when the toxicology reports come out. Why? If you have nothing to hide, you will tell what happened.

This is a speculative article with misinformation. They wanted to write about this story so their journalists phone the lawyer. He chose not to answer because he has released statements before.

Police said Dr Murray was coopearative and that he was interviewed twice.

The writers are speculating about what the coroner's report may contain and the consequences if what they speculate is right.

Because the lawyer did not cooperate with them, they now say he's not cooperating with police. The lawyer already said the Doctor did not inject Michael with demerol or anything else.

They have also gone back to 2004 in the trial to trace prescription medicine from Dr Klein but since Dr Klein says he's not being investigated and never prescribed Michael anything so strong that could be harmful, these people are beating around the bush.

And if there was anything illegal in 2004, you bet Sneddon would have jumped on that. The warrant did not even allow them to take Michael's medication, they just abused their power.
Also Mesereau and his team went through all this medication information and if there was any concern, they would have followed it up with Michael.

This is an article that just needs to write about the story and offers nothing new otehr than speculation.

It reminds me about that movie with Russell Crowe "State Of Play", where journalists are under pressure to investigate and report a story.

I am not surprised. Btw Geraldo will be talking about this tonight, i think his show starts at 10 but i am not 100% sure.

To help fans recap truth from fiction

All this is from 24th June to date, it's not even a month yet.

Michael called Dileo after rehearsals on Wednesday saying he was feeling unwell, Dileo recalls when he had left Michael on Wednesday midnight, Michael was perfectly okay. Miko Brando, Kenny Ortega and Randy Phillips all said the same, including others present at the rehearsal.

Michael passed away on Thursday and the media began reporting

The first story they reported is that he was injected with Demerol by the doctor, this story was then refuted by the doctor's lawyer.

Deepak Chopra and Brian Oxman come along with their drug stories based on 2005 and appear on several media outlets promoting the idea of overdoes, even though they haven't been in touch with Michael for years.

The doctor's car was towed away and bags of medicine taken away. No mention of IV poles or oxygen cylinders

Tabloid newspapers carry all sorts of wild stories about the drugs found in Michael's body

Tabloids and mainstream also carry false stories that the doctor fled the scene and cannot be found after police announce they want to speak to him, when he was actually with the Jacksons at the hospital.

The Jacksons who are distraught, mourning and confused, do not know the exact identity of the doctor being sought out and become suspicious, wanting answers from him. Jesse Jackson expresses their concerns in a statement (They later realise this is the doctor at the hospital who suggested they get a second autopsy).

The doctor was questioned twice by the police and was let go.

The doctor's lawyer releases a statement that he did not inject Michael with Demerol or any other medication at any point in time, and the only medication prescribed was in response to an ailment. Details are also provided by the lawyer around the events leading to Michael's death
The doctor walks in
Michael has a low pulse
The doctor begins CPR
Cannot call 911 because phones don't work and he does not know address to use his mobile
When CPR fails, he runs to find someone
He sees the chef and asks him to get security to call 911
The chef calls security who call 911
paramedics arrive and begin CPR on bed and call their guides
The guides ask them where Michael is and then tell them to put Michael on the floor
The doctor goes with Michael in the ambulance to the hospital
When Michael passes away, the doctor advises the family to seek a second autopsy because he cannot understand what caused Michael's death

The coroner's report indicated the only fresh needle marks Michael had were those injected into his heart by paramedics to try and resuscitate him.

The coroner's report could not find any external evidence of harm except broken ribs from attempting to resuscitate him with CPR

Then as this Demerol story was dying off, the nutritionist came along with her diprivan story
This kick-started the whole drugs issue

Then CNN quoted and anonymous source talking about Michael using diprivan on tour in the HIStory tour to get him to sleep

Then the nutritionist gave an added story of an employee of Michael calling on Sunday saying that he was hot on one side, cold on the other, and she knew Michael had been injected in the spine.

This was too much for the people at AEG so they released a video of Michael in rehearsal showing him fit and fine, a few days after what the nutritionist assumes that he was injected in the spine.

A former chef terminated in May sees a chance to make a quick buck and jumps on the diprivan story saying he saw the doctor carry out oxygen cylinders.

The likes of Matt Fiddes then jump on this story for publicity talking about taking needles and syringes away from Michael in 2001. This guy was only around Michael for 3 days and was not security around his suite, Michael had his own bodyguards. The guy only provided outside security when Michael went to Exeter.

