Isn't the man an ex p**n producer? And she said negative things about him during the 2005 trial. She confirmed that she had told law enforcement that she believed the man was continually trying to take advantage of Michael and manipulating him to make money.
Ps. I spelled his name "Shaffel" because that's one way I've seen it spelled...unless there's a Marc Schaffel AND a Marc Shaffel who are both connected to MJ? I'm thinking they're the same person, though...
