Jackson Doc Talks Himself Into a Corner


We've learned the doctor at the center of the investigation into Michael Jackson's death is in the cross hairs of the LAPD because of his own words.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Dr. Conrad Murray's statements to police on the Saturday following Jackson's death contained incriminating disclosures about his involvement. Some members of law enforcement are surprised he spoke in the first place and surprised at what he volunteered.

As we reported yesterday, the LAPD is already treating Jackson's death as a homicide and there have been multiple conversations between detectives and the L.A. County District Attorney's office, although the D.A. has not opened its own formal investigation.

And we've learned, although some of the toxicology results are not in yet, important test results already completed point to the anesthesia Propofol as the primary cause of death. Our law enforcement sources say the evidence is clear -- Propofol was the primary reason Jackson's heart stopped beating.

Dr. Murray's lawyer would neither confirm nor deny if his client administered Propofol to Jackson the day he died.

Its very suspicious that Murray wont either deny or admit administering the drug...

I think they are waiting for the full results and see if they can spin a lie to get Murray out of the poop before they admit or deny anything.

It depends whichi way they're gonna play it. I read somewhere today that the choices are 'Accidental Overdose, Suicide" or ........get this "Doctor ERROR".

If they find that MJ injected himself then it would be accidental overdose. If there is over and above the amount of drugs in his system, I should think they'll go with suicide but if its from a prescribed drug that a doc injected, it will be 'Doctor Error' in which case he'll get a slap on the wrist and depending on the legality of said drug, he'll get struck off at worse.

But they are, according to the Mail, looking at missing video tapes which have 'gone missing'. Funny that eh.

Hey ho, we'll have the results tomorro from the Tox report so we can stop second guessing!

This ought to be interesting as to what they conclude.

its classed as neglient manslaughter.the doctor was administering a drug that should never be given outisde of a hospital.the optons are are basically an overdose based on some other drugs and depending on how mj got those prescriptions doctors will be in trouble or u have the propofol issue or u have an overdose based on drugs been mixed accidently like heath ledger. there is no suicide option.except for scummy tabloids who wish he had killed himself

It seems Murray is as guilty as hell... or he's running scared. After they questioned him for 3 hours the other day, he legged it out of california to Texas. Apparently, the detectives interviewing him was really surprised that he voluntary gave up incriminating information!! haha. CARRY ON MURRAY ! GIVE MORE EVIDENCE! ... u don't do a runner to another state if you have nout to worry about eh.

It was saying in a paper today that he had a "cocktail" of drugs and it was a matter of eliminating which drug killed him

I do not think Michael did this himself. Michael would never do something like this himself he from what i understand hated needles. He loved his children so i don't think it was suicide. This man was happy. He was excited for the dates of the concert. I don't understand how people would classify this as suicide. It doesn't add up that way.

Word. I wish they would just hurry up with the results, but I understand that they need to be EXTREMELY vigilant as well.

I can't wait to see Doc Murray behind bars and also Doc klein! I can't wait to see justice being done!

yup i agree with ya, Michael hated needles their was no way he injected himself. If it comes out that the propofol was the culprit. which I 100% bdlieve it was then they should hang that doc by his *****. because their are going to be alot of angry people trying to get there hands on him. He wont be able to hide anywhere. he will be found.

If it was propofol there is no way he could've injected it himself. It puts you to sleep the moment it enters the system. Only a 2nd person can inject you with it.