The media fuels the diprivan story.

Dr Murray's lawyer releases another statement that they will not engage in speculation and innuendo till toxicology reports return

Then Dr Klein comes along and fuels the diprivan story again saying that he told Michael he was insane to use it while in Germany during the HIStory tour. He makes reference to Michael's past drug addiction in 1993 but does not mention the year which makes people who don't know think that he's referring to a recent issue, and he uses the word "addict". Someone sees this is Michael's doctor and he is saying "addict", so they are none the wiser.

The question then is, why did Michael feel it necessary to discuss this with Dr Klein, and if he said so, then why did Doctor Klein not speak to the aneasthologist whose details he could easily find? This sounded like Dr Klein trying to inject himself into a story because Michael is not present to dispute, but Ramone Bain pointed out contradictions in Dr Klein's stories.

Then someone from Santa Barbara leaked to CNN sealed details of medication they took from Michael's home in 2003. These were prescriptions by Dr Klein.

Then a former security is quoted as having left because Michael was over-prescribed and was taking 30 to 80 xanax every night, again speculation because that security guy was not present to see Michael swallow pills every night and it amounts to gossip between two staff members as to the amount of medication Michael may be taking.

Mark Geragos says that all these people are speculating and were not around Michael. (Deepak Chopra, nutritionist, Brian Oxman....) and that those who matter are those who were around Michael in the last 6 months to a year.

Story circulates quoting Latoya saying that Michael was not in his room but in the doctor’s room with IV poles and oxygen tanks. This was not mentioned back then by paramedics or police and no oxygen tanks were taken out of the premises.

--------
What do we know after all this?
Stories of
Demerol - denied by the doctor
Diprivan - still in the balance but doctor's lawyer made a general statement Michael was not injected
Xanax - A reference to a 2004 issue

No one is discussing Michael's complaint of pain to Frank Dileo. All they are discussing is the amount of medication and different medication he took. No mention what the medicine was for.

The investigation is trying to dig into the past which has little bearing to the present. They are trying to examine all Michael's prescriptions since the 1990s, but that has nothing to do with why he died in 2009 after complaining of a pain and being prescribed something.

Geragos emphasised this point, that something he took in 2004 could not have killed him in 2009.
This is simply a fishing expedition going after the 5 doctors. That is what the prosecutors do best, go about fishing, just like the media.

It's no wonder the doctors do not want to cooperate because they have nothing to do with his death in 2009 if they weren't the ones treating him then. He had Dr Klein and Dr Murray.

They know how prosecutors can just try to drag them into charges or fault them in a fishing expedition in an effort to lay the blame on someone.

Thank you for the time line and I do myself believe that Dr Conrad Murray gave Michael Jackson that lethal dose of med that killed him. I am however refraining from saying anything else about the doc until tox reports come back. If It comes back that this is true a lot of people are going to want to physically hurt this man.

to think this idiot could have saved Michael...when his heart was still beating and when he was still clinging onto life...

Wat are MJ fans doing in LA??????? Go find him and teach him a lesson!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That idiot isn't even licensed to prescribe cough drugs, how could he be MJ's doctor? Answer!!!
How could he not know MJ's address?????????????
bullcrap.
I want answer!

This segment from Larry King also shows that the nutritionist's version of the story is questionable.

She said Michael was hot and cold on Sunday after receiving an urgent phone call from one of his staff. Yet Dr Klein says that on Monday, Michael was in his office and danced for his patients.

I mean, unless Michael turned into superman, crippled with spine issue one day that necessitates an urgent call and the next day totally fine and dancing.....

KING: Grew from there.

Fast forward. You saw him the Monday before he died?

KLEIN: Absolutely, yes, sir.

KING: What was the purpose of the visit?

..........

How would you describe Michael's mental, fiscal condition on that Monday?

KLEIN: He was dancing in the office, so it's hard to say. So he was in very good physical condition. He was dancing for my patients. He was very mentally aware when we saw him. And he was in a very good mood, because very happy.
.........

KING: Was Michael in any kind of pain when you saw him?

KLEIN: None whatsoever.

To be honest I wouldn't believe Klein

People, as this thread progresses, here is a warning. Tempers are high, but make NO statements that could be construed as theats. Anything resembling threats to various people involved in Michael's death will be taken VERY seriously. OK?

