I think that “This Is It” (even fully lip-synced) would have been “The Perfect Concert”.

The perfect concert for me is a full live concert, no matter what songs he played.

I have seen many places list Man in the Mirror as encore on Bad Tour.

Yeah Speechless would be great. Not bothered about Humsn Nature though. Plenty of better songs, would prefer a LIVE SIM.

I class MITM as encore on DWT. He said goodnight after HTW then came back on.

This is a very interesting question, and it's something I've thought about a lot. My ultimate MJ concert would be one with no big interludes, like the BAD tour, but with all the greatest songs throughout his career (in my opinion). It's hard to come up with a realistic playing order, so I'll just categorize them according to theme:

If one is performing for so long, no one would reach even the half of this set list
 
I know. It's just a fantasy, and it could be like they were planning to do with This Is It I believe, where a song is replaced with another song on some concerts. Those are just the songs I'd most liked to have seen performed during a tour.
 
I would have loved it if lightman continued with we are here to change the the World, the proposed costume would have fitted, Captain Eo 21st Century style
