I've always wondered if Michael toured with Invincible what would the setlist be? Lets discuss.

Ha I tried to make one but it's so difficult. :bugeyed So many amazing Michael songs Id' have to take off! It must of been so difficult for Mikey choosing ones for his tours to keep everyone happy!

Soooo difficult. If Michael had a second leg I would have included/substituted songs in for They Don't Care About Us, Invincible, You Are Not Alone, Black Or White, Man In The Mirror, Will You Be There. So hard!

Due to the high amount of songs, there would have been less shows but this would have heightened the demand for tickets and excitement around the concerts. :yes: (if there was any need for it in the first place haha!)

I know this has been done a billion times but IÂ’m working on a fanmade invincible world tour. I know nobody is gonna be able to come close to the real thing but IÂ’m using my best ideas of what he might do setlist wise and differing the songs with the live performances like samples and extended versions. So far iÂ’m 5 songs in and if I could get some criticism from anyone that would be awesome

thats good too! i also cut 2000 watts to transition to unbreakable, and i hesitated to put in Heartbreak Hotel and History
 
I'm guessing the This Is It lineup would have been similar to what Invincible could have been, minus a few songs in favor of a handful of tunes from Invincible.

yeah maybe he could've used some of them as interludes, and maybe perform one or two full songs from the album
 
Knowing Michael’s approach to setlists I fully expect it to be 80% old songs plus you rock my world, speechless and threatened.

I feel really weird when fans put 20+ songs in their hypothetical Invincible sets, so I decided to keep mine pretty short. Here it is:

Interludes: Beautiful Girl, Whatever Happens, Fall Again, We Are The World, Cry

Costumes:
For the opening, I think a black military suit with silver decorations (like the HIStory teaser outfit but without the white gauntlet/arm brace; with silver plated gloves and cricket pads) and mirrored sunglasses would look cool. I think Michael could literally pop out of a massive jumbotron above the stage for the entrance as well.

The pants for the costume would be black with silver lines down the sides, so he can wear it until the Billie Jean number. After that, he switches to plain black pants.

Michael also sports long wavy hair (like during the 30th Anniversary show rehearsals). There would be about 15 backup dancers and the concert will feature most of Michael’s classic trademarks with a few modern touches here and there.

For the J5 medley, Michael’s brothers could take the stage on one of the nights. For the final show, Michael would be joined by all the artists he featured alongside with on the What More Can I Give single.

The tour would last for most of the year 2002 and go across Latin America, Asia (specifically the Middle East, Central and South Asia) and Australia, with the final few shows being performed in Europe and the USA.