Vic

The Doc aint gonna make it to the trial, he didnt care about MICHAEL at all, he only cared about his money

many people believe the doctor knows more than he is saying. some are saying that the doctor was one of the many enablers (doctors) jackson saw. many high profile celebrities are surrounded by these feelgood doctors who literally give their rich famous patients any drugs they want and the theory is that the doctor gave him some injections and the combination killed jackson. the sad part is that maybe had they called for help sooner jackson might have been saved but more will come out when the toxicology reports come out

How could he not know MJ's address?????????????
bullcrap.
I want answer![/QUOTE]

Of course he knew MJ's address. And THAT is where the mystery is.

Even if he didn't know the address, all he had to say to 911 is "It's Michael Jackson's house." 911 would have known here he lived, everyone did.

There are so many scenarios to this because he had so many shady people around him getting him hooked on drug$ Maybe the doc knew the doc who knew the doc who gave him whatever killed him and was covering for him.........so many ways to look at this and so many holes in his story

That always disturbed me about the call. We have a gentleman not breathing? Why not say Michael Jackson? If he didn't know the address you mean to tell me his bodyguards don't know it either. BS. I really hope justice prevails and all who harmed him pay for their crimes with some serious jail time!

The actions of the doctor, confirmed by his own lawyer are a major cause for concern. He was the last person to see Michael alive, he needs to start providing answers.

WOW amazing post. A lot of the crap that I was hearing from posters on here about iv polls and what came out of michael house and the number of pills he took come from tabs, and tabloid cable news, from ex employee, old supposed friends, etc. A lot that was cloudy you made clear again. I got a bit lost in all the junk posted on mjjc as of latey. An poster posting it as if it were fact and I didn't know the sources.

I still don't trust the doctor and know he was negligent but what I'm trying to figure out was was it premeditated.

Great post!:clapping: Folks are doing nothing but lying on michael. Again if michael complained of chest pains why didn't murry take him to the hospital. And I refuse to believe he didn't know the address when he drove there. God this could have been avoided. I really don't think michael was an addict. And folks are using his past against him.

Mind that the post you are quoting might have inaccuracies too, nobody knows the exact facts yet.

I don't believe that Michael Jackson knowingly administered these prescription meds. I also think he was murdered, and all the signs point to these two doctors. I don't trust Klein or this Murray guy. They're both suspicious.

Mind that the post you are quoting might have inaccuracies too, nobody knows the exact facts yet.
of course it could...yet alot of what ppl were posting on here were posting it as fact when it was just hearsay. As if the LAPD said something and that's where the info came from. Not some ex employee or somebody who hadn't been around michael for a good while. All of this was making me think these things really came from realiable sources when they didn't. One in particular the IV poles that they took. I had never heard that LAPD took IV polls and o tanks and I was thinking wouldn't ems have seen all of this. Yet that came from an the ex chef who saw o tanks and IV polls. I'ma need something a little more concrete then that, something like LAPD did take those items, I don't care what was seen in the past. A lot of fans are running to every site known to man and coming back and posting on that garbage on here. You can lose sight of things like that. Rw22's post seem to tie in thing togethers very well and tell where these stories came from. This is why I thought the post was a great one.

u quoted an interview w/ someone who is also being investigated so what is the point of that?

klien leaves a lot to be desired in someone u want to get truthful information out of.

murray has now left california, he's in texas, and he refused to speak to cops again. his lawyer's lawyer actually refused. so let's see how it all plays out

note, that once they spoke to him, they sai dhe wasn't a suspect. cuz he wasn't. there were no tox results yet etc...now they have them. just haven't drafted a report. they're getting their p's and q's together b/c once this report is read, everyone will flee so i have a feeling, and this is JMHO but i think they're waiting to coordinate the arrests with the reports

Dr Conrad did not say ''Michael Jacksons house'' because he intended to kill Michael. He gave him the lethal dose of medication to make it seem like an overdose and the overdose is in the AEG insurance papers. He didnt call 911 in time because he wanted to make sure Michaels heart stopped and that he was clinically dead. When he then proceeded to call 911, he wanted to delay help even more, to make sure no one could save his life, so he acted like he didnt know the address, and he refused to say it was Michael Jacksons house, so that the ambulance would have a harder time finding him. This was planned. He even proceeds to do CPR on a fucking bed, make no mistake - this was no mistake. This was planned. This doctor wanted Michael to be dead. He did everything in his power to make sure help was delayed. It was no accident, it was no stupidity, he did this on purpose. Money was at stake. If Mike died from an overdose, AEG would get the insurance money.
