8 years gone by. Still feels like yesterday in a sense. The world is more dull without you Michael. Wishing you were still here to help change the world, but I continue to rejoice in your music, films and messages. “In a world filled with hate, we must still dare to hope. In a world filled with anger, we must still dare to comfort. In a world filled with despair, we must still dare to dream. And in a world filled with distrust, we must still dare to believe.”
 
I really can't believe it's already 8 years....

Time flies.

Still miss him. - And still can not believe we will never again have an actual MJ release. Now all we can hope is that a contemporized posthumes album is not remixed too much or that some current hip producer does not mix too many duck sounds into the song...

Actually - most we can hope for is Concert releases and albums like Xscape where we get both contemporized version and the demos as MJ left them.
 
As crazy and sad was the day of the 25th.. Jeez, I remember that strange feeling waking up the 26th, for the first time in a matter of time that I could not tell you that I did not (COULD NOT) think/wonder what Michael was up to, what he was planning, what was to come..

That feeling that morning, away from the spectacle of what was the news.. without his pictures overtaking the screen, music playing on every radio channel I was there in bed saying "it's so weird, this is the first morning I am not wondering what Michael Jackson is up to.. I'll never do that again"

Each day after that I try to relive the feeling Michael emoted through visits to the forum, footage, or simply the thought of him.. While he shined so bright that I can still see it, there was nothing like the feeling of standing IN the moment..

Michael, I truly love and appreciate the work you put in, the smile on your face while scars on your back, the energy you emoted through you, and simply you as a person.. Saying you were one of a kind is an understatement.

5000+ followers if it was him. And the account is not verified.

^^^I looked for Kieran and Rory Culkin and none of them are on twitter. The people I read twitting about Macaulay were either Seth Green or his band Pizza Underground.
 
Thank you all (instead of clicking on every ´Thanks´- button) for your wonderful posts, remembrances, pictures. It´s so touching - since Sunday I´m sitting here crying while reading and seeing all.

Michael accompanies my ways since nearly 25 years. I´m thankful for every tiny second. He enriched my life, inspired me in so many ways, I learned so much from him - he had the power to change my life.

When he was murdered 8 years ago my world stood still. After a while, during sad and dark days, months, years I felt, I knew he is still over here with us. Not in the place he should be, we want him so badly to be - but in our minds, souls, hearts. The sadness, the grief is a neverending part of my life, a part of my body. But there is also the happiness of having him beside me. During all the years and now and forever.

Mj fans in china and japan always had respect for Michael. even almost 11 years after his death. shoutout to them for keeping Michael legacy alive.
 
I dread that it's already June and June will be upon us I hate that date so much. Although June 13 is a special day vindication day

It is known that Chinese fans are very active to show their supports to Michael Jackson.

In Wuhan, the city where the COVID-19 broke out first, an outside exhibition of Entertainment celebrities statues with animal heads is on display. Of course, Michael Jackson is represented with a dog head.

Also in the capital of China, fans are going to reveal a new statue of Michael Jackson. The Statue is very similar of the HIStory Statue.

It is not known where exactly this new statue will be placed in the capital but it will be unveiled in July.
