I found that record in my files, and dont have the description to this.

But, its a message from Michael and The Jacksons before touring from Encino recording studio, and I think its from 1983.

Could you comment what that is? - Michael is amazing there...!!!!

(do you know a web player that I could use for that message to play?)

Thanks, on my download link there is just a part of Michael talking to brothers about the recorded songs and Billie Jean and saying good-bye (4:25)... in HQ sound!!!
 
I love this radio-like broadcast. It's adorable. I have it downloaded as well. Thanks for posting though, I had not listened in a little while. Gooodbye... ;)
 
It is NOT a radio broadcast.
It's taken from a rare 7" disc included in the 1983 The Jacksons official fan club kit.
