Definitely Stevie Wonder - Just Good Friends, it's one of my favourite MJ songs ever, I play it at least once a day :)
 
I love all these collaborations. However, I think Scream with Janet is by far the strongest and one of the most personal songs Michael has ever done.

Just Good Friends. Stevie & MJ supposedly recorded "A Pretty Face Is" and I'm wondering if that was completed.. would love to hear the rest of what Motown has in the vaults regarding Stevie/MJ/J5 collaborations, as well as any remaining Stevie/MJ collabs.
 
Give In To Me, the song that inspired me to play guitar.
 
By far the best for me is "scream". I mean he is singing with his baby sister Janet.

I had to vote for ISCSLY. Such a wonderful song.
Also love 'Just good friends' very much as well as 'What More Can I Give' and 'Say Say Say' (and all others :p) .

Further (not on the above list) I love 'There Must Be More To Life Than This' (with Freddy Mercury) and 'State Of Shock' (with Mick Jagger).
